It was a very busy evening, I was doing my homework at my home. My father

was writing a composition in the study room. My mother was interested in

今天，我们高新一小全校师生参加了一场消防演练。我们的心情都是十分的兴奋!

我们正在教室正常的上课读书时，突然听见广播通知我们演练开始了!老师立即让我们停下来不读了，我们拿起湿毛巾捂住自己的口鼻，弯着腰，顺着安全通道往外跑，很快我们就来到了安全的地方。

过了一会儿，我看见一个受伤的小朋友躺在担架上，旁边有一位大夫正给他做治疗，正在等待这救护车的到来。旁边的消防员叔叔，正在用消防水管准备没火。由于水管短了，另一位消防员叔叔又拿来了水带，接在一起，水管变长了，终于可以灭火了。高高升起的云梯的高空救人真是紧张和惊险!

最精彩的表演是使用灭火器灭火的表演。我看见消防员叔叔和我们的几个老师在一起演练的，首先，消防员叔叔放了很大的火，他们拿起灭火器，打开上面的阀门。用手一碰后面。泡沫就喷出来了，这时白色的泡沫向我们扑过来，飞在空中，我们呛得咳嗽起来。我连忙拿出湿毛巾捂住鼻子，过了一会，泡沫终于没了，火也扑灭了。我们顿时变成了“白色的泡沫人”。我连忙用毛巾往身上打，才把泡沫清理干净。

通过这次演练，我明白了：

1、发现火灾要打119

2、如果火不大，用毛巾捂住口鼻顺着安全指示弯腰走

3、如果火大，就把被子打湿放在身上，爬到窗口等待援助。

4、生活中，小朋友不要玩火。

今天继续完成昨天的整理标书的工作。校对标书，打印标书——每次都有好几十页，查找资质文件，打孔，装订，然后拿给领导签字盖章，最后封标，一做起来就是多个小时，有时忘记了吃饭，下班时间过了也还在继续，当我和大家制作完一份标书的时候真的很有成就感。这工作虽然复杂，却让我学到的很多东西，也锻炼了我的耐心和毅力。在制作标书的过程中，我感觉能和大家一起专注的做一件事真的很好。我想无论今后我将从事什么职业，我会记着这种感觉，将它带到我今后的工作中去。看到那么多的文件需要整理，我想接下来的几天都是无聊的重复整理资料了。无论多么枯燥无味的工作，我都要认认真真的把它完成，才能培养自己认真负责的态度，对以后的工作有很大的帮助。

Last summer, intolerable heat, so mom and Dad brought our family went to see the ice sculpture museum.

As soon as we walked into the ice sculpture museum, we felt the chill of the inside, and I knew it was only minus six degrees Celsius. Were just like going into a big fridge. Ice sculptures in the ice sculpture hall are lifelike. It stood the ancient "Four Beauties": Sha Shi, Mochizuki Pipa Wang Zhaojun, Diao Chan, Yang dancing, all lovingly pathetic. Today is my shopping day. I wanted to buy some delicious food.there were many kinds of food. I wanted to eat more and more fruits. I wanted to eat apples in order to lose weight. I liked eating bananas, straw berries, pears and watermelons, I wanted to buy some books, I thought they can help me study not long after my holidays, I wanted to buy a pair of golves for myself because my golves were lost. And I bought some CDs.

I got up early this morning and had breakfast quickly. Then my mother and I took the bus to my grandmother`s home. My grandmother was glad to see me again. She gave me candies and a cup of milk. She was really kind to me. At noon, we had lunch, There were lofts of people. After that, I talked with my grandmother. She laughed again and again. So I called to my classmates to ask, then I listened to the music, I enjoyed it. In the afternoon, I drew some bananas, I believed I can draw it well. In the evening ,I played computer games. After that , I read a famous book on the bed. It was a happy day today.

My father is a manager. He likes singing and playing cards. He liakes drinking tea in his office. He likes watching TV and smoking. He likes making friends very much. So he has many friends, He`s outstanding and calm. I like his personality. My mother is a history teacher. She likes drinking juice in her free time. She likes playing volleyball and badminton. Now I want to say something about my dream. What is my dream? I often ask

myself. In my mind, everyone shall have his own dream. I think that having a

dream means that we have an idea, and then we will do all the things to achieve

the target. As long as we have a goal to be realized, we won’t be blind at

least.

My dream is to become a successful doctor, helping those sick people and

saving their lives. Of course, to be a good doctor is very difficult, but I will

I know that fantasy is something hard to realize, but dream can. I’ll work

hard for my dreams, I’ll never give up.

