我是七年级(七)班刘一帆的家长，非常感谢郭老师给我这个机会，能让我在这里和大家一起交流教育孩子的一些方法和体会。

今天，老师让我说说刘一帆的家庭教育和学习情况，我感到很勉强，因为我们的家庭是一个普通的不能再普通的家庭，我的孩子也是一个普通的不能再普通的孩子，他的点滴成绩主要是老师教育培养的结果。与在座的各位家长相比，我们做得还很不够。

家庭是孩子的第二课堂，家长是老师的助手。现在，就孩子的成长教育方面，我谈几点自己的粗浅看法

一 家长是孩子的首任老师 。

孩子来到这个世界上，家长必然是第一任老师。要从小教育孩子怎样长大成人。每位家长都望子成龙，都希望自己的孩子在学习上出类拔萃，但是，学习好固然很重要，如果不重视思想品德教育，学坏了，就是成绩再好也很有可能成为家庭和社会的包袱。所以，我从孩子小时候起就教育孩子要分清是非，不要沾染社会上的一些不良习气，引导孩子从小养成尊老爱幼，尊师重德，勤奋刻苦，诚实守信的好习惯。

二 多鼓励，少批评，不打骂，减轻孩子的精神压力。

把孩子当成是一个好朋友，多理解，多表扬，少指责。人与人之间一旦产生思想上的距离是很可怕的，父母和孩子之间也一样，我平时非常注意和孩子之间的沟通与交流，每当和孩子沟通的时候，我们俩无话不谈，像好朋友一样聊天，非常轻松，非常快乐。交谈时，我很婉转地指出它的不足之处，学习和考试成绩不好的时候，我就鼓励他，要他多去问老师，多去请教同学，给他讲“不耻下问的”道理。对他说：“小伙子，你要端正学习态度，明白事理，尽力而为。只要你努力了，只要你付出了，即使成绩不理想，也没人怪你。”总之，我不赞成“棍棒下面出成绩”的做法。

三 明确学习目的，养成自觉性。

在家长的引导和老师的教育下，孩子逐渐懂得了社会的发展需要知识，今天的刻苦学习，是为了将来回报社会和自己的幸福生活。不学无术之人将来到社会上只能是睁眼瞎。所以，他在学习上能够主动，比较勤奋，能把握自己，主动做好学习安排，当天任务，当天消化。有段时间，他着迷于电脑游戏，把作业完成后就想着电脑。我们知道后，从学习电脑知识的角度正面引导他，让他在保证学习不耽误的前提下合理安排玩耍时间，结果他较好的控制了自己，既学习不少电脑操作知识，也没有影响学习。

四 劳逸结合，保证有效学习时间。

长时间紧张学习，容易身心疲劳，神情呆滞，注意力分散。我们平时很重视让孩子把握好学习节奏，劳逸结合，张弛有度。保证每天有空余时间室外活动和保证充足的睡眠时间。

五 舍得让孩子经历磨难和挫折，清除其依赖性。

为人父母，我们要让孩子懂得：一个人最终要靠自己，要自立和自强，不要整天围着孩子转，更不要千方百计地去满足孩子的各种欲望。一个真正成才的人，要经得起逆境的磨练，才能更加富有创造性和个性。对孩子的过度保护，会造成孩子心理承受能力欠缺，很多家长总是千方百计地为孩子遮风挡雨，以为这样才是对孩子最大的关心和爱护，其实不然，这样等于在孩子成长的道路上挖掘了一个温柔的陷阱，掉进陷阱里的孩子由于被剥夺了失败和挫折的机会，不犯错误也不懂得改正错误，自然也得不到经验和教训，永远不会学到过硬的本领。不经风雨，怎能见彩虹。失败和挫折能考验人，教育人，锻炼人，使人学到许多终生有益的东西。

前几天是家长会，因为考完语文以后，我在家里就没有一次放松过，有时候，我真想住在学校。果真，都在预料之中。可是却又一件事出乎我的意料。 语文成绩

听到语文二字，我心中不由咯噔一声，现在的课堂我已经没有勇气再发言了。这次家长会还不知道怎么样呢!

