Summer vacation provides the time to adjust myself.

昨天,在班上开了长时间的会议后,所有的学生被告知关于安全问题,然后暑假终于到了。我们都感到很快乐,就像自由的鸟儿,飞奔回家。我一直在期待这个长时间的假期,我真的需要休息了，在学习了一个学期后。我已经为我的暑假做了一些计划。首先,我想花一些时间陪我的祖父母。我想念他们,他们总是告诉我,我有时间的时候就去探望他们。我奶奶会做美味的食物给我。其次,我想读一些我喜欢的书籍,比如小说书。我没有太多时间去阅读小说书,因为我必须专注于我的学习。暑假提给我供了时间来调整自己。

“民主生活会”，顾名思义，民主的会、自由的思想、真实的言谈，为学校谋发展大计出谋献策的良机。我也非常珍惜这样一个平台来剖析自我、总结反思学校五年来发展历程、畅想我校美好未来。我的发言简短分为二部分：一是真情流露自我;二是沉思学校教育。

一、真情流露自我

一家人面前，作个自我剖析，凭一颗真心。

一)自我评价

1、继续发扬之处：政治上忠诚、事业上认真、感情上真心、原则上公正;为人谦谨但不甘于平庸、喜欢孤独但很乐于团队协作。

2、急需改进之处：工作指导的意识和水平;可持续的动力和激情;发现问题后解决问题的果敢和意志力;角色担当的能力。

二)3点表白

1、我珍惜这份教师工作

“干一行，爱一行”，“不做糊口型教师，要做专业型教师”，这是我三年来在全市新老师培训课上百讲不厌的话语，也是我成长历程的真实感悟。

2、我挚爱这所年轻有活力的学校

从昔日的“青灯孤影”、“单兵作战”幸运地来到充满朝气、设施一流的新学校，我心存感恩、信心百倍、充满憧憬，我时时处处爱护着它，极力不让它受到一丝伤害，期待它的蓬勃发展并将付出我的每一分心力。

3、我信任学校里正在共同享受教育幸福生活的每一个人

“因为你的存在而使别人感到幸福”这句话经常在我耳旁勉励着我。因为缘分，我们彼此尊重、信任，彼此理解、宽容，我努力捕捉旁人的闪光点，努力吸收别人的长处，如此而来我学习到很多东西，因此我要感谢所有我身边的人。

二、沉思学校教育

一)提升教师

1、变“要我做”为“我要做”

1)舍弃“官本位”思想;(多些宽容,少些责备;荣誉让给别人,责任留给自己;密切干群关系,不走上层路线)2)教育理念的浸染;3)“责权利”到位;4)科学长效的评价机制

2、变教师培训的“低效且周期长”为“简单易行且天天见面”

如：教师的每日“五个一工程”：上好一堂课;至少找一名学生谈心或书信交流;思考或研究一个教育课题;读不少于一万字的教育书籍;写一篇教育随笔或反思。

二)关爱学生

1、变“他律”教育为“自律”教育;

2、变“整齐划一的德育目标”为“符合学生成长规律的分层德育目标”;

三)影响家长

1、变“被动配合”为“主动出击”;

1)每月、每周乃至每日的家长反馈;2)家长学校

2、变“全保姆担当”为“家长责任分担”

真心话已出，以作抛砖引玉，不当或错误之处请多指教，真诚地希望大家以后一如既往的关心我、支持我和帮助我，也希望我校又好又快发展。

Joy in living comes from having fine emotions, trusting them, giving them the freedom of a bird in the open. Joy in living can never be assumed as a pose, or put on from the outside a mask. People who have this joy don’t need to talk about it, they radiate it. They just live out their joy and let it splash its sunlight into other lives as nature as a bird sings.

生活的乐趣来源于良好的情绪，信赖这些情绪，并任由它们如鸟儿高飞于天空般的自由自在。生活的乐趣是无法靠姿态摆出来的，也无法用带上一张面具来伪装。拥有这种乐趣的人们无需挂在嘴上，他们自然会焕发出欢乐的气息。他们自己生活在快乐当中，也将这样的快乐自然而然的感染着他人，犹如是鸟儿就必将歌唱。

We can never get it from working for it directly. It comes, like happiness, to those who are aiming at something higher. It’s a byproduct of great, simple living. The joy of living comes from what we put into our living, not from what we seek to get from it.

直接追求生活的乐趣却只会使乐趣远离我们，它与幸福一样青睐胸有大志的人。生活过的高雅，简单就会产生出乐趣。它是我们对生活的投入，而非所求。

daily life, especially reduce the emissions of carbon dioxide. It is well-known

that the air pollution is more and more serious. So we should do something to

protect our earth.

Firstly,we should take more bus instead of driving cars. As people’s living

standard has improved, there are more and more people driving private cars. This

phenomenon is one of the causes for air pollution. Because its gas will produce

lots of carbon dioxide, which may enventually lead to air pollution. Secondly,

when we leave our house or classroom, we would better turn of the lights, fans

or airconditioning.

To make our unique earth better, we should appeal people to live a low

carbon life. It is also will be the main trends in the future. Let’s do
