当我一个人静静的回味七天的实践生涯的时候，脑海中总是不断浮现着往日的画面。七天的光阴是短暂的，但就是这短短的七天，让我们得到一生中难于得到的东西—团队的精神、奉献的乐趣、工作的经验、坚定的信念、真挚的友情。这七天，我们可以拍着胸脯说：我们没有虚度。自始至终，我们都用心做事、用心服务，我们无不自豪，无不感叹：遗人玫瑰，手有余香。

七月的炎炎烈日无情的考验着我们的意志，但我们在考验中燃烧激情，播撒爱的种子。在烈烈夏日中来自我院的十七名志愿者为了积极响应团中央、校团委的号召，怀揣“志愿支医，携手同行”的美好愿望，于7月7日开赴成都市新都区人民医院，进行为期一周的以“永远跟党走，青春献祖国”为主题的“三下乡”社会实践活动。

在实践的七天中，我们遇到的最大困难就是天气的无常变化。但是，正是这恶劣的天气，让我们再一次经受了考验，我们顶风冒雨，排除一切不利因素，取得了七天的圆满胜利。刚去医院，对于我们这些工科出身的志愿者来说，一切并不是想象中那么简单，但是我们始终相信：“只要信念永存，胜利就在前方”。很快，凭借着工科学生勤于动手、善于动手的优势，我们以最快的速度熟悉了相关的工作程序。在这七天里，除了帮医务人员劝解不文明现象、打扫卫生，为医院带去和谐之外，我们把更多的精力放在了躺在病床上的患者们。我们与他们亲切的交谈，也耐心的听他们讲过来人的经历，我们感触颇深。在于老人的交谈中，我们发现他们依旧活力永驻，但是他们的活力一时间难以激发，究其原因就是生活环境。此外，我们深深意识到老人们内心的孤独，他们多么渴望能得到儿女，哪怕不是儿女的重视。每当与他们交谈，他们就会乐此不疲，津津乐道。为此，我们以团队的名义向全社会发出了敬老助老爱老的倡议书，我们深知拥有丰富人生阅历的老年人依旧是我们国家和民族的宝贵财富，依旧需要我们这一代、下一代、一代代的呵护与关怀。

在实践接近尾声之时，又一件令人感动的事情在我们的身边发生了。那是一个关于一对年迈夫妇的故事，妻子久经病痛折磨，已经沧桑不堪，但是丈夫依旧不离不弃、关怀备至。他们老夫老妻不经意的举动向我们传递着“人间真情永存，患难时方可知”的信号。我们感动着，也祈祷着，我们不渴求有朝一日他们能财富万千，但求他们能乐享晚年。

总结我的这次暑期社会实践活动，虽然是我的第一次社会实践，但我认为是一次成功的、有用的、受益匪浅的社会实践。这将会对我的以后的学习和生活起很大的帮助。让我感到加入“志愿支医，携手同行”实践队是多么的荣幸。 在这短短的一周时间里，我们碰过壁，受过累，流过汗，但是我们却成长了，我们继承和发扬了大学生勇于实践的光荣传统，进一步弘扬了中华名族敬老爱老的传统美德，树立和落实了科学发展观。用实际行动赢得了社会的认可和好评，这次亲身体验让我有了深刻感触，这不仅是一次实践，还是一次人生经历，亦是一生宝贵的财富。

Every day, we can see the figures of the volunteers. Actually, they have formed a kind of scenery of the city. Some people hold that volunteering is merely a waste of time, because the volunteers have no gains with pains. However, I believe that doing voluntary is quite rewarding.

每天，我们都能看到许多的志愿者，事实上，他们已经成为城市的一道风景线了。有些人认为做志愿者就是单纯地浪费时间，因为做志愿者是只有付出没有回报的。然而，我相信做志愿者还是有一定回报的。

In the first place, we can put into practice what we have learnt before, for instance, when we were asked by a foreigner about the way to some place, we could practice our oral foreign language, it’s definitely a good opportunity to express ourselves in a foreign language correctly and clearly.

首先，我们可以把以前学过的东西付诸实践。例如，如果外国人向我们问路，我们就能练习口语，这肯定是一个用外语清楚地自我表达的好机会。

In the second place, we could make a lot of new friends while we are volunteering As a proverb says, “At home one relies on one’s parents and outside on one’s friends”, so it is never a bad thing to have lots of friends.

第二，做志愿者的时候可以交到很多新朋友。正如谚语所说的，在家靠父母,在外靠朋友。所以，拥有很多朋友永远都不会是件坏事.

Finally, helping others is a good way to make you feel happy and when you help others solve a problem successful, you will feel fulfillment. In this sense, we reap a bountiful spiritual harvest by doing voluntary work.

最后，帮助别人是获得快乐的好方法，当你帮别人成功的解决问题的时候，你会有成就感。从这种角度来看,做志愿者可以丰富我们的精神。.

On the whole, we can benefit a lot by engaging ourselves in the voluntary work. Therefore, I suggest those that have abundant spare time registering as volunteers for the welfare for the public.

