真是：一波还未平息，一波又来侵袭。茫茫人海，狂风暴雨……

说到饮用水安全问题，不得不说另一个“刷爆”朋友圈事件——“八成地下水不能饮用”。

“八成地下水不能饮用”起因是水利部的2016年1月《地下水动态月报》，引出舆论80%地下水不能饮用。有报道称，如此“吸引眼球”的重磅消息，在短时间内迅速引起了各大媒体的争相报道以及各界人士的广泛关注，但也不可避免的产生了一些过度解读，以讹传讹，给广大民众带来了不必要的恐慌。

因此水利部马上回应称：报道引用数据主要是北方平原地区浅层地下水的监测数据，并非当前地下水饮用水的主要水源。我国地下饮用水水源地水质总体良好，水质达标率在85%左右。咋一看好像互相矛盾，其实是有些媒体对水利部发布的信息“误读了”。

这其中的关键就在于引起广泛关注的数据主要是北方平原地区浅层地下水的监测数据，并不是地下水饮用水水源地的水质数据，地下饮用水水源主要取自深层地下水，也不是浅层地下水。

虽然大家虚惊一场，但之所以部分地区会出现高达80%的浅层地下水污染，还是与地表水体中的大量污染密切相关的，我们污染治理的道路还有很长的路要走，治理污染刻不容缓。

但是，4月18日，又一份报告再次提到水源污染，有73%的集水区的水质面临着中度或高度污染。

有媒体报道，国际环保组织大自然保护协会(TNC)发布的《中国城市水蓝图》报告显示，中国城市水源集水区面临着不同程度的沉积物或营养物污染。在关注的30个城市水源集水区中，有73%的集水区的水质面临着中度或高度污染。

据了解，《中国城市水蓝图》报告中的数据与水利部的数据因样本差异较大，不具可比性。但有专家表示地表水对浅层地下水的影响非常大，并且非常迅速。这意味着，一旦地表水遭受污染，浅层地下水水质也难以保障。

中科院地理科学与资源研究所水资源研究室主任表示，虽然大城市是工业污水和生活污水的主要生产者，但因为水处理技术先进，“越是大城市，往往供水水质是最好的”。在农村地区，可能靠近优质的水源，而因为水处理技术落后，饮用水质不一定优于城市。比如，有些地区仍在打“机井”使用浅层地下水，一旦浅层地下水污染，将对居民的身体健康造成潜在威胁。她还表示：这是水资源分配不平衡所致，而解决这一问题还需要时间。
