以往的“下乡演出”最头疼的就是舞台布景，由于受自然环境的限制，一般都是随便搭个台子就上演节目，这对演员精心排练的节目非常不公平！再加上乡下生活条件艰苦，农民们普遍都不懂艺术，只是看个热闹而已，因此大家的演出热情都不高。如今20年过去了，乡下随便拉一个村民一问都是大学毕业，他们也很渴望艺术欣赏，于是我们艺术团被经常邀请到乡下演出。而且舞台布景也采用了最先进的声、光、电结合，那些电源不是靠到处乱拉线路供能的，而是平时用太阳能储电器储备了丰富的电源，以备随时演出时使用。我们一到乡下就迅速搭台布景，不到十分钟就搭好了演出舞台，只见背景可以随着节目相应作出变幻，简直和中央电视台的演播大厅一样瑰丽多姿！ 那次演出结束后，一位老农热情地拉着我的手说：“李团长，你们的表演实在太精彩啦！下次记着还要到我们村来表演啊！”“您老放心！只要大家喜欢，我们会经常送节目下乡的。”我微笑着说。不到半小时，我们就收拾完了舞台道具等东西，所有演员不到十分钟就回到了城里。

你们看，这就是我未来的生活，当你们看到我——一个艺术团团长每天工作生活非常轻松便利时，那是因为未来的中国已经越来越发达，践行中国的富强梦要靠我们这些祖国的未来，我们为了把头脑中的幻想变为现实，就得从现在开始，为了这个梦想而不断付诸努力，才能“梦想成真”啊！
