中秋节来了，天空湛蓝，万里有一丝薄云。我和爸爸妈妈到姨姥姥家走亲戚。这是我最愿意去的亲戚家，因为到她家有炉子可以烧火做饭。可是平时爸爸妈妈很忙，只有每年的中秋节可以去一次。

我和爸爸妈妈来到了姨姥姥家，大片的玉米秸竖在两旁，我大舅差点把车开到玉米秸堆里去了。姨姥姥的院子里堆满了收获来的玉米，黄澄澄的，厨房里还堆了一大堆长长的南瓜。姨姥爷去刨地瓜了，我们就跟着一起去了。姨姥爷的地瓜地很大，我们只带来了两个镢头，姨姥爷和小舅舅刨，我们开始动挖，小舅舅不会刨，刨坏了几个地瓜。扔了镢头，用树枝抠。表哥，抠到了一个巨大的地瓜，我们就都跑过去看，帮他一起挖，我们跟土拨鼠一样掘地，很快挖出一个大坑，露出了巨大的地瓜，我们像拔萝卜一样用尽全身的力气，拔出了这个“地瓜王”。我和哥哥赶紧扛在肩上与“瓜王”和影，大家的脸上都乐开了花。回姨姥姥家后，我们把这个大地瓜放到火炉上，烤熟了，吃得很香。

下午，我们又到小河边去捉蚂蚱、捉鱼。开始我和爸爸用网子网鱼，一条也没网到，小鱼是透明的很难发现它，还有一些小鱼和沙子的颜色一样更难发现。在水深的地方捉透明的小鱼一条也没捉到，到了水浅的一面，没看到小鱼，用网子胡乱一网，竟然网起了很多小鱼，我很高兴，我听妈妈说这种鱼叫“沙里趴”。我用脚在水边踩了一个小坑，成为一个人造的小鱼池，灌上水，把我的小鱼儿放了进去。然后拿着瓶子去捉蚂蚱。我们捉到很多绿色小蚂蚱，尖尖头，看上去呆头呆脑很可爱。我把装着蚂蚱的瓶子放到水里，蚂蚱们，都纷纷游出瓶子，向岸上游去，我没想到蚂蚱竟然会游泳。它们快要游到岸边时，我扔了一个小石子，波浪又把蚂蚱推回了水中。过了十多分钟，蚂蚱溺死了好几只。于是几只蚂蚱又向别处游去。有几只挣扎上了岸，仓皇逃了。快要回家了，我把我的鱼池也决堤了，我用矿泉水瓶灌了水，倒在我的鱼池里，把鱼儿冲回了家。
