首先,把包粽子用的粽叶用冷水洗干净,洗两遍这样,用水瓜瓤洗,不用放洗洁精之类的洗涤剂。再用热水烫叶子,浸过一遍就好了,要速度拿起来,注意温度不要过高,这步主要是为了防止包的时候叶子折断。之后准备好糯米,用其他米包的会硬的。米洗过就可以包了。然后准备好三层肉,用酱油、香料等放下去腌制，现制现用。绿豆要磨过的，然后把皮洗掉才能用。市场上应该有现成的去过皮的卖。绿豆要泡一个晚上的冷水。(除了绿豆要事先准备好之外，其他的最好现备现用)还要准备好稻草，去掉叶子，并用开水浸过一遍——为了加强其韧度。一切都准备好了，可以开始包了。先铺2张棕叶(建议系上围裙放叶子在膝盖上坐着包)，用固定的碗量好米(依个人喜好，一般的粽子一共用普通的碗半碗就够了，这样包的粽子一个3两重)把米铺在棕叶上，成人巴掌大就够了，再放上一些绿豆，再加上一块肉，再放一些绿豆，再加上一些米。最后再用2张棕叶，把粽子包起来，像包包裹那样，差不多样子就行了，具体我也不知道怎么说了。用前面说的稻草茎缠绕。再剪掉多余的根茎，一般包4、5圈茎。最后就是用锅炖了，放的水要没过粽子，不要太多，浪费燃料。一般用4个小时左右。你可以拿起来开一个看看。这样就做好粽子了!

Good habits have many advantages. Going to bed early and getting up early makes us healthy. Diligence helps to succeed. Honesty helps:: win the respeet and trust of others.

If we form bad habits, such as rudeness, laziness, lying and stealing, we might be mined by them.

三五分钟后，拿出粽子放进锅里，开火，煮20-30分钟，然后关火，再把锅盖揭开，把煮熟的粽子倒进盘子里，拿起粽子找到剪刀剪开，解线，撕开芦苇叶，就可以品尝了。

吃到自己包的粽子，心里感到棒极了!
