说起敬老爱老，或者说是关爱老人，我很惭愧，我并没有过多地去做这些充满美德的事。但每次从电视上看到或听别人说起关于孤独老人的事迹，我心中便涌起阵阵心酸……

画面之一：老人需要爱

过年了。一位老奶奶准备了一大桌子的饭菜，可是儿女又纷纷打电话说因工作原因来不了。记得老人说了一句：“忙、忙，忙点好啊。”

但又有谁知道，这句话后面正真蕴含的意义其实是“多希望你们能多陪陪我”。后来老人呆坐在沙发上，看着电视又收不到台。她一个人坐着，我感觉她好冷、好空虚、好寂寞……我好想给她温暖。

画面之二：关爱老人，从我做起

一位老爷爷的儿女常年不在家，邻居又都外出打工，他身子骨又不好。家里的灯坏了，也无能为力去修，只好独自一人呆在漆黑的夜，承受着无法言说的寂寞。后来有两位自愿者来到了老人的家，帮他修好了灯，陪他一起玩耍。这时，老人露出了前所未有的笑容，可想而知，此时老人是多么幸福……

牵起手，我们同一片蓝天下走，抬头仰望星空，那有前人留下的汗水和泪水。

俯首凝视着地，那金黄的麦子是他们的宝贝，

就像我们，舍不得放下，舍不得捧起。

看着身边的孤独老人，那微笑之下藏着的皱纹什么时候又深了又多了……

想想我们可以做的还有很多，

让一个位，撑一把伞，换一个灿烂的微笑，

此时天空又会多一颗闪亮的星星——老人的笑，

[尊老爱老，关爱老人作文

每天下班，如归巢的鸟，街道上车辆匆匆，人流匆匆，我也匆匆。一直喜欢步行上下班，穿过大街小巷，看看流动的风景，看看琳琅满目的商铺，既是熟悉的又是变化的，对这个城市的脾气和喜好已经了如指掌。比如到了三条巷口，总有一阵麻辣烫的香味飘过来;到了五条巷口，总有一些老人围成一团，在下棋聊天;而每每上楼梯时，一楼楼道里总是坐着一个老奶奶，脸上身上都是浮肿的，手里住着拐杖，看到我总是问：“几点了?”。

有时她颤颤巍巍地下三个台阶，出来收晾晒的衣服，我看到的时候，总是快手快脚帮她收下衣服，扶她上楼梯，她会自己费劲地坐在椅子上喘气。我记得那张椅子是我们三楼一家扔掉不要的，我不知道她是怎样把这张椅子弄上来的，她就像一个不倒翁，一碰就倒下，说话走路都是那么吃力，却一个人租住在这里。我问她：“你每天的饭菜谁给你弄啊?”她说：“大儿子每天把菜买好送来，我自己烧!”

回家，老公说，楼下的老奶奶他认识。她女儿和我老公是同学，她还有两个儿子，大孙子都结婚生子了，老奶奶原先是钢铁厂的会计，年轻的时候精明得很，现在是四世同堂的人，却无家可归，一个人孤苦伶仃，基本是无人问信。

而这间房子的房东，也是一个八十多岁的老奶奶，一个人烧香念佛过着清苦的日子。三年前，在一个酷热的夏夜，因起床小解，头发晕，扶着一个落地扇，想站稳。终究支撑不住倒下，电风扇砸在她身上。等到邻居发现时，已经是三天后了，她早已僵硬归天了。

这些孤单生活的老人，并不是没有子女，而是没有子女愿意把他们带在身边。他们嫌弃老人的唠叨，嫌弃老人的邋遢，嫌弃老人的生病。觉得老人是累赘，是负担，甚至是障碍!现在有多少年轻人愿意和老人住一起?不用调查，看看身边，并心中就已明了。

泱泱文明大国，百善孝为先。身体发肤，受之父母，不敢毁伤，孝之始也。孝顺、孝敬，回报父母养育之恩，本是千年良好传统，不知不觉在文明堆里消失。一个连自己父母都不尊重，不知回报的人，能承望他爱别人吗？

很多民族把乌鸦当做神鸟，比如彝族人，他们自己的日子过得再苦，只要自己碗里有吃的，必会从碗里拨一些食物给乌鸦吃。因为乌鸦反哺，懂得感恩。乌鸦，漆黑、面貌丑陋的小鸟，因为人们觉得它不吉利而遭到人类普遍厌恶。正是这种遭人嫌恶登不了大雅之堂，入不了水墨丹青的小鸟，却拥有一种真正的值得我们人类普遍称道的美德——养老、爱老，在养老、敬老方面堪称动物中的楷模。当母亲年老体衰，不能觅食或者双目失明飞不动的时候，它的子女就四处去寻找可口的食物，衔回来嘴对嘴地喂到母亲的口中，回报母亲的养育之恩，并且从不感到厌烦，一直到老乌鸦临终，再也吃不下东西为止。

每次到河边散步，看到有些爷爷拉着奶奶的手，不紧不慢地走在余晖里，那种沧桑过后的淡定和坦然，那种繁华过后的平实和质朴，总让我想起赵咏华的歌：

事实上，人是一个个体生命，总是一个人来，一个人去。总有一个人先离开而逝，总会留下另一个伤心到终老。

如果这些空巢老人，身体健康，生活能自理，还有养老保险，那是最好不过的事!指望自己的子女全心全意地伺候，那就要看你有没有这个福气了?

