这次英语月考之所以没有考好，总结原因如下： 1 平时没有养成细致认真的习惯，考试的时候答题粗心大意、马马虎虎，导致很多题目会做却被扣分甚至没有做对。 2 准备不充分。毛主席说，不打无准备之仗。言外之意，无准备之仗很难打赢，我却没有按照这句至理名言行事，导致这次考试吃了亏。 3 没有解决好兴趣与课程学习的矛盾。自己有很多兴趣，作为一个人，一个完整的人，一个明白的人，当然不应该同机器一样，让自己的兴趣被平白无故抹煞，那样不仅悲惨而且无知，但是，如果因为自己的兴趣严重耽搁了学习就不好了，不仅不好，有时候真的是得不偿失。 失败了怎么办？认真反思是首先的： 第一，这次失败的原因是什么？要认真思考，挖掘根本的原因； 第二，你接下来要干什么？确定自己的目标，不要因为失败不甘心接着走，而是要正确地衡量自己。看看想要什么，自己的优势在什么地方，弱势是什么； 第三，确定目标。明确自己想要的，制定计划。

今天，是我实习这么多天来性质最不一样、意义最为重要的一天。因为今天我完成了人生职业生涯里第一堂课的教学，心中感慨颇多。

为了今天的这一堂课，虽说只是一个小学、一位老师，一堂简简单单的随堂课。但对我来说，却是最初的尝试，意义非同小可。所以我还是花费了很多的心血和精力，精心地准备了一番。

在准备的过程中，我体会到了教案设计的艰辛，课件制作的不易。但更重要的环节还在后面，那便是真正的课堂教学过程的组织。

对于今天的课堂，我进行了一定的自我反思。首先是课堂有时显得过于拘谨，以致于我出现了频繁的小动作。

其次，板书设计不够科学合理，重难点体现得不够分明、有层次。

再者，课堂用语不够简洁明了。没能针对四年级小学生们现有的英语水平进行相应的交流。

最后，就是发音问题，由于紧张出现了一定的发音问题，这也是基本功不够扎实的体现。

这些问题，只是一些小细节的问题。至于更为深刻一点的问题，比如：课堂设计、师生沟通等等这些理论化的问题，我也没能思考出什么学术性结果，便不想赘述了。这些问题的解决，还需要我更多实践性的结果。

总之，先由浅入深，今后要先对这些细节性小问题多加注意并改善才是。

Today mother took me to skate. I was very happy. But I hadnt expected I fell down as soon as I got in. Today I didnt know why my two feet were out of control. 米老师很快的给我们把卷子发了下来，开始考了。就像往常测试一样的考了。隐约可以听到铅笔“沙沙沙”的响声，就像一首动听的曲子，令人陶醉在这个“沙沙沙”的曲子中，过了一两分钟，这首动听的曲子听了，我们不约而同的停住了手中的笔，只有英语课代表没有停止手中的笔。而同学们都在吹着手中的汗，满头的汗不停的在往下流。尤其是英语课代表，嘴里一直在不停的念着英语单词，不愧是英语班长。单词总是在口中喋喋不休得念 ，我看完之后不得不伸出大拇指说一声“佩服”简直是佩服不已。第二天，成绩下来了，我的英语成绩是95分。英语课代表是100分，这时米老师来了。看到同学们很开心就知道我们考好了。这次英语考试。使同学们很开心.

My dream school day starts at 8:30 a.m. It finishes at 4 p.m. so we would have a lot of time for after-school activities.

We have half an hour for lunch. We can eat anything and chat with each other. We can also listen to pop music in the hall. We eat an apple every day because it can keep us healthy.

The hot sun is like our enthusiasm, because no matter how hot the weather is, we still keep on studying English hard.

Today, the chinese teacher taught us some English songs. I like the song which is called ”seasons in the sun” very much. We all lost ourselves in the beautiful voice. Today our theme is youth. After the teacher spoke. I suddenly understand that maybe being young is our advantage, so we must value every minute. We have to do something significant.

In the afternoon, our American teacher is father who is an associate proferssor of English from central college give us a lesson. He told us something about higher education in the USA. I think it will be useful for our future.

思考：看VCD进行思想品德教育：多吃饭，少吃零食、健康饮食、节约粮食供应。

讨论：小组讨论水和重要性。

到了赛场，哇！真是人山人海，有的大人在着急的等待，有的同学紧张的要哭，还有的同学紧张的直冒汗……我找了一个空，挤了进去。轮到我抽号了，就要这个吧！打开一看，耶！是39号，不错，和我的参赛号一样。我拿好笔和纸，信心十足的上楼做听力。之后又满怀希望的回一楼讲了一个英语故事。最关键的时刻到了，马上就要公布成绩了，我又紧张起来。我也感觉到我的手心一直在冒汗，以前从来没这么紧张过。人名一个一个的念着，我的心情也是时起时落，终于在最后颁发的一等奖获得者名单里念到我的名字了，“我得了个一等奖，这表示我晋级了！”

加油！相信自己能走到最后。我兴奋的对自己说。

We finished watching at 5:30pm, and walked to our dormitories when we got there, it was 6:00. we had our dinner as quickly as we could and then rushed to the classroom. It was a little difficult, because we couldn’t remember all the sentences by watching the play for three times. We tried to remember something. Though the play had been changed a little, it was still very good we all acted very well. The teacher also gave some group prizes. Though my group hadn’t hot once, I didn’t mind.

There is one thing that made me very happy. One of my classmates said “happy birthday ” to me by sending a message. Though it was late, I still felt happy.

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。
