A funny thing happened during the summer vacation.

Today we buy many clothes， and parents take to the streets is happy， the

parents have to pay to buy things. Unlike in their street to buy things they

I caught a cold today

In this morning，I felt very uncomfortable when i wake up,after i got up，i

sneezed continuously,so i realized that i had caught a cold.Then i went to the

clinic nearby my home to see the doctor, the doctor prescribed some cold

medicine for me and told me to drink lots of hot water. After taking the pills i

had a good sleep,now i feel better,I hope i will be better soon.

比赛开始了，男生，女生都不甘示弱，勇于站起来回答问题，外面狂风大作，里面却是这番热闹的情景，一分钟过去了，二分钟过去了，三分钟过去了男生和女生之间出现了距离，眼看第一大题就要结束，我们男生非常着急，想挽回局面，正当我们要开始翻盘时，第一大题居然就这然结束了，不过还好，还有第二大题，谁赢谁输还不一定呢？第二大局开始了，经过一番调整的我们，又开始追逐了紧张又激烈的气氛依旧未停，男生们依然努力的追赶着分数，能追一分是一分，女生好像有点骄傲了，回答的人越来越少，我们分数渐渐多了起来，直到最后一题是我们只差女生两分了，当我们认为胜负已定时，老师突然说最后一题回答对加两分，这是我们脸上又有了笑容，因为班长把自己的手举得高高的，他是我们最后的一线希望了，你是男生唯一的靠山了，当老师在黑板上花了两个大星星后就意味着我们的努力没有白费，我们终于胜利了！

日记是用来叙述一天中发生的有意义事件的文体。

第一，注意日记的格式：一般是左上角写当天的日期，右上角写当天的天气情况(cloudy/clear/windy/rainy/fine/snowy…)。日期通常采用两种写法：一种是按“月、日、年”顺序；另一种是按“日、月、年”的顺序。注意要在年份之前有一个逗号，而且月份通常可用缩写词（如：Jan.,Feb.,Mar.等）。如果需要写星期，可将其写在日期的前面或后面。如：Monday,May15th,2008或May15th,2008,Monday

第二，抓准日记的时态：日记记叙的时间通常是在当天的下午或晚上，因此所用的时态多为过去时态。但应灵活掌握，如果日记叙述天气、描写景色或为了描写生动，也可用现在时。

第三，日记一般按事情发生的先后顺序记述，所以常需借助一些表示先后顺序的词语，如atfirst,then,lateron,afterwards,finally,atlast等。一定要注意句与句、段与段之间的连接和过渡，适当使用一些过渡词语使其连接紧凑、过渡自然。

第四，确立日记的中心要点，尽量突出主题，可以通过对某个细节、某个侧面的描写来突出主题，千万不要写成一个流水帐。

I live very happily today! In the morning， it is very fine! Then I climb

Do your teachers still use traditional techniques to teach you nowadays? A

revol- ution in teaching techniques is required now. In the past, we just took

it for granted that a teacher s aim was to teach the students all that he knew

and solve all the problems for them. Therefore, students could mot judge things

on their own under this circumstance. Thus students gradually lost the ability

to learn by themselves. In addition, they were only equipped with the knowledge

that were taught in class and made the same judgement upon every problem which

might crop up. Of course, they would find their knowledge not enough to solve

practical problems.

So it is time to change the teaching method. A teacher s goal is to help

the students develop not only the ability to learn by themselves but the skills

to make judgements on every aspect on their own. It s not necessary for the

students to turn to teachers for help while meeting with difficulties. The first

thing is to develop the students abilities to make sound judgements upon any

problem and overcome difficulties.

All in all, the aim of teaching is to liberate, but mot to fetter the

students innate powers of making sound judgements.

Thanksgiving Day is the most truly American of the national Holidays in the

United States and is most closely connected with the earliest history of the

country.

Family Reunion and Feasting

Family feast is an important tradition during Thanksgiving. The entire

family sits at the table during dinner and offer prayer to the Lord Almighty for

his continuous grace. It is also a time for relatives living in different places

to come together and celebrate.

Tradition of Turkey

The traditional stuffed turkey adorns every dinner table during the feast.

Pumpkin pie, Cranberry sauce, Corns are some of the dishes cooked everywhere to

mark the day. Though historians dont have an evidence to prove that turkey was

eaten during the first Thanksgiving dinner, the thanksgiving celebration will be

incomplete without it.

Parades

The traditional Thanksgiving parade probably started with President Lincoln

proclaiming it an official day. The full- dress parade is a way to display the

countrys military strength and discipline. The main aim of such parades is to

lift the spirits of the spectators, provide them with wholesome entertainment.

