What Am I Going to Do in the Summer Holiday

The new summer holiday is coming. As we know, summer is a beautiful season. During the coming summer holiday, I am going to study English. Then I am going to borrow some science books from

一、指导思想。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

asks usin English. The result is that we cant answer her question, because we

cant understand her. In addition, she is serious and never smiles to us. We

My father bought me a lovely pet on my birthday.He has two orange paws,a

2月19日，我在开始了实习教师的生涯。一个多月的实习，我受益匪浅。

实习内容主要是语文教学、班主任工作，此外，还有其他的一些工作。既然是实习教师，语文教学自然是重点。

思考之后，我决定先从指导老师的上课风格入手。既然指导老师教的这么成功，学习他的方法、吸收他的经验自然是一条捷径。实习开始的两周，我便专心听指导老师的课，揣摩他的教学风格。指导老师也很负责，很热心地告诉我怎么听课，在课堂上如何观察学生，如何针对不同的情况作出适当的反应，从而提高教学效果。总的来说呢，指导老师的教学风格是把课堂话语权交给学生，用他的话说就是一节课能让所有的学生都在听都能听明白都能学到东西，这堂课就算成功了。至于如何把话语权交给学生，主要就是采用教师点拨法，即设问析疑。所谓设问析疑，是教师首先由一篇课文的切入口入手提出问题，然后引导学生回答、分析疑问并由此转入另一问题，最后把学生引导到预定的教学目标中。通过这种设问析疑，在加上适当的讨论，某些课文再结合文体特点，采用品味法、朗读法进行教学。法国教育学家第惠多斯说过：教学的艺术不在于传授本领，而在于激励、唤醒、鼓舞。那么，怎么去激励、唤醒、鼓舞听课者呢?让他们参与课堂，给予他们更多的机会，惟有这样，学生才会更加的融入课堂，惟有这样，学生的语文水平才会有所提高。设问析疑无疑是一个较好保证学生参与课堂的一种的教学模式。经过多次实践，我发现这种教学模式有颇多好处，具体的说有助于学生思考多方面的意见，增强学生思维的灵活性，发展了学生清晰明白地交流思想和看法的能力，有助于发展学生分析和综合的能力，鼓励学生专心地有礼貌地倾听，使学生的想法和体验得到了尊重，使学生成为知识的共同创造者。总的说来设问析疑可充分增强学生的创造性、口头表达能力、应变能力以及学生的主动性。

在听课的同时，我也对班上学生语文水平进行了调查。通过作文的批改再加上自习时间和课下时间的了解，得知这个班的语文水平还可以，且全班的学习氛围很好，课堂纪律和作文上交情况都很好，学生课前预习也很自觉，更重要的是他们讨厌传统的语文教学，他们不喜欢老师垄断课堂。显然，指导老师的教学方法是十分适合他们的。

在备课方面，指导老师也给了我讲述了一些注意事项。备课时，不要巨细无遗，那样在上课的时候可能很难找到要讲的东西，只是提纲挈领的一些东西，再补充一些重要的关键性的知识，具体的用到的知识，自己应该十分熟悉，记在脑中。上课的时候不是照本宣科，而是根据课堂的进展情况，适时调整教学。

在指导老师的帮助下，我在语文教学这个方面的实习可以说还是成功的。

周五早上，下了第二节课要去参加英语比赛。虽然准备比较充分但我的心情还是有点紧张。万一过不了预赛怎么办？“叮铃铃，叮铃铃”第二节课下课的铃声响了，我拿起水杯，飞快的向外跑去。

到了赛场，哇！真是人山人海，有的大人在着急的等待，有的同学紧张的要哭，还有的同学紧张的直冒汗……我找了一个空，挤了进去。轮到我抽号了，就要这个吧！打开一看，耶！是39号，不错，和我的参赛号一样。我拿好笔和纸，信心十足的上楼做听力。之后又满怀希望的回一楼讲了一个英语故事。最关键的时刻到了，马上就要公布成绩了，我又紧张起来。我也感觉到我的手心一直在冒汗，以前从来没这么紧张过。人名一个一个的念着，我的心情也是时起时落，终于在最后颁发的一等奖获得者名单里念到我的名字了，“我得了个一等奖，这表示我晋级了！”