早在十五六年前，那时孩子上幼儿园特难，上名小学也特难，我振振有词地预言：别看这些幼儿园现在傲得很，若干年后将变成养老院。这也不是空穴来风，那时是人口入学最高峰期，上幼儿园和小学，要交赞助费、管理费、借读费，五花八门。如今的小学、幼儿园、大学，抢人还来不及呢!而那时血气方刚的中年人，变成现在的老人，老人变成更老的人，而且越来越多。

从2000年到2007年，我国60岁以上的老年人口由1。26亿增长到1。53亿人，占总人口的比例从10。2%提高到11。6%，占全球老年人口21。4%，相当于欧洲60岁以上老年人口的总和。人口老龄化年均增长率高达3。2%，约为总人口增长速度的5倍。预计2020年老年人口将达到2。4亿人，占总人口的17。17%;到2050年，老年人口总量将超过4亿，老龄化水平推进到30%以上。

中国老龄化的问题越来越严重，生育率低、人口结构老化、社保制度滞后已成未来发展的重大隐患。而空巢老人又是老人中的一个亟待关注的问题，随着年龄的增长，生理功能逐渐衰退，他们对他人帮助的依赖性越来越高，心理上也就越来越脆弱，对养老服务需求也日益迫切。

现在政府有关部门正在采取有效措施，积极应对和解决“空巢老人”问题，比如加大财政对养老事业供给，大力发展社会养老机构，加快养老服务事业发展，为“空巢老人”搭建“安全网”，建立应急求助信息系统等，为“空巢老人”办一些实实在在的事。“劳我以少壮，息我以衰老”。是到了为空巢老人提供生活照料、心理抚慰、应急救助、健康保健、法律援助等服务的时候了，因为他们正面对或遭受心理危机的困扰。

如果我们都像乌鸦那样，懂得感恩自己的父母，回报父母辛勤养育之劳，很多问题都会迎刃而解。希望在某种程度上，萦绕在人们心头的“反哺情结”，能够给世人一个学习的榜样，感恩——成为一种义无反顾的力量，这样社会及家庭必会走向和谐、温馨和安宁，那些空巢老人，或者是老人们，生活质量大大提高，晚年生活会无比幸福，无比安详。

“树欲静而风不止，子欲养而亲不待”，父母在世的时候，尽我们的努力，不要吝啬你的钱财，不要吝啬你的时间，不要吝啬你的问候，不要吝啬你的关爱，让他们在夕阳西下的时候过好每一天。

也许，今天，他们看到了夕阳，明天，就看不到日出了!孝敬父母永远不要等!

今天,由成美慈善基金会参与举办的“十分有爱·暖心行动”失独海南行母亲节关爱失独老人活动，旨在回应社会对失独群体关怀的缺失，舒缓他们的心理压力，进行相关的心理安慰。成美希望能通过支持失独群体结对出游及同期举办的专家学者与失独群体的交流研讨会，建立起失独群体的交流支持网络，使更多的公众能够关注失独群体，消除对他们的误解和歧视，让失独人群在社会的关爱下，享有愉悦心情和幸福生活。

重阳节又到了，报纸上，电视上都开始宣传关心老人的消息。

大多数为老人服务的小站都是真诚的，也有一部分是趁机销售一些所谓的治疗仪器。这边刚免费为老人做了简单的身体测量，那边就忙不叠拿出仪器向老人展示，施展浑身解数，巧舌如簧，誓必让老人买下不可。

一些单位在重阳那天，肯定会有行动，名为给老人送爱心，实际为单位赚名气，送些不靠谱的礼物，诸如视力保健仪之类的，老人用得上用不上可管不得了平时就经常有敬老院虐待老人的事情曝光，但是敬老院还是照样要开的，只是换个名字重整旗鼓而已。至于服务质量有没有改进，那就不得而知了。基于现在的社会环境，很多家庭都是一个小孩的，到我们年老的时候，由于各种原因，或孩子身处外地或工作关系，或自身原因，无暇照顾老人，很多人可能都有机会进老人院安度晚年，这样的状况怎么不让人为以后担忧呢?

