今天卓老师让我去听听学友元老级英语教师赵紫刚老师上的英语课，听说他上课上得很好，作为实习老师的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。可叹自己做了16年的学生，听了各色各样的老师讲课，或严谨或幽默，或深入浅出，或步步深入，习惯了听课只是记笔记，学知识，从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法，但是这堂得听课，我的重点就是去观察一个老师是如何组织她的教学活动的。赵老师讲课声音很宏亮，我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是新单元的对话与短文理解。那些对话与短文我倒是可以讲清楚是什么意思，但是对于其中体现的语法，新单词的运用等我却并不能一一指出。尤其是那些什么形式宾语，定语，状语之类的术语，自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读，很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本，当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了，发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片，没有形成整体的结构框架，不知道怎样串起来，也不知道哪里是重点。看见赵老师给同学们一条一条例举的详略得当又重点突出，觉得自己在教学太欠缺了，得好好学习一下了。但是我还没有直接问他因为我感觉自己能解决的问题自己先解决比较好。

黄校长围绕我们的见实习，提出了他自己的建议。如樟园印迹、校园观察行等版块，并一一为我们阐述了他的设计理念。这让我意识到，简报的设计原来是如此的有学问。

另外，黄校长还用七句话给我们总结了出简报的准则。我在此特作摘抄，留作学习。刊头设计形成系列，统筹组稿适时装满，拟定标题变换字体，控制字数及时增减，统一版式疏密有致，图文并茂以文为主，书面校对复制有方等。

总之，出好一份简报是一门学问，而且还是门大学问。

更重要的是，从出简报这种说小不小、说大不大的事情看出。要做好教育这项事业，要修的学问有很多很多，而且还要修好他们。就说简报，需要你的设计观、你的统筹观、你的组织观，你的文学造诣等等。更直接一点儿，你对现代信息技术基本能力的掌握，都起着举足轻重的作用。

我明白了，当好一名教师，不需要你是一名专才，而需要你成为一名全才。以后，要努力的方向多了。

接着，老师进了教室，原本我还很兴奋的，又能学新的一课了。可出乎意料的是，老师竟生气地说：“怎么还有人没来？”大家异口同声地说：“学舞蹈去了！”老师说：“那这节课又上不成了，你们回去吧！”

我星期二也要去打乒乓球，可我还是坚持学我喜爱的英语，因为我知道，通过学习英语，可以增加更多的知识，我们将有更好的机会阅读各式各样的书籍和报纸。所以我不去打乒乓，也要学好英语。

我在回去的路上走着，心里有些失落，想：原本好好的，可以上一堂新课，都怪那些人，学舞蹈去了，也就为了“六一儿童节”表演而已，害的我们大家都学不成英语了，事情怎么会变成这样呢？看样子，下次你们谁也不要缺课，否则英语课一学期也上不完啊！

哎，希望下节英语课不会像今天一样无趣。

It is Childrens Day todany. My parents and I went to thenearby park for

celebrations. I was enjoying the programs when Ithought of my disabled classmate

Li Xin. It is not easy for her to come out.

After consulting with my parents, we went to Li Xins home and took her to

trhe park .We bought four colored balloons,on which we wrote:Cel-ebrating

ChildrensDay. We had lunch together. After ghat, I sent her back home .Both Li

Xin and I gad a happy time today.

On  5th my parents took me to . We stayed at Huabei Hotel. On the first day, we went to the Great Wall. The Great Wall is very long and old. It has millions of bricks. The following days, we went to the Summer Palace, Tian Tan, North Lake and Xiang . I now know more about the history of China. I also like modern . The  Olympic Games will be held in Beijing.

Later, I went back with my parents by train. I really enjoyed the trip to Beijing

这几天还一样都是培训期今天上午卓老师还没有让我们上课，他让我们在三楼的教室里继续备课，但是从今天开始就要互相试讲了，卓老师告诉我们备课的最终目标是要脱离课件，我虽然备课是挺充分的但是要脱离课件我觉得好难啊因为内容实在是太多了。下午再进行正规的上课指导。在教室里刚开始的时候会有点小紧张虽然我们是老师之间互相的练习，但是毕竟以前没有过这方面的经历，所以有点摸不着头脑。不知道如何去把握课堂的节奏。师院的老师还是很专业的从她们的站姿和板书的内容就可以看出了，轮到我上去了，开始的时候声音还会颤抖连我自己都感觉到了，但是每个老师都用鼓励的眼神望着我我就不那么害怕了，想想现在算什么啊还是磨枪的时候呢。后来我就很自如的讲了自己刚才准备的东西，到现在我还记得自己第一次试讲的内容是定语从句。我还是没有脱离课件，我觉得是要多试几次把自己要讲的东西思路理得非常顺的时候才能脱离吧。在我一遍又一遍的试讲之后我感觉好多了，好像更自信了。现在才明白了practice makes perfect的含义呵呵。但是我感觉大学里学的东西好像和现在的内容联系也不是很大还是要花好多时间去备课的。还要自己去补充很多的知识，这样才是对学生负责的。我现在才明白老师的压力其实很大的，你要保证你会回答学生的每一个问题还要保证都能回答对，其实老师不是圣人也有不会的时候。我在想上课的时候要是学生问我的问题我不会怎么办呢?唉下午要去请教高人了。

It was sunny and warm day. I got up early. After breakfast I went to ..Mountain with my friend Li Lei. It took us about an hour to get there by bus. There were thousands of people. I have rested for 10 days. in these days, i felt very bored. I didn’t know to do what.Although i had a lot of things to do, i felt uncomfortable. I was ill because of the cold weather.I was tired, sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. In fact, it didn’t matter. The logic behind the phenomenon is simple and clear: if a pirated copy is available for just a tiny fraction of the normal price, not to speak of many of the free downloads online, who would pay for an authentic copy? Cheaper prices aside, easy access is another important factor. With such a large gathering of pirated upgrades around, who would bother to spend time and money searching the stores for an authorized yet outdated version?

Despite these apparent benefits, the practice of software piracy should be banned, because it represents unfair competition and by nature it’s a no-win situation. But how? Two approaches are to be taken at the same time: Technically, software developers should enhance their antipiracy engineering, so that cracking the software should be virtually impossible. And legally, the government should also tighten its antipiracy laws and toughen up the penalties, so that violations should be costly。

这时，老师笑着说：“好了，现在我们选两位同学当桥。”“我”“我”……同学们争先恐后地把手举得高高的，我也不例外。最终，我和尚府荣幸地被选为‘桥’。我们两把手举得高高的，全班同学都排好队，“london,bridge.……”歌曲响起来了，同学们一个接一个地迅速从“桥”穿过去。突然，歌声戛然而止，我们的“桥”倒了，华南被“压”住了。“表演节目，表演节目！”同学们异口同声地喊着。华南没有办法，只好慢悠悠地走上讲台，不甘情愿地站在台上。这时，潇文自自告奋勇地要替华南将个笑话，华南听了，像抓到救命稻草似的，脸上顿时堆满笑容。

潇文走上讲台，讲了一个笑话。大家听了，都笑得前俯后仰，我差点笑倒在地上。“叮——”下课铃响了，一堂有趣的英语课就这样过去了。