In the past two years, my parents took me to travel to many places,

including big cities, small towns, famous mountians and so on. Therefore, I like

traveling and I hope I can visit to many more places. Since then, I hope I can

be a tour guide in the future, so I can travel to many tourist attractions.

Besides, I can meet various people and I think communicating with different

people is interesting, wchich can broaden my field of vision. I hope they can

share their life stories with me so that I can know the general life of a place.

I know it would be a challenging job, but I believe I can do well in my job.

To tell you the truth, I dont like the Spring Festival at all. When I was

young I liked it very much,because I could had something tasty to eat during the

Spring Festival,and I could enjoy very wonderful TV programmes,too. I also could

had much free time during which I could did something I liked to do. I dont

like it now, there are many reasons.

Firstly, I cant have a good time during the Festival. Every New Years Eve

something unpleasant often happens. Once I quarreled with my second brother.

Secondly, I cant relax myself during the Festival. I have to do many

things, watch so many TV programmes, meet so many people,all these things make

me very tired.

Thirdly, spending one Spring Festival means that I become one year older. I

dont like to be old. I want to live longer and be young all the time.

一、英语日记格式

英文日记通常由书端和正文两个部分组成。日记常以第一人称记下当天生活中的所见、所闻、所做或所想的事情。中、英文的日记三格式大致一样。英语日记的书端是专门写日记的日期、星期和天气的。左上角是日期(年、月、日)、星期。右上角写上当天的天气情况，如：Sunny，Fine，Rainy，Windy，Snowy，Cloudy等。

1、日期表达有多种形式。年、月、日都写时，通常以月、日、年为顺序，月份可以缩写，日和年用逗号隔开。例如：

A)September 1，2004或September 1st，2004也可省略写成Sept. 1，2004或Sept. 1st，2004;the

1st of September in 2004(月份不可以缩写)

二、英语日记的要求

日记的正文是日记的主要部分，写在星期和日期的正下方，可以顶格写，也可以内缩3至5个字母的空间。由于记载的内容通常已经发生，谓语动词多用一般过去时。但也可根据具体情况，用其它时态。如：记叙天气、描写景色，为了描写生动，可以使用现在时，以表现当时的情景。再如文后发表感想或评论可用现在时态或将来时态。记日记力求简单明了，有连贯性。若有文字提示，则应重视提示，把握要点。在句式上尽量使用简单句，以防繁杂，造成语法、句型错误。

三、英语日记的类型和训练

日记分为记事型、议论型、描写型和抒情型。建议大家在学习写日记的过程中，可按以下步骤进行：

①将一天所经历的主要事情和过程依次简要地记下来，不附加任何感情色彩，这是最简单的记日记的方法;

XX年8月21日 星期一实习第一天

今天是我人生中第一次真正地工作，虽然仍然属于实习，英语实习日记。早上十点多，我随小姨来到东风中路的交易广场。当我乘着升降电梯来到这座位于广州市中心的高级写字楼的十八层时，一阵强烈的新奇感和亲切感向我袭来。从小我就羡慕电视里那些画着精致的妆，穿着入时的年轻白领，羡慕他们可以在干净清雅的环境里办公，羡慕他们手捧文件夹轻步穿梭在办公室之间，还羡慕他们可以悠闲地喝一杯“雀巢”速溶咖啡。今天，这个梦想终于实现，我也可以在这样高档的写字楼里做一回员工了。我的心跳不禁加快了速度。

刚一接触，我便有些懵。是谁说过，一走上工作岗位，一切从零开始。的确如此，无论在学校学了多少知识，开始工作，尤其是开始一项自己不很熟悉的工作时，总会觉得自己要学的东西太多。我的专业是英语，对化学产品本身就一窍不通，更何况还涉及了许多进出口的贸易项目，因此一看就头疼，实习报告《英语实习日记》。大批大批金属元素和稀有金属的名称接连不断地出现，中文名都不会念，更别提英文了。我连连叫苦，大失信心，学了八年英语，硬是一个单词都不会。我硬着头皮，打开金山词霸，一个一个查出读音和意思，记录下来。连啃了大半天，才把硒、碲、钠、钡、钾、镉、碘、钴、铋、钨、锑、砷、镓、锗、铟、钛等等等等的金属元素及其化合物的英文名称记清楚。待我从字典里抬起头，才发现已经到了中午。

