抽查完背诵之后，英语老师就让我们代开书第42页上新的一颗，今天的内容是教我们认识水果，比如苹果用英语说：“apple”、香蕉用英语说：“banana”等！原来这些水果用英语说出来是这么多好听！

今天课堂上老师还让我们同桌之间相互表演课文内容的小对话，我扮演的角色是妈妈，张永祥扮演的是Sarah，我们都很用心地在表演着这段对话，老师站在一旁默默看着我们的表演，对我们做出一副夸赞我们的表情，我当时看着老师心里非常的开心。

其实每一节英语课我都觉得很有趣，也很认真的听老师讲课，我喜欢英语我要好好的学习英语，要像我们束老师一样说一口流利的英语，长大以后能到国外去看看。

In the morning I reviewed my lessons and read newspapers or magazines. In the afternoon I played ball games with my friends or went fishing in the river. 暑假刚一开始，我就回故乡了。自然我须好好利用它，否则我会招致父母的不快。

早晨我复习功课并阅读报纸或杂志。下午我和朋友打球，或去河中钓鱼。晚上我就和家人看看电视。墙上的钟刚敲十下，我就去睡觉了。

我在这为期十天的三下乡活动中担任初一的一名代理班主任，在今天晚上之前我都以为当班主任是一件挺轻松的事情，但是在今天晚上发生的一件事情让我尝试到了作为一名班主任的艰辛。

为了增进我们与学生们的感情，我们在晚上举行了一个聚会，来的同学大多数都是外宿的。那时大家都玩得挺尽兴的，都不想那么快结束派对，我们的游戏进行到十点才结束。如果是上课时间，十点刚好是下自修的时间，回家也不算晚。但现在确是放假时间，他们也是自愿参加我们聚办的这个活动。就有一个女孩子可能出来的时候没有告知父母她是来学校参加班级的聚会的，所以那时她回到家，父母可能语气冲动点说了她两句，她心里不舒服，就选择了离家出走来和父母赌气。那时已经是晚上十点半了!当我们知道这个消息的时候，我们心中的那种担忧是无法用语言来表达的。你说一个小小的女孩子，三更半夜离家出走能去哪里。况且这个社会上什么人都有，什么意外都有可能发生，如何能让我们不担忧?

我们提着心出去找人，直到十二点校警不让我们出去了，我们才回来。而回到学校后我们也把学校的每个角落都给翻了一遍，怕错过任何一个可以藏身的地方，亦惊动了他们的班主任。我们找到两点才回到宿舍，但由于担忧着她的安危，我们根本无法入睡，直到眼皮上下打颤，实在熬不下去了，才倒头就睡。我记得我是四点才睡着的，早上七点就醒了，一醒来就问那个女孩是否回家了，好在听到的消息是我们愿意听到的，她的平安到家让我们悬着一夜的心终于可以放下了。

通过这件事，我知道了当一名合格的班主任是如何的艰辛。他们不仅需要向学生们传授知识，还需要时刻关注着他们的心理变化。学生们有任何的风吹草动，班主任都是提着心去跟踪处理，无论处理的时间有多长，他们悬着的心唯有在事情解决的最后一刻才能放下来，过一个平静的时刻。所以说如果要做一名合格的班主任我们还需要付出很大的努力去学习，去成长。因为自己经历过，才有所体会。

今天是7月25号，是我本次实习的第一天，我早早出门艰难的步行到了实习单位---河北野营搪瓷股份有限公司。由于年前已再次实习过的缘故，我对单位十分熟悉，我径直来到了财务部找到了带我实习的王姐。王姐对我很热情，寒暄几句后告诉我刚过完十五领导还没回来，虽然工人在干活，但是由于过年各种款项的收付和帐务结算都还没有办法进行，公司的财务部门的业务算是还没有正常开始，因此今天就没什么工作要做，随后王姐向我详尽讲述了公司的发展历程、业务范围、部门分工等情况，可能是公司经营规模小，财务部的出纳和其他人员都是其他部门人员兼任的，只有在有工作需要的时候才会出现，因此办公室里固定人员很少。午饭过后，王姐给我找了本《财会月刊》看，看完后又找了本《会计研究》，尽管和实习没有太大联系，但我还是希望多看看书，让自己懂得多一些，才能更好的使理论与实践相结合。这一天就这样平静的过去了。

We are studying hard in our school, Our life is happy and intcrcsting. I love our school very much.

This day is too busy .We only have one day to Spring Festival .My father

and I stick these Spring Festival scrolls(春联) on the wall . The work is to tired

but we are happy . I can cut tape to my father and he stick .In this way ,we

finish these tired task .After this ,we clean the room .1st ,I can clean the

floor .The wall is owned to my father .And my mother clean the window .We

cleaned our room at last .Oh。

HOW TO KEEP HEALTHY

As a middle school student,keeping healthy is very important.If we dont

pay attention to keep healthy,we cant study well.But most of the students dont

know how to do it.Do you know the ways to keep healthy?Now,let me give you some

advice.

Firstly,we should eat more fresh vegetables and fruits instead of eating

the food with fats and sugar.By this we wont be fat.We should also drink less

alcohol and drinks.And we shouldnt smoke.Secondly,we ought to have a goog

living habit.Getting up early and going to bed early can help us keep

healthy.Besides this,we can take regular exercise to have a healthy

Last night, I watched a movie, it is about two teenagers, they have cancer,

but the boy is positive about life while the girl is negative about life. They

meet each other, then the girl is affected by the boy, she starts to see the

beautiful things in her life. I am so moved by the movie, though the ending of

the movie is not so perfect, we see the change of the girls life. The topic of

the movie is to tell people to be positive about life, no matter what happens,

Last week , I had a busy Sunday.

I got up at six oclock at first ,Then ,I must washed my face and brushed

my teeth in ten minutes,Following,I need for breakfast .My breakfast was very

delicious ,so I ate them fast.After this,I went out and went played basketball

with my best friend ,Tom ,in the school playground .We knew many tempering is

good to health, so we can train each week together .In the noon,I went home and

cooked my lunch by myself ,then ate it .In the afternoon ,I stayed at home .I

read books and did my homework three hours .I n the evening ,it is mountain in

the sun ,I began to washed my dirty clothes .At the oclock ,I went to bed and

today is my nine-year-old birthday. i am very happy, because my father buys a big cake for me and my sister just comes to guangzhou . after dinner , my family celebrate my birthday .

时光飞逝，短暂而又愉快的假期生活已经结束了。接下来我所面临的是紧张而又愉快的新学期的教育教学生活。为把新学期的教育教学工作做好，特此作如下教学计划：

一、指导思想。

坚持马列主义，毛泽东思想。高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜，认真学习教育理论，贯彻“三个代表”重要指导思想，积极响应和贯彻素质教育钻研素质教育的实质。“减负”的内在，并以此指导自己的教育教学工作，遵循教育教学规律，紧扣大纲，把我教学层次，不断提高自己的业务水平。

二、基本情况。

这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

I am Happy

Today， the biology class is very different. We don’t need to sit in the

classroom， because the teacher takes us to do activities. We go to a field that

is near our school， and the task for us is to observe flowers. We feel so

excited and finish the task very carefully. It is a good way for us to learn
