He was riding too fast and hit an old woman to the ground. He didnt stop to help the woman. Instead he rode away. I hurried to the woman and helped her to sit up. At the same time， a policeman came to my help. We stopped a taxi and took the woman to the Peoples Hospital. Then I phoned the old womans family.
