traffic in rush hours. The limited transport capacity contributes largely to the

The existing solutions to traffic jam mainly aim at creating metro bus

systems and broadening major roads. Widening the existing roads can solve

traffic snarls on some level. Soaring car ownership compounds the chronic

a shift to the mass transportation. It is a cheap and good way. We can create a

“十八岁，我开始慢慢懂得，母亲无休止的絮叨是最深沉的爱；十八岁，我开始清楚，不该用泪水换取同情；十八岁，我开始明白，不该用任性征服世界……”这是3月28日，第一中学一校区学生郑紫方在学校班级文化建设中“我们长大了”的主题班会上发表的成长感言。

从去年10月份开始，第一中学一校区倾力建设班级文化，发挥文化育人功能，调动了学生自我教育、自我管理的积极性。

高中学生，思想渐趋成熟，独立性较强。要想取得较好的教育效果，就必须找到一个合适的载体，教育方式也要为同学们所接受。谈起高中学生的教育，负责学生管理工作的副校长李计明如此坦言。

学校班级文化建设包括设计班级标牌、给学校植物园挂牌、建立图书角、设计班级宣传栏等版块。学生们结合班级特点，在班主任和教师的引导下，从形式到内容对本班标牌、图书角、宣传栏、植物园等进行了精心的设计。

在教学楼，随意走进任何一个班级，你都感受到浓厚的班级文化。催人向上的班训、闪耀着智慧光芒的座右铭、充满无限期待的班主任寄语、散发着书香的图书角、经常更新的宣传栏等，似乎都在显示着一种无形的教育力量。

5月8日，在高二三班教室内，亲身体验到了这浓浓的文化氛围。班训、班徽、宣传栏、留言版等引人注目，尤其教室北面墙上贴满了学生人生理想的“梦想栏”更是吸引了的目光。“这么多年，我一直以为自己是个人才。但是，我发现我错了，我居然是个天才。实现人生的所有梦想。”“抬头靠实力，低头靠勇气。做一善良、脚踏实地的人，每天都进步一点，并从中得到快乐。”“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来。考上一所理想的大学，将来成一名优秀的老师。”在这个梦想栏里，能够看到全班每一名学生心中的梦想。

“育人比教书更重要。”高二三班班主任老师李虹说，“作为班主任，在育人方面，比其他教师担负着的责任和义务。”用什么方法育人，怎样育人，从事教育工作20多年、2002年调入一中工作的李虹进行了比较深入的研究。几年来，她坚持让学生记《班级日志》，现在已经记了厚厚的几大本。“《班级日志》既可让教师了解学生的精神状态，又是教师与学生交流思想的工具。学生记日志的过程，其实也是自我教育、自我约束、自我超越的过程，对于形成良好的班风发挥了非常重要的作用。”

从教室来到校园，看到，学校每一块绿地、每一条道路、每一组雕塑都有自己的名字，咀华道、景观道、新春园、盛夏园、喜秋园、暖冬园、春华秋实台、紫气东来台等，都是学生自己命名的。学生根据绿地、道路和雕塑的设计特点，或介绍植物种属、或阐发深刻寓意、或寄托美好理想。“你是校园里一道亲切而又执着的风景，每一叶都是一枚跳动的音符。”这是学生为咀花道写下的诗句。“大雨赋予海棠洒脱，浇灌绿竹成长，中部是丝兰不灭的热情。就这样共同经历风雨，明天才有更美的彩虹。生机勃勃之夏，不同的性格，相同的梦想”，这是学生为盛夏园谱就的篇章。“带着风的声音，带着树的坚忍，我们一步步走来，一点点成长。我们有梦并且坚强，我们从不放弃理想。有了挑战，就逆流而上。就是这样，屹立梦想。”这是学生在一排槿色木榕树上寄予的理想。

说起班级文化建设的效果，学校德育处副主任苏江喜形于色。他介绍，为配合班级文化建设，学校将校园内的绿地、道路等分成28个区块，28个班每班负责一个区块的管护。学生们非常用心，为责任区块命名、赋予其深刻的含义。从这几个月的班级文化建设运行情况看，校园卫生状况得到明显改观，学生的组织纪律性明显增强。更主要的是，学生们的精神面貌也发生了较大变化。
