以前，我是一个十分自私、小气、斤斤计较的人!不管什么事都会跟别人争!就因为这样，我失去了许多朋友......

几天后，同桌不小心拿着笔画到了我的衣服，那黑黑的一横映入了我眼帘!我气得把拳头握得紧紧的!同桌知道自己惨了，但却说道：“对不起，我不是故意的，我拿回家帮你洗吧!”这句话令我惊讶了起来，使我又想起了妈妈说过的话，我心中不禁一软，微笑着说道：“没关系，你也不是故意的，我自己拿回家洗就好了，谢谢!”同桌听了我的话，先是一愣，然后灿烂地笑了!

现在我明白了，为什么马克吐温说：紫罗兰把它的香气留在那踩扁了它的脚踝上。这就是宽怒。我还学会了控制自己的脾气!

My birthday is on Sunday. My parents are going to have a birthday party at home. I invite my friends to come to the party.

At the party. They give me many small presents. Such as cards， picture books， pens.

They sing Happy Birthday to me. My mother makes a big cake for me. I cut the cake into small pieces and give them out.

We sing and dance.We have a good time at the party.

虽然运动是快乐的，但是最令我最难忘的，还是那年我经受的非人般的运动。 Although the exercise is happy, the most memorable thing I am most memorable is the inhuman sports I have adopted that year.

就在那年，我每个星期都不舒服，经常感冒发烧，倒许多医院检查，每位医生都认为我的病因是机体免疫力低。这种情况，只有凭借自身的抵抗能力来消灭掉，而提高抵抗力，同时配合合理的饭食和维生素及微量元素的均衡供给。而最重要的，就是运动。

妈妈给我制订了运动计划，一天除了吃法和适当的学习、休息，就只有运动了。我一直羡慕的跑步机和自行车，在这年以后，我却再也不想碰它们。

妈妈给我报名参加了暑期运动健身班。每天在那里只有运动，不停的运动。当我来动健身房后，看到的是一个个的运动器械摆在我的面前，跑步机、原地自行车、跳跃机、哑铃我顿时傻了眼，都不知道如何开始。

“把你的包放在那里，先来热身，六斤的哑铃，上下举50次，完成后，去跑步机跑1000米，完成后向我报告，再进行下一步的锻炼。”教练员向我说。我顿时懵了，虽然1000米在学校是练过的，但是这6斤的哑铃上下举50次就够难的了。令我惊讶的是，这还只是热身。“我可以换一下顺序吗?”我问道，教练员向我打了个OK。

我先来到跑步机前，将时速调到5米/秒，这速度跑1000米，大约只有4、5分钟吧。几年前，在学校测试时我用了6分多。跨上跑步机，手握机械手臂，开始跑了起来。在跑到500米多时，有点坚持不住了，但是身后就是价廉的眼神，他的眼神一直没有离开我。

我咬了咬牙，坚持跑到900米时，教练说：“现在开始冲刺!”然后，他把速度调到了4米/秒。我的步伐已经有点跟不上了，但是我的心里一直在喊“我是鲁、我是鲁!我一定会挺过去的。”1000米到了，跑步机渐渐停了下来。虽然短短的五分钟，但对于我，仿佛是过了5年，完成后，我的头上已经是有了豆大的汗滴。妈妈急急忙忙跑过来，给我送上干爽的毛巾和安慰的话语。

下面的哑铃，我没有力气做了，教练说：“运动使人进步，这次练习中，看到了你的巨大进步。”有了这句话，我的心顿时放了下来，“后面的哑铃先别做了，跟我到空地上做俯卧撑50个。”

