在管理班级的过程中，难免会遇到各种各样的困难，面对这些困难时，我也曾哭过，也产生过放弃的念头，但我一次又一次的说服自己不要放弃，因为放弃，就意味着以前的努力都白费了，我不甘心。所以，到了今天，我已能坦然面对各种困难，尽自己最大的力量去解决它们。
