It is reported that ten big cities in China are being ranked among the top twenty cities with the highest pollution index in the world. This means it is high time we did something to bring the situation under control.Many factors are contributing to the deteriorating situation: industrial wastes pumped into the air， the lakes and rivers; a increasing number of automobiles crowding into the streets; the widespread use of plastic bags etc.

To my view， stiffer laws and regulations must be implemented to check pollution. Industries that release wastes without permission should be heavily fined. Cars should be equipped to minimize the exhaust they release into the air. And the use of plastic bags and disposable meal boxes should be banned. 1、继续以各个节假日为契机进行各种活动，进行思想教育。结合清明节，开展革命传统教育;结合中“红五月”，进行民族传统和爱国教育等。

2、继续利用课余、周记本等与学生谈心交流，了解学生的思想动态，及时疏导解决学生思想中催在的问题。

3、继续做好学生心理的辅导，做好生理、心理健康卫生的教育、宣传工作，培养学生健康心理和健全的人格。

4、继续加强班级文化建设，提高宣传栏、墙报质量，营造良好的班级氛围，构建良好的班级文化。

5、重视学生课外阅读的指导，开展“每日一诵活动”，以开启学生的生命黎明，建立学生精神家园。

6、开展“读书会、读书节、诵读吟唱比赛”等活动丰富学生的阅读生活。

7、开展有益的文体活动，促使学生的身心健康发展。

(三)实行民主管理，构建民主平等互爱互助的班级氛围。

1、树立民主平等的新型师生观。在教育活动中，要经常有意识的营造一种宽松和谐的师生双向交流氛围，和学生交朋友，师生共建“情感热线”，进行心灵的交流。

2、构建新型的班级管理观。“人人都能当班干部”，我们要从培养每个学生的能力出发，在班中实行学生干部轮换制。把管理学生转变为学生服务，对学生的发展负责，为每个学生提供展示个人才能、实现自我价值的空间和舞台。

(四)继续做好学校教育与家庭教育的结合，形成教育合力。

1、平时，通过电话、家访等途径加强与家长的联系沟通，使家长对孩子在校表现做到心中有数，请家长协助鼓励或帮助学生，作好学生的思想工作，同时，向家长了解学生在家的表现，及时找到问题所在，对症下药。

2、结合本班情况开好家长会，针对学生的现状，与家长共同探讨解决问题的方法，并对下一步工作做好安排，尽快形成家长、教师、学生三位一体的教育模式。

3、继续做好家长对子女教育态度、方法、能力的摸排工作，针对不同类型的家长存在的不同的教育问题给以不同的指导，甚至是设法改变他们的教育态度和观念，使之和学校教育保持一致。

四、各月份工作安排：

二月：

1、开学常规教育

(1)提出班级近期、中期目标，并且分解到每一位同学，让他们的目标清清楚楚、张贴上墙。学生个人确定各自目标，张贴上桌。

(2)继续加强安全教育，不断强化行为规范的教育和行为习惯的养成教育。

(3)座位调整，继续开展“一带三”、“一帮一”活动。

三月：

1、班级常规管理的适当调整：班干部的调整;劳动岗位;座位的调整等。

2、针对学校有不少学生到网吧上网的现象，在上学期实行“家长签字”制度的基础上，实行“到家打电话”制度，同时开展“上网利弊”正反辩论赛，让学生在辩论中认识其危害。

3、通过组织讨论：“雷锋精神过时了吗?”，开展“学雷锋，献爱心”活动。

4、加快 “红五月”活动的准备工作，带领学生参加，使他们认识到“重在参与”，体现出激烈竞争、积极向上的精神。

5、组织好第一次单元过关检测并做好总结工作。

四月：

本月重点是：(1) 期中考试 (2) 开展学习方法方面的讲座与活动
