May Day is the International Labor Day. I have a short holiday from April 29 to May 1. My parents planned to travel to Sanya, but it was too hot to visit there. 再次翻开姚xx老师的这本《小学英语情趣课堂教学》时，说心里话真的是很痛苦，像是下了很大的决心。过了两个月的无拘束、无压力的生活之后，发现静下心来做一件事很难，尤其是读书。因为是王老师给我们下了死任务，只好硬着头皮去读。事实证明：有压力才会有动力。这句话说的一点儿也不假。我重点研读了本书的第六章。本章节向我们展示了一些优秀的情趣英语课堂教学设计与课例，精心的教学设计，精彩的教学预设，无不体现了编写教师的独具匠心。设计中体现了人文主义，从教学目标到教学过程，都很巧妙地将传统的“要我学”转换成了“我要学”。

第二部分是姚老师本人执教的展示课例。就像姚老师所说“情趣教学着眼于对学生学习兴趣的诱导”。在教学设计上，教师立足于激发学生的学习情趣，并通过多媒体资源，为学生呈现多个自然又生动的教学情境。另外，姚老师的板书设计给了我耳目一新的视觉体验，能够立足于文本内容的同时，重难点突出，也符合中年级学生的认知特点。

读罢此书，心中感慨万千，作为教师，很佩服姚老师的那份执着，以及对教学认真的工作态度。相比之下,我是差太多了。在教学设计上，我也要有所创新：

1.导入部分需要为所学内容做铺垫，不能华而不实。

2.适当地体现小组合作的魅力，锻炼学生的语言运用能力。根据学生的能力，在适当时机把主动权交给学生，充分关注学生的主体意识，激发学生主动参与的热情。

that I hope can be useful.

Firstly, keep good health. A healthy body is the premise to face presure.

It’s the least capacity to cope with stress when a person is sick. Secondly, to

accept the pressure. The reason why many people can not cope with stress is that

they resist and escape it. Actually, there always is trouble and problems once

we chose a path to go, because almost everything worth doing is not so easy.

Thirdly, solve the problem, rather than complain about it. Many people complain

problems. We all know that complaint can do nothing but only let you down. As

long as the problem not solved, the pressure is always there. Fourthly, tell

others your pressure and get help from them. Lots of pressure can’t be solved by

our own and the rational way is talking the pressure to workmates or friends to

get help from them. But the premise to do so is that we don’t intend to put

pressure to others but to seek help and support to solve problems.

Of course, there also are some other ways to cope with stress, such as

readjusting goal and expectation, playing games to relax, even shopping or

eating. But no matter how, solving the problem that causes stress is the best

way.

The New Year opened the door for us, and the winter holidays crept to our side. Like last year, I made a "winter vacation plan" early. I dont want to waste this good time.

The first thing is to combine. During this time, I kept reading and writing more. Now I have read six good books and wrote more than ten compositions. these superheroes characters as their idols. So some people start to feel

disappointed about the local culture, because they havent seen its essence. As

the world gets globalization, it is in need of building peoples sense of local

cultural heritage.

The preservation of our cultural heritage is the necessary task. The

culture contains the essence of Chinese peoples spirit, which has been tested

by time. When people admit our culture, we will be proud of being part of the
