I have rested for 10 days.In these days,I felt very bored.I didnt know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do,I felt uncomfortable.I was ill because of the hot weather.I was tired,sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. in fact,it didnt matter.I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature.So when I went out,the high temperature disagreed to me.Finally,I was ill.

经过了几天的适应期后，我慢慢的熟悉了公司的各种规章制度和运作流程，更明确了自己的工作内容。接下来的时间便开始为正式投入工作进行了大量的准备，通过上网查资料、看书、向同事请教等等多种途径在几天的时间内我补充了大量实际工作中所需要的知识。然而等真正投入到工作中后发现自己要准备的东西还远远不够。大学生活让我对机械工程理论知识有了一定的了解，但实践出真知，唯有把理论与实践相结合，才能更好地为我今后在工作及业务上能力的提高起到促进的作用，增强我今后的竞争力，为我能在以后立足增添了一块基石。

今天是我最累的一天，从早上八点进到里面，一直到五点半，累了一天，有同事对我说，你歇歇吧，坐一会儿。其实我不是不想坐下来，可是作为实习生来讲，要学的东西很多，要做的琐事也很多，坐下来，节奏就慢了下来。我告诉自己，我放弃了其他找工作的机会，花时间花精力到这也里来实习，我要对得起我自己，对得起我宝贵的时间。如果我到这里来慢慢悠悠的休息，还不如待到学校休息。我在全心全意的投入一种职业，投入一种工作。

I went out to have dinner with father today. I should make toast during the

dinner but there was no juice availabe. So I had a bottle of beer. My face

turned red but I was not drunk. I dont think beer tastes bad but I wont like

have it too much because I am only a student.

Last night ，I dreamed I became a very beautiful brid.I dreamed that I was in a forest. In tht forest，there were a lot of animals.Then，an old bird told us，“we have a very beautiful forest，we should therefore protect it from pollution.”All the animals agreed with him.

But the second day，people came into our forest.Many animals were caught.The people wanted to build house and parks in our forest.Many old trees were felled.And then suddenly，nothing was left standing.

I was so shocked and then I bursted out crying.I woke up at midnight.It was only a dream.

In the morning, I was sleeping quarters, stretching, heard outside the rain rustling underground. I looked at the table before 6:10! Its on the bed!

Dont get up, think of todays social practice? The weather is become hotter and hotter.Today afternoon,my brother came my

home and asked me to swim with him. Got the permission of mother,my brother and

I went to the river which lies in the south of our viliage happily.When we

reached the river, we couldnt wait to jump into the water.The water is clear

and cold,which made us feel relax and cool. The river is not deep not shallow,is

suitable for swimming.We keeped swimming and playing in the water until we got

tired.Thought the weather of today is hot,our heart is very cool!
