我们先跟四班拔河，选手们一个个精神饱满，身强力壮，有的挽起袖子展示自己的肌肉，有的在谋划比赛的策略。在同学们急切的盼望下，比赛开始了，选手们摆好架势，专心致志地注视着对方，双手像铁钳一样紧紧地抓住大麻绳，只等裁判员的号令。

哨声一响，对方努力地往自己那边拉，我们也使出九牛二虎之力。拉拉队在一旁叫喊：“加油!加油!”。四班已经筋疲力尽了，我们班抓准时机，猛地一拉，我们赢了!

接下来，我们要跟肥嘟嘟的三班比。没过几分钟，我们就输了。我们输的原因有两种，第一种是：因为我们跟四班拔河就已经费了很多体力;第二种是：因为三班的人太肥了，力气比我们大。就是这两种原因，所以我们输了。

虽然拔河是第二名，但是我并不伤心，因为这是一项增加友谊的项目。

那天我们特别开心，可惜你已经不在我们学校了，你就没有跟我们一起分享快乐，我们非常想念你，你永远是我们的好朋友、好同学，我们永远都不会忘记你。

I had a joyful summer vacation。 During the holidays， I traveled with my families。 We went to Beijing and stayed there for four days。 We lived in the hotel。 It is very beautiful。 We visited to the Tiananmen Square， the Imperial Palace， the Summer Palace and the Old Summer Palace。 We also went to the Great Wall。 The weather was very hot， but we were exciting。 I like Beijing very much。 I hope I can go there again。

Sunrise at Sea

I would often get up early to watch the sunrise when it was not yet quiet light and all was quiet except for the droning of the ship engine.

The sky was pale with a bluish blue. Soon a streak of pink dawn broke over the horizon，expanding gradually and becoming brighter and brighter. Knowing that the sun was about to rise, I had my eyes fixed on the distant edge of the sea.

As expected, the sun soon appeared revealing half of its face, which was very red but not bright It kept rising laboriously bit by bit as if weighted down with a heavy burden on its back until，after breaking through the rosy clouds;it completely emerged from the sea aglow with a lovely red. Then，before I knew it, the dark red orb began to shine blazingly, dazzling my eyes until they stung and all of a sudden lighting up the surrounding cloud.

Sometimes，hidden by the clouds, the sun nonetheless shed its rays straight onto the sea water, making it difficult for me to distinguish between the sky and the sea because what I saw in front of me was nothing but a wide expanse of brilliant light.

Sometimes, with thick layers of dark clouds hanging in the sky, the sun was hardly visible to the naked eye. But its radiance managed to show through the dark clouds to edge them with golden lace. Then, after gradually breaking through the tight encirclement, it came into full view and even dyed the dark clouds purple or scarlet. At the moment, apart from the sun，the clouds and the seawater, I too was luminous.

Wasnt that a marvelous spectacle?

你好。

我们毕业分别后，再没有会过一次面。也许你早把我忘却了，但至少也绝不会相信一个读师范时沉默寡言、胆小害怕，不喜与人交际的同学会向你写信，叙说友情。

三年来，每当我回忆师范生活的时候，每当我思念学友的时候，首先便想起了你。不是因为你是班上的活跃人物，是城里人，是教委领导的女儿;因为你很善良，对每个同学都有着真挚、宽厚的友情。

记得刚读师范时，我坐在你的后面，带着十足的土气，性格非常的自闭。很多同学都不和我打交道，然而你却主动关心我的情况，问寒问暖，可我却因腼腆，不敢正面跟你多说话，有时令你尴尬。即便这样，你还是会时不时地找我说说话，害怕我太过内向，对我的身心不好。

师范二年级要放暑假时，你提了要到隆回荷香桥耍耍，顺便到同学家看看。当你试探我的意见时，我害羞，我一口回绝。你却说：“你肯定有你的难处，没关系。”

师范三年级一期，在一场班级篮球赛比完上半场后，我独自走到远离我班同学的地方休息。你竟轻轻地向我走来把你的小折扇递给我：“彭正春

要毕业了，你走到我的跟前，请我给你写个毕业留言，可是我却说：“不留。”你默默地走向了下一位，没有怨言。

同学，我对不住你，对不住你真挚的友情，对不住你善良、宽厚的心。

想起这些事，我就心酸，我就自责。

我哪个时候才能变得阳光、自信呢?

This Saturday is my birthday and my parents will hold a simple celebrating

party for me. I am glad to invite you to come to the party. Blair, Emma and Roan

will also be invited. I am sure we will have a good time. We will have dinner at

autumn.Years,whether happy or worry,is my growing experience,all is my stepping

Happiness and worry is always two abandoned partner,they take care of each

and evil.they are all separated lived,but only happiness and troubles is