啊!我顿时晕了。

运动带给我快乐，运动带给我健康，虽然是比较艰辛，但是坚持就是胜利，我一定会战胜自己的惰性，赢得胜利的。

母爱是无私的，他好像一阵阵春风，给我带来了快乐和幸福;它是无声的细雨，好像滋润小苗一样，关爱着我;她好像一盏明亮的灯，照亮了我前进的道路，照亮的我心灵的深处。

记得有一次冬天，妈妈依旧把我从梦中唤醒，让我赶紧背书，说完就做饭去了。不一会儿，我就把要求背的课文背得滚瓜烂熟。于是我便蹑手蹑脚地来到厨房。看见妈妈只穿了一件睡衣，正站在水池旁洗菜，妈妈的手背水冻得发紫，尽管如此，妈妈仍然在坚持为我做饭。站在一旁的我，实在看不下去了，就说：“妈妈，你……你……不冷吗?”妈妈看到我先是一惊，然后若无其事的说;"我不冷，现在还觉得热呢!”刚一说完，妈妈就一连打了好几个喷嚏，连声音也焉了下来。妈妈眼看自己要被揭穿，连忙把我催回了房间里。

今天,我坐在窗前,无意间朝窗外望去,只见外面春光明媚，绿树成荫。

首先映入我眼帘的是一棵高大的木棉树，它的主干非常的直，经过一个冬天的寒冷，它的叶子还一片都没有长出来，看似干枯的枝头却挂满了奶白色的花朵。它们的形态各不相同，有的花瓣已经开始凋零;而有的开的真旺，仿佛一只只白色的大蝴蝶停在枝头;还有的才张开两三片的花瓣，好像对这个世界还有点儿害羞;还有的还是花骨朵儿，饱胀的快要裂开似的。“多美丽的花儿啊!”我不禁赞叹道。只见几只全身黑色仅肚皮有点白色的小鸟停在这棵木棉树上，一会儿这里啄啄，一会儿那里啄啄，还叽叽喳喳的叫几声，可爱极了。

In our daily life, if we get on harmoniously with our friends, we’ll feel

more joyous. But we’ll feel lonely without friends.When our friends feel upset

Thanks for your last letter. Im so glad that you have been able (at last! ) to arrange a holiday in Australia. As I fear I wont be able to meet you at the airport when you arrive, nor will I be able to be home until later in the afternoon, so here are some instructions and suggestions.

There is a bus from the airport to the city. It is much cheaper than a cab. Take the bus to the city and ask to get off at Town Hall railway station.

To get to my place in the eastern suburbs you have three options. You can either take a cab, a bus or the train. I suggest you take the train, since the airport bus will leave you right at the station. Get off at Cliff Station. From there you can either walk to my place (about ten minutes) or take a taxi. Probably you should take a taxi as you will have luggage.

When you arrive at my flat, ring the intercom for Flat 2. My friend Lillian will be at home and she will open the front door for you and let you into my flat.

Presumably you will be tired and want to sleep. But if you feel like some exercise after that long flight, you could stroll down to Cooper Park, which is only ten minutes away ? you can see it from the window.

Almost everybody loves music, because music has its power. It can brings

joy to people when they feel upset. As for me, when I am not happy, I will turn

up the music in my bedroom, singing loudly and shaking my body. As Im immersed

in the music world, I will forget the annoyance and become active again. Music

走进我们学校，首先进入眼帘的是我们那大气的校门，校门一共有两个，一个是老师专用的，是侧门。一个是学生出入的，是前门。进入我们的校园后，最先看到的会是我们的足球场，很大很宽，宽得像一个大草原，周围还有几条大跑道。每次上体育课，我们班同学就集合准备下来跑圈。跑的好就自由活动，跑的不好，就接着跑，跑到老师满意为止。虽然同学们偶尔会比较淘气，但老师也不会特别严厉，所以我们经常可以自由活动。在这干净的跑道上一边跑步，一边闻着花香，听着鸟语，那美妙的感觉已经不能用词语来形容了!不过，用李老师的话来说，叫“心旷神怡”。

继续往前走，我们就来到了小广场。小广场有一个很大很豪华的舞台，每周每个班轮流做“德育大课堂”的表演。我们校园有四栋大楼，分别是泓爱楼、润泽楼、恬梦楼和思源堂，多么好听的名字呀!我们每天都在这里上课，觉得特别开心!

我们在这儿成长，在这儿学习，在这儿欢笑，在这儿互相帮助……

感谢老师的悉心教导，我一定好好学习，争取做个德、智、体、美全面发展的好学生。能在这里上学真是我的荣幸!