公司的福利制度不错，员工的午饭由专人烹饪并送到办公室。我们一行6、7人在会议室里进餐。老板不在，大伙很开心地吃着，谈天说地。全然不顾旁边还心惊胆战地坐着一个我。我是公司里最小的员工，而且今天是第一次来，还是个实习生，我以为大家会比较感兴趣比较热情地问我许多问题，还准备和大家很快熟悉起来呢，却发现除了做了一个简单的自我介绍之外，我就只有埋头吃饭和在一旁陪笑的份。大家仿佛不太关心我的存在，继续谈论他们关心的话题。几次我想开口，都由于胆怯和害羞而缩了回去。那种尴尬的滋味我想起来就难受。原来在公司里一个新人并不太重要，人与人之间的关系也不像在学校里那么单纯，大家彼此多一事不如少一事，谁也不肯施舍一些善意，让新来的小孩好过一点。

下午也不太顺利。说好在业务上带我的那位周小姐被朱叔叔叫出去工作了。大忙人就是这样，才交待的事自己都忘了。我自己又反复看了看几个网站，在word上列出了一些优劣，分析了一下材料，最后觉得工作实在没什么剩余了，才发现大家有的在发短信，有的在聊QQ，没有几个人在认真工作。就算是认真工作，我也一点不懂，没法帮忙。我鼓足勇气，在座位上排练了好几次，才绕到一位比较年轻的小姐身旁，很礼貌地问她可不可以带我熟悉一下业务。没想到她面无表情地告诉我她是管财务的，没有什么可学。我碰了一鼻子灰，有些尴尬地走回座位，心里盘算着这接下来的几个小时怎么度过。管行政的朱小姐在我的请求下给我了一份中文资料单和一本公司财政制度，并抱歉地说她也无法帮我。我于是很郁闷地继续我的工作。

在工作快要结束的时候，快下班时，大家还没有要走的意思。那位终于回来了的周小姐也给了我一个笑脸说明天才有时间带我。我几乎是有些高兴地离开了写字楼，因为我终于有时间琢磨一下。

稀里糊涂混过了第一天。感觉初到时的新鲜和激动已减了大半。在这样压抑的写字楼里，要自如地生存，畅快地呼吸，还需要磨练。我想我现在最需要的是勇气，是甩掉扭捏的书生气，大胆一些，厚脸皮一些，活泼一些，或许会让自己自如一点。一切都靠自己，我相信明天会比今天好的多。万事开头难嘛！

今天早上我八点就到了办公室，想要好好地努力地开始一天的新工作，像昨晚发誓的那样，勇敢大方些。一进门我就看见清洁工大姐在开灯开空调准备打扫卫生了。在一间只有我们两个陌生人的房间里，我想我不能把她当作空气。爸爸说，进入职场，首先要学会和人相处。我含笑轻声问这位大姐是不是每天都要比我们正常上班提前一小时来打扫卫生，还在她为我的空间清扫的时候不失时机地重重地说了声谢谢。这一招很奏效，大姐一开始有些腼腆地回答我，后来便主动问我在哪上学，实习多久之类的话。气氛一下子变得很温馨和愉快，给我一天的工作打下了良好的基础。

August 12,2012 Friday Today, I did housework for grandmother. She is not very healthy and I decide to do housework for her more frequently. And she will feel happy and become better. Suddenly, an idea hit me that it’s terrible to grow old becuase you have to worry about both your health and others’ opinions. Once again, I make a decision to be a good girl.

Tree and Ax

Ilike to tell you a story today ,it is Tree and Ax:A woodman came into a

forest to ask the trees to give him a handle for Ax.It seemed so modest a

request that the principal tree at once agreed to it,and it was settled among

them that the plain,homely Ash should finish what was wanted.No sooner had the

woodman fitted the staff to his purpose,than he began laying about him on all

side.Felling the whole matter too late,whishpered to the Cedar:“the fist

concession has lost all;if we has not a sacrificed our humble neighbor,we might

have yet stood for ages ourselves”The story was a satire on ungrateful

people,and it also shows us that giving alms to the enemy is cruelty to

yourself

The winter morning is very cold. I dont want to get up at all. The bed is

so warm and comfortable, but the outside is too cold. Every morning, my mother

pulls me up from my bed. It takes much longer to get up. But I like the

breakfast in winter morning, because mother often cooks hot food for me. It

makes me much warmer. Because of the cold weather, father often takes me to

school, so I dont have to ride my bike or take a bus. In one word, the winter

morning is cold and I just want to stay indoors.