总之，从事志愿工作可以让我们从中获得很多好处。因此，我建议那些业余时间充足的人可以去做志愿者，为社会谋利。

在新的一学年，交通学院青年志愿者协会将会按照校团委和校服务总队的指示认真开展每一次志愿活动，将志愿服务的精神在社会和学校内继续传扬。继续发扬“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的崇高中国志愿者精神，促进部门建设和成长，以及推动学院学生会的成长。根据本部门特定情况，现制定出本部门8-9学年上学期工作计划：

一、迎新活动

9月份，大一新生入校，为保证大一新生安全顺利地到校报道并且能较快地适应大学生活，为此，迎新活动是我们本学期首次活动，也是我们本学期一次重要的活动。

二、部门招新

9月底，由于本部门的自愿活动大都是由大一新生参与，所以为保证部门工作正常开展，将从大一新生中招募十来名新部门成员。

三、义务家教

1月份，义务家教作为本部门的特色活动，在十月初我们将继续开展在铁机社区以及建设社区的义务家教活动。

四、建立共青文明岗

1月份，由校团委和校服务总队颁发关于共青文明岗建设的方案，本部门将于1月底开展大一各班级参与共青文明岗的建设工作。

五、义务卖报

11月份，服务队将继续发动志愿者参与到“阳光行动――义务卖报”活动中来。

六、老人慰问

11月份，同铁机社区的领导商议社区所需慰问的孤寡老人数量，然后去参与社区老人慰问活动。

七、收尾工作

12月份，寒假将近，考试在即，因此，本学期部门工作都将告一段落，12月底做好对各项工作的收尾。

八、其他工作

建立部门博客，从而达到一个较好的宣传作用，同时也将完善部门建设。

Volunteer, is an enviable work, can help others, to help the world. Today, I be a little volunteers.

Guess what is my volunteer work? That is the whole cleaning his living building stairs aisle.

志愿者，是一个让人羡慕的工作，可以帮助别人，帮助世界。今天，我就当了一个小小志愿者。

猜猜我的志愿者工作是什么?那就是打扫自己居住的整栋楼的楼梯走道。

志愿者工作，开始!我拿着扫把一鼓作气的一下子爬上了这栋楼的顶层。这栋楼一共有六楼，有一百零五个台阶，当我爬上楼顶后，已经累的气喘吁吁，平时我爬四楼就喘气，这六楼就已经要了我的命!

扫地了，我使用了一招龙飞凤舞，尘土在空中飞扬，“咳咳!天哪!呛死人啦!”早知道就不用那么大的力气了，真是累死了，扫了半天都扫不好，唉!干脆不扫了吧!一向娇惯的我又放弃了。突然，我脑袋里闪过一个念头：不能放弃，人家环卫工人扫整条街都没叹气，何况我只扫了一个楼梯走道呢?好，继续干!

吸取了刚才的教训，看来得讲究方法才行。我忽然想到街上的环卫工人在扫地时都轻轻的，没有用太大力气。于是我也轻轻的扫了起来，这个方法果然很有效，半个小时我就把地扫好了。站在一楼，望着我扫后的楼梯走道，心里格外的高兴。

通过今天的志愿者活动，我体会到了环卫工人的辛苦，以后我要多做这样的志愿者活动，把家园变得更美丽。

今天，我以一个志愿者的身份来到了乡下，到了陈爷爷家。

陈爷爷家房子不大，走进门，映入眼前的却是，阴暗狭窄的大堂，我敲了敲门，礼貌地问了一句：“陈爷爷在家吗?”

一个房间里走出来一位老奶奶,她热情地招待我，问我：“小朋友，你是谁，是来干什么的?”“我是志愿者，来帮助陈爷爷的。”“哦，陈爷爷在那个小房间里呢!”说着，她便向一个小房间指去。

我向奶奶指的地方走去，看见的却是在厨房忙东忙西的陈爷爷，我叫了一声：“陈爷爷。”陈爷爷回过头笑咪咪到看了我一眼，我发现陈爷爷既是一个残疾人，真是不可思议，赶紧走上前说：“陈爷爷，你歇会吧!我来帮你吧!”“小朋友你真懂事，谢谢，不过我的身子还硬朗的很。”看着，我真为陈爷爷心痛。

我趁陈爷爷在厨房里，我拿起拖把、扫把、撮箕，开始打扫卫生，爷爷看见直夸我棒。

我从这次志愿者活动中感受到了，人不管贫穷富贵，不管健康，还是残疾，只要帮助别人，自己会快乐，别人也会快乐。帮助别人就在一念之间，说起来容易，做起来有点难，要有帮助别人的勇气和力量,要有坚韧不拔的毅力，持之以恒的决心，才能真正做好一个合格的志愿者!

Today, I came to the countryside as a volunteer and went to Grandpa Chens

house.

Grandpa Chens house is not big. When I walked in the door, I saw a dark

and narrow lobby. I knocked on the door and asked politely, "Is Grandpa Chen at

home?"

An old grandmother came out of a room. She greeted me warmly and asked me:

"Little boy, who are you and what are you doing here?" "I am a volunteer to help

Grandpa Chen." "Oh, Grandpa Chen is here. In that small room!" As she spoke, she

pointed to a small room.

I walked to the place where my grandmother pointed, but what I saw was

Grandpa Chen busy in the kitchen, I called out, "Grandpa Chen." Grandpa Chen

turned around and smiled and glanced at me, I found Grandpa Chen As a disabled

person, it was incredible, so he quickly stepped forward and said, "Grandpa

Chen, take a break! Ill help you!" "Youre so sensible, my little one, thank

Chen.

When Grandpa Chen was in the kitchen, I picked up the mop, broom, and

dustpan and started cleaning. Grandpa saw that I was great.

I have felt from this volunteer activity that no matter whether people are

poor or rich, healthy or disabled, as long as they help others, they will be

happy and others will be happy too. Helping others is just a thought. Its

easier said than done. It takes courage and strength to help others,

perseverance and perseverance to be a truly qualified volunteer!
