4、要积极参加班集体的各种活动，要做力所能及的事情，关心、帮助同学，热爱集体，热爱劳动。

5、吃饭不挑食，要积极参加体育锻炼，每天坚跑步和跳绳。

6、在家要帮助爸爸妈妈做力所能及的家务。

新的学期开始了,我已经是新学期三年级的学生了.我深知我的学习任务又加重了.在这一学期中我要更加努力的学习了,不能落在其他同学的后面,更要处处严格要求自己,在学习,劳动,体育各个方面争取成为其他同学的榜样.

我为自己安排了这样的学习计划:

1 上课认真听讲,积极回答老师提出的问题,遵守课堂纪律.

2 认真完成作业,做好每节课

的预习和复习工作.

3 多读一些课外读物,丰富自己的词汇,开阔视野,为写好作文打好基础.

4 积极参加体育锻炼,要德智体美劳全面发展.

5 积极参加学校组织的各项活动.

6 为班级体多做好事,团结同学.

新的一年又悄无声息的溜走了，留给我们的是无尽的回忆，回想昨天我们是刚踏入校园的懵懂无知的少年，而今天我们是迈入高三的学子。

还有四个月，我们便携手跨入高三，现在我们面临的是一个坎，只有奋力向前跨跃，才能冲过去，不留给自己遗憾。在此之前我们必须做好充分准备，让自己有信心迈向高三。

在这最后时间段内，我们要让自己过的充实，要让自己觉得这段时间过得有意义，这段时间，我们一定会很累，那在此要做的第一件事，便是给自己充足的勇气。要让自己有在困难面前绝不低头的坚定信念。要坚持到底。坚持就是胜利。要相信“梅花香自苦寒来，宝剑锋从磨砺出。”每个人听了上千遍上万遍的话，每个人都能读懂的一句话。但要做到，要实践，却好像摘星星，唯有坚定的信念，坚强的意志，方可完成，这也是我们的第一步。

万事开头难。

如果你扎扎实实的走好第一步，以后便会如履平地。就像你练武一样，要学好武首先要有扎实的基本功，为以后打下坚实的基础。

第二步，便是在学习中要扎扎实实，不留遗憾，不留疑问。要弄懂，还要反复复习，对于公式的理解，要多练，利用习题来提高自己的记忆。语文多看多记。英语多读多背，统一的还要多写，这样也可以提升记忆。不要懒惰，要勤奋、认真、踏实。一步一个脚印方可充实。

第三步，也是最后的最主要的一步：总结要时时总结。孔子说：“吾日三省吾身可以为师也。”李世民一代天骄也曾说：“以铜为镜可以正衣冠，以人为镜可以明得失。”他们都说出了总结的很重要性。总结可以反省以前的一些不足或缺陷，可以明了以前好的地方，总结还可以促使你明白下一步的计划行动。

做好这三步，相信自己，面临高三便不再惧怕，可以昂首挺胸的迈向它。但是一定要谨记，不要放弃，你一放松，“敌人”便有可能乘机而入，让你一败涂地。

Since I went to school, I spent a lot of time in study. My classmates and

teachers are just like my families. We almost meet each other every day. My

teachers help me a lot. When I meet problems in study, they are very patient and

help me to figure out the answers. When I have trouble in getting along with

other students, they will talk to me and comfort me. I am so thankful to them,

because they care about me just like my parents. I respect them so much. In my

heart, they are the great people. I must study hard so that I can return their

love.
