While fireworks and firecrackers are traditionally very popular, some regions have banned them due to concerns over fire hazards, which have resulted in increased number of fires around New Years and challenged municipal fire departments work capacity. For this reason, various city governments (e.g., Hong Kong, and Beijing, for a number of years) issued bans over fireworks and firecrackers in certain premises of the city. As a substitute, large-scale fireworks have been launched by governments in cities like Hong Kong to offer citizens the experience.

我的梦想在别人的眼中可能是个遥不可及的梦想，但我却一直为实现这个梦想而努力着，因为越是难实现的梦想，当实现的时候就越有成就感。我的梦想就是做一个每天都快乐的人，当听到这个梦想时，有人肯定会笑，快乐怎么可能？每个人都有烦恼的时候。但我却不这么认为，我现在想的，就是要完成我的梦想。

在我有这个梦想之前，我曾经考虑过爸爸妈妈为什么每天都好象不开心的样子，我也经常去逗爸爸妈妈。因为我知道，人的一生最幸福的事就是“开心”。如果一个人不开心的话，那将是他最大的遗憾。其实每个人每天都应该开开心心的，不是吗？就算是遇到再大的困难，我总是相信用微笑面对困难，就像黑暗中一缕温暖的阳光一样，这就是我的理念。我相信这不只是个梦想，它一定会实现的！

我要如何来实现我的梦想，就是从一早开始，我想每天一起来就以微笑呈现，这就是快乐的起源。无时无刻的微笑，心中充满着快乐与欢喜，不管将来遇到什么样的困难，我也用乐观的态度来面对。

我认为“快乐”不是一个遥不可及的梦想。梦想不在只是梦想，梦想终究会实现的。“天下无难事，只怕有心人”我深信着这句话。快乐不仅仅来自于笑容，笑声，更是发自内心笑出来的。只要快乐，世间上的所有事物都会随着你快乐，拥有快乐的人生，人生就不会遗憾，人生就会变的多姿多彩。

我永远都要活的开开心心，快快乐乐的，我的梦想不会有结束的那一天，我的梦想会一直延续下去！
