As the saying goes， you don’t know what happiness is until you lose it’ you don’t know whathealth is until you are ill. “Health is of vital importance to life” soundslike a cliche to everyone， but it is absolutely true.

The negligence of the delicatebalance of your body and soul， the harmful habits such assmoking， excessive drinking and burningmid-night oil will catch up with you someday. How many big plans areinterrupted by bad health! Even a normal life is unimaginable without theguarantee of health.

How to keep fit is an eternaltopic of diversity and controversy. Regardless of all the different suggestionspoured from all kinds of sources， one should do at least two thingsfor him/herself. First， hold an active and optimisticattitude toward life and maintain a mental well-being. Second， live a regular life and keep a balanced diet. Anyway， a healthy life is within reach when you begin to adjust your mind andbody.

我……喜欢动物，但……他们却不喜欢。

记得童年时，我家的狗狗生了几只小狗。刚开始，爸爸妈妈悉心照料它们，但没过多久，他们就厌烦了。他们先是把一只小狗送人，我原谅了他们，对于我来说，只要动物能够过得幸福，我就已经很满足了。可是他们开始变本加厉，居然在我的面前活生生地把一只还未断奶的小狗扔到了河里，我的心彻底的凉了。一个星期后，爸爸还不以为然的问我：“乐乐，你说那只狗的尸体怎么还不浮上来呢？”我没有回答，脑袋低着，眼睛看着脚尖，没有知道，我的眼眶早已湿润了。

那个时候，我真的很想问他们一句：“你们的良心去哪儿了？”但是我没有说出口。以后每次我家的狗狗生出了小狗，他们要么就是送人，要么就是扔掉。以至于到现在，我家的狗狗生了那么多的宝宝，没有一个是存活下来的。

在我放假的时候，我看到了一个综艺节目，名字好像叫做：“我是演讲家”。那里面讲述自己的亲身经历，其中让我感触最深的是一位小姐姐所演讲的“生命”，我听着她的演讲，想到了自己家的狗狗，想到了那些在流浪的动物。我哭了，哭了一整天。在听完那位小姐姐的演讲之后，我突然间也有一种感觉，我也想要去参加这个节目，即使我知道这是不可能的，却还是在心里默默的将我的感想说了出来……

我给自己立了一个目标，要自己长大之后如果有钱的话我会成立一个流浪动物收养所，让那些无家可归，被主人抛弃的动物，都能吃到东西，让它们感受到家的温馨。如果没钱的话，我会选择去流浪动物收养所里做义工，尽心尽力的照顾它们，哪怕没有工钱，我也无怨无悔……

在这里，我只想说世界上每个生命都是平等的，请你们不要去伤害它们，假设你是那些动物，你愿意被别人这样所对待吗？你们愿意被别人抛弃吗？你们的答案是不，没有一个人愿意过这种生活。那动物呢？它们也是一样的，它们一直无怨无悔地跟着我们，哪怕是生活再艰难，它们也愿意跟在你的身边，哪怕是你叫它将自己的孩子送到集市上去贩卖，它也愿意。哪怕是它看见你正在屠杀它的同类，它也会原谅你。它把你当做它的神，无论你做了多残忍的事情，它都会原谅你，它会一直对你不离不弃。哪怕有一天，你变得一无所有，它也会一心一意的跟着你。它的寿命不长，不能永远陪着你，所以请你在它有生之年好好照顾它、待它。有的时候，动物的感情比我们人类的感情还要深，请你好好对待它们，它们是那么的爱你，你忍心看着它们就这么死去了吗？它爱你胜过一切，你不在家，它就一直坐在门口等你。只要是有你的味道的东西，你就会想就在它的面前。它感谢你给它食物和水，感谢你可以陪它玩。它感谢你可以带它去散步，有你的地方就是它的家。如果你难过，它会替你舔干眼泪。如果你不开心，它愿意陪你玩耍。

请好好对待世界每一个生命，每一个生命都是平等的！你没有权利去伤害它们，更没有权利去侮辱它们，它们的感情比你的更真诚，请好好的爱护它们！

宇宙间的万物，皆有生命。生命对于万物来说，都只有一次，都是弥足珍贵的。生命没有高低贵贱之分，万物生命的法码都是相平的。

最近，我在手机上看了这样一段视频：一位国外男子将滚烫的铝水倒入一个白蚁洞中，铝水沿洞口进入洞内并凝固，片刻后，他用铁锹挖开边上的土，便得到了一个铝水凝固成的金属体，冲净上面的土，这就成了一个艺术品。

看完这段视频，我的内心是五味杂陈。因为它的外观的确巧夺天工，堪称精美。铝水将蚁洞中的白蚁侵蚀后包裹起来，接连起来。铝水便如一把鬼斧将这些白蚁雕砌成镂空的银白色固体。我的心，如石块激起的湖面向外泛着涟漪，久久不平。当我看着它时，我真的为它的精美而慨叹，但我的确无法以平日欣赏那些自然奇观抑或手工制品时的那般开心，因为我明白在这美丽的背后是以无数条生命为筹码，是用无数只活生生的白蚁换来的。而我无法欣赏这样以生命为代价的艺术。

其实，在很多时候，我们的潜意识中就觉得我们人类的生命是最高等的，而总是去轻视那些动物的生命，我们自以为高它们一等，但事实不是这样的。我们同他们一样都是由简单的细胞成长、演变、进化而来，我们同他们是平等的。所以我们应当以平等的姿态去对待万物，收起我们俯视者的傲慢，以平等的心去待它们。

我很喜欢这样一句话：当我趴在地上看虫子的时候，在我的头顶，是否还有这另一个更高等的生命就像我看虫一样悲悯的看着我，而万物都是相通的，你若以善待他，他必回你以善；你若以恶对他，他定会回你。

所以，我们在对待每一个生命体时，应不论他们的大或小，卑或尊，简单或复杂，都应以一颗平等的心去对待他们。

放下了这篇文章，它带给我们的不仅是一种享受，更是一次幼小心灵的震憾。那小小的雏菊，一直在我心中回荡。

在这篇文章中，写了一株小小的雏菊，它在一处阴沟边，看着天空，看着一切，为自己能在这世上生活能感到幸运。它，其貌不扬，却品质高尚；它默默无闻，却十里飘香，与它的朋友－百灵鸟，共演了一段感人的故事。

那一株小小的雏菊，没有玫瑰那样妖艳，没有郁金香那样华丽，但是，这些它都不在意，它乐观、纯真、平淡无奇，它为自己在世上享受着一切而感到很幸运，真是无比纯真啊！

在生活中，有的同学因为成绩优异，而感到自己的生命就比别人的生命珍贵，觉得别人的生命没价值；有些小朋友，随意地用石块去砸小猫小狗，踩死一只只小虫，有没有想过它们的痛苦和失去生命的恐慌。那些同学，好比就是郁金香，如此自命不凡；那些落后者，好比就是不起眼的小花，它们还不是一个人幸运地活着。

在这五彩缤纷的世上，有描写梅花的坚强，有描写荷花的清高，而小小的雏菊，却一无所有，但它们不为此伤心，因为，它们乐观，它们有生命，它们仍然在世上生存着。那些“人才”，被发现后，在社会上利用了，但他们因工作杂乱而烦乱；那些“愚才”没被发现，他们好好地过着日子，过着自己默默的生活。

小鸟仍在树林间自由地唱，小狗仍在草丛中快乐地玩耍，它们一切是多么和谐，一切都在默默地成长。

不小看别人，不滥杀无辜，因为：生命、平等！
