即将毕业，在这毕业的前夕，我的心里有太多话想对您说。虽然您只教了我们一年，可在这短短的时间里，您带给了我数不清的完美回忆。

您严厉而又宽容的性格，是我用不会忘记的。上课时，您绝不允许任何人说话，不允许大家在下面传纸条，做小动作，在大多数同学看来，这是理所当然的，而那些极少数调皮分子，使尽浑身解数，拿出绝招，全然不顾您的要求，把您的话当作耳边风。当看到您生气离去的身影时，我们都感到一阵愧疚。当时的我们，多么后悔呀!

调皮分子们十分害怕，认为您必须会狠狠惩罚他们。出人意料的是，您并没有那样做，而是理解了他们的道歉，宽容的原谅了他们。您宽广的胸怀，不计较的举动，更让我们自惭形秽。

您宽容的品质不但让我们佩服，而且教学方式也令人难忘。您用生动的语言，形象的描述，给我们上了一堂又一堂完美的语文课。课堂上，您循循善诱，把我们引向知识的殿堂，您不像其他老师那样直接说出答案，而是鼓励我们独立思考。教室里，荡漾着同学们的欢声笑语，您用独特的讲课方式，让原本枯燥的语文课变得搞笑，变得活泼。

记忆中最深刻的一幕，是上一次我去办公室交作业时恰好看见的情景。那时我班立刻就要在全校面前朗诵课文，进行比赛。我推开门，您坐在椅子上，专心的在读课文，那投入的神情，充满感情的声音在办公室里回荡着，使您忘记了周围的一切。我看着您全神贯注的模样，不忍心打断您，我此刻才明白，您在课堂上流畅，优美的嗓音是如何练出来的，在这背后，您付出了多少心血与汗水啊!我感动极了，并且深深地敬佩您，是发自内心的敬佩!您是多么认真，多么刻苦，多么勤恳!

您让我从最初的桀骜不驯，变成了此刻的文静温柔，从起初的顽固叛逆变成了如今的听话懂事。在我的心目中，您就是播种机，播下一粒粒知识的种子;您是广袤无垠的大地，用您的胸怀包容着我们的没大没小;您是明亮的灯塔，为我们照亮人生的道路。

也许岁月让往事褪色，也许空间将彼此隔离，即使千山万水，即使千磨万难，但永不变的，依然是我和您的师生情谊!

3、请意识到你们的孩子长大了，有自己的想法了，请用朋友的身份去跟聆听他们心灵的声音，尊重他们的看法和想法。无论多么忙，

每天都要跟孩子进行“朋友”间的交流，无论觉得孩子的话多么不成熟，不要打断他们的话，静静地听他说完，你会从他们的话中发现他们正在长大了，也懂事多了。

您教了我们三年，这三年的一千多个日子里，我们把你的存在当成了习惯，就像刻在石头上的字一样，很难抹去。

记得您初来我们班时，没有像其他老师那样讲讲你的规矩，而是讲很多的笑话，把我们逗得哄堂大笑，笑声经久不息。也是因为这个，我们从一开始就喜欢上了您。

您讲的课通俗易懂，传授的知识也很容易让人明白，不拖拉，不懒散永远是您的标志。您从来不布置很多的作业，因为您知道，作业的数量和成绩不能成正比，所以，您只能更加卖力地在课堂上讲重点，每周仅有的一次数学早读就让我们来背公式，当然，这种方法十分有效，每次考试，我们都惊喜地发现，试卷上所有的题型，都是您讲过不止一次的。正因为您是大家心中的“实力派”，所以成了大家都敬佩的对象。

您是一位严厉的老师，我们在朝着您定下来的目标努力着。有一句千古流传的话“严师出高徒”。您正打造着我们这一班“高徒”，您虽然不要求我们做到最好，但每次都要我们做到更好。您对作业的质量十分苛刻，对我们的书写也很严格。听人说每个严厉的老师的背后，一定都有许许多多的疲劳和责任。