真正关心老人，不要只在乎形式，不要在节日的时候才表达关怀，无需用金钱和物质去衡量关心的程度。身在外地的，一条短信，一通电话，只要是流露真心的问候，老人也会很高兴。经济不太好的，平时多帮老人做些家务，和老人聊聊天，也是最好的孝道。至于单位企业的节日献爱心，真正为老人们做点实事，少些沽名钓誉的虚浮吧。

关心老人，从我做起，关心老人就是关心我们自己!

关心他人，关爱自己，珍惜友情，让我们在同一个阳光下健康成长。只有懂得关爱，才能懂得生活的快乐和幸福!

现在的老年人形体虽然日渐衰老，记忆力减退，但终究也为国家和社会做了不少事，由于他们所受的教育和环境与我们这一代是完全不同的，而我们不能因为他们的学历较低或对事物的判断力和价值观与我们的看法有差距，便不理他们，甚至对他们厌烦。我们应该发自内心的尊重他们，视他们如自己的父母。

对于老人，他们最害怕的就是孤独，所以我们应该和他们多交流，给他们多找一些伙伴、朋友!走近老人，你会发现老人对我们是很喜爱的，甚至可以说痛爱，那么我们更应该帮助他们，其实帮助他们可以做的事情很多，从身边的小事做起，从点滴开始。我相信一句歌词：“只要人人都献出一点爱，世界将变成美好的人间!”，让我们行动起来吧!

老人在我们的生活中是十分的常见的,而他们基本上都是些饱受苦难的!那么,你们说,我们是该在老人这后半生为他们做些什么呢?今天,我的外婆看见我如此孝顺,心中乐开了花!

可不,在今天中午,我们正津津有味的吃完了午饭,我也就为我外婆做了两件令她开心的事!

平时,外婆每到中午这个时候都会睡上一觉,做一次香甜的美梦!今天,她又再次睡着啦!

而我也将要做两件能让外婆欣喜的事,于是,我将拖把拿到水龙头前,用清水将拖把洗的干干净净.然后,我用着力大无穷的手臂拿着它来到了客厅.心中呐喊道:”加油!相信你一定能将地拖得十分干净,使它焕然一新的!”于是,我开始有劲的拖了起来.可过不了多久,我就开始不耐烦了,东拖拖,西拖拖,一会儿歇一下,一会儿……一会儿又……!这时,姐姐走过来对我说:”你做事认真点,不要半途而废,要不然你是不会有甜果品尝的!”听完姐姐说的话,我也不知怎么的,刚才为拖地而生的疲劳,现在早已飞到了九宵云外!我再次有劲的干了起来,每个角落都扫视一变,并将它拖得干干净净,与没拖之前真是有股焕然一新的感觉!

接下来,我要为外婆做什么呢?我冥思苦想,”啊!我知道了!”我在心中喊道!

于是,我拿起了抹布准备整理和檫檫桌子,我连忙拿起抹布一边哼着歌,一边洗着抹布.不一会儿,一块宛如从来没使用过的抹布诞生在了我的手上!看!它是被我洗得那么那么的干净呀!我边说边自我陶醉,仿佛这一块抹布是能获得吉尼斯纪录中洗得最好的一块一样.想完,我开始了我的工作,我先将桌上的一切物品都整整齐齐的摆放好,再拿起抹布檫了起来,不一会儿,我头上豆大的汗珠流向了我的脸颊,我顾不及管它.可不一会儿,它就像断了线的珠子涌向我的脸颊……,我还是不管它,继续像拼命似的,不停的檫……

这时,我的外婆醒了,她走了出来,当她看见我这么认真的檫桌子,又看见了地上如此干净的地.她笑了,在她那布满皱纹的脸上露出了一丝笑容,仿佛在蔚蓝的天空中出现了一道彩虹!看见外婆笑了,我也笑了.因为我体味到了关爱老人的那种快乐的感觉!

I was very favor of a section of music in its balls. It’s pretty brisk, liked a wonderful song of a bird. Regarding to the characters, I liked Elizabeth, the he-ro-in-e,though I didn’t think she’s beautiful. But she’s smart. However, I didn’t pay much attention to the plot. I thought it’s so long that it made me impatient and bored. By now, I haven’t read the whole story in English or its Chinese version, either. I owe it to my prejudice. In fact, I didn’t understand the story at that time. I didn’t know why it called Pride and Prejudice. Of course someone was pride, but I didn’t find where’ s the prejudice. I thought it’s normal, the way people treated each other in that. I considered prejudice would be very disgusting. But to the movie everthing was OK in my minds, except its length. Now, I think I have understood more about it. I’m a prejudiced person so I can’t find where’s wrong.

I merely like to do the things I like. Everytime I meet somebody or something,my thinking about he or it all depends on my foregone experience and my mood of the time.