In the present day, parades are accompanied with musical shows and

celebrities.

在学好校里，老师常说：“要注意安全。”可是还是有同学不当回事。就前几天我们班发生了一起“血案”。原来是同学甲碰到同学乙的杯子，同学乙大骂，然后两人扭打起来，结果同学甲的头被撞破了。为什么会这样?就因为两个同学没有安全意识，缺少一份宽容和理解的心胸。这时，安全在我的心中扎下根。

安全是从自身做起的，只要我们珍爱生命，人与人之间相互宽容，那么我们生活将会更加美好，社会将会更加和谐。人的生命只有一次，就让我们把“安全”牢记在心中吧!让“安全”伴随我们健康成长。

当今的英语课堂已经不再像过去传统教学中的“一言堂”那样枯燥乏味，特别是在小学英语课堂中，听听做做、说说、玩玩、演演、唱唱、跳跳、掌声、笑声充满了整个课堂。小学英语教学充满了生机活力和人文的关怀。但是，小学英语教学，只是玩玩乐乐吗？

操练：读一读、读音对比读，不同语调读，不同感情读，拼拼读读，听录音跟读。说一说：简单造句，看场景编对话，做游戏“悄悄话”。

思考：看VCD进行思想品德教育：多吃饭，少吃零食、健康饮食、节约粮食供应。

讨论：小组讨论水和重要性。

唱一唱：What would you like

The Lantern Festival, which occurs on the 15-th day of the First Month of the Chinese Year, marks the end of the New Years Holidays.

Lanterns are everywhere. A most interesting tradition is the posting of riddles called Lantern Riddles. Riddles are written on pieces of paper and posted on lanterns or wall. Any one solving the riddle is awarded a prize. And the food for lantern festival is Tang Yuan, i have made some Tang Yuan in a ginger soup, my wife got a serious cold, so i cooked a pot of ginger soup for her. I look forward to the next spring festival.

今天踌躇满志地去上课了，但是效果不让我满意，老师也只觉得还可以。

今天上的内容，按照一般的学生，我准备的内容应该是够讲的，如果是给重点学校的学生，还不够讲，但是我对这班学生的接受能力还是高估了，定义不明白，定义分析也不明白，例题也不明白，有点伤自尊。虽然老师说他们一般讲新课都有人听不明白的，但是我还是觉得我给他们上课，不明白的人会更多。仔细想了想，的确大部分责任在我身上。首先，我讲话太快了，他们反应不过来，其次，正如老师所说，在揭示定义那里，我讲的不透彻，讲的太粗糙太快了。还有就是我把握不住重难点。虽然这节课我一直问他们明不明白，他们一直说明白，但是我心里清楚，他们都不明白真正的内涵。总之这节课没有地方让我满意。看来我离一个合格的老师还有一段很长的距离啊。

为了增进我们与学生们的感情，我们在晚上举行了一个聚会，来的同学大多数都是外宿的。那时大家都玩得挺尽兴的，都不想那么快结束派对，我们的游戏进行到十点才结束。如果是上课时间，十点刚好是下自修的时间，回家也不算晚。但现在确是放假时间，他们也是自愿参加我们聚办的这个活动。就有一个女孩子可能出来的时候没有告知父母她是来学校参加班级的聚会的，所以那时她回到家，父母可能语气冲动点说了她两句，她心里不舒服，就选择了离家出走来和父母赌气。那时已经是晚上十点半了!当我们知道这个消息的时候，我们心中的那种担忧是无法用语言来表达的。你说一个小小的女孩子，三更半夜离家出走能去哪里。况且这个社会上什么人都有，什么意外都有可能发生，如何能让我们不担忧?

我们提着心出去找人，直到十二点校警不让我们出去了，我们才回来。而回到学校后我们也把学校的每个角落都给翻了一遍，怕错过任何一个可以藏身的地方，亦惊动了他们的班主任。我们找到两点才回到宿舍，但由于担忧着她的安危，我们根本无法入睡，直到眼皮上下打颤，实在熬不下去了，才倒头就睡。我记得我是四点才睡着的，早上七点就醒了，一醒来就问那个女孩是否回家了，好在听到的消息是我们愿意听到的，她的平安到家让我们悬着一夜的心终于可以放下了。

通过这件事，我知道了当一名合格的班主任是如何的艰辛。他们不仅需要向学生们传授知识，还需要时刻关注着他们的心理变化。学生们有任何的风吹草动，班主任都是提着心去跟踪处理，无论处理的时间有多长，他们悬着的心唯有在事情解决的最后一刻才能放下来，过一个平静的时刻。所以说如果要做一名合格的班主任我们还需要付出很大的努力去学习，去成长。因为自己经历过，才有所体会。