在爸爸去开家长会的这段时间，我一直焦急的等待“缓刑”的判决。生怕成了“死刑”。这次的考试其实是小学成绩最差的一次了。心里这样想着，但爸爸以来的眼神告诉我‘事情不会这么简单。’

近七点了，楼梯间小声的脚步声被我有一忽略，我非常害怕家长会已经开完。但是一却并不是如愿的，当锁芯想起熟悉的钥匙声时爸爸回来了，姿态没有改变。

Love in high school is a very sensitive topic, the students in high school have come to the age of being mature, inside, they desire to love someone, but it is the awkward time. First, they need to focus their attention so that they can enter a better college, second, their parents are strongly objective to their love, the teachers even ban the love relationship between students. As a student, they have their own rights to love someone, the inner desire and the objection from parents and schools make them struggle to their emotions. In my opinion, high school students have so many pressure, they should put aside their love emotions for a while, they need to focus on the study, when high school time ends, they can choose their love. It is much easier, if you want to love at the time, then to love. No one will stop you.

爱在高中来说是一个很敏感的话题，高中生已经来到了即将成熟的年龄，他们渴望去爱人，但是这也是一个尴尬的时间。第一，他们需要集中精力学习，以此来考取一个好的大学，第二，他们的父母强烈反对恋爱，老师甚至禁止学生谈恋爱。作为一名学生，他们有自己的权利去爱人，内心的欲望，父母和学校的反对，让他们在情感上做挣扎。在我看来，高中生有很多压力，他们应该暂时把感情放在一边，需要集中精力学习，当高中时光结束以后，他们可以选择去爱。这容易多了，如果你那时想要去爱，就去爱。没有人会阻止你。

寒假之后我们又相聚在八(5)班这个快乐的大家庭之中，新的一年，新的学期，站在新的起点，我们每个人都会有一种期盼：明天的我要更精彩，都希望牛年我最牛。生活就是这样，有期盼才有进步，有行动才会有收获!你们打算用什么样的收获来装点这个不平凡的XX年呢?XX年对你们来说是一个不同寻常的年份，你们将要踏入毕业班的学习，而这一学期至关重要，它承上启下开启未来，为了明天的精彩我们要从今天努力!。

首先，我们要有一个新目标。目标是方向，是动力，也是人生道路上最大的选择。哈佛大学曾做过一个非常着名的关于目标对人生影响的跟踪调查该项调查的对象是一群智力、学历、环境等条件都差不多的年轻人，调查结果发现：27%的人，没有目标;60%的人，目标模糊;10%的人，有比较清晰的短期目标;3%的人，有十分清晰的长期目标。25年的跟踪调查发现，他们的生活状况十分有意思：那3%的人，25年来几乎都不曾更改过自己的人生目标，他们始终朝着同一个方向不懈地努力。25年后，他们几乎都成了社会各界顶尖成功人士，他们中不乏白手创业者、行业领袖、社会精英。那10%的人，大都生活在社会的中上层。他们的共同特点是，那些短期目标不断地被达到，生活质量稳步上升。他们成为各行各业不可缺少的专业人士，如医生、律师、工程师、高级主管等等。那60%的人，几乎都生活在社会的中下层面。他们能安稳地生活与工作，但都没有什么特别的成绩。剩下的27%的人，他们几乎都生活在社会的最底层，他们的生活都过得很不如意，常常失业，并且常常在抱怨他人，抱怨社会。调查者因此得出结论：目标对人生有巨大的导向性作用。成功在一开始仅仅是一个选择。你选择什么样的目标，就会有什么样的成就，就会有什么样的人生。为自己设立一个新学期前进的目标，让它带领你走向进步与成功。回顾上学期开学时，我们为班级设立的一个个目标经过我们不懈的努力，一一实现，新学期，我们更要好好规划自己的未来，班级的未来。本学期班级建设两大关键词：文明、勤奋。

其次，我们更要依靠三种力量。第一是自己的努力。自己的事要靠自己做，自己是自己发展进步的内因，付出一份努力才会换取一份收获。学习并不是一种兴趣，而是一种责任，是我们应该做而且必须做好的事，为自己，为所有关心我们的人更是为期盼我们成材贡献的国家。同时学习必定会有负担。没有苦的.累的过程，就不会有我们的进步和提升，无论是今天的学习，还是明天的工作都是如此。第二是老师的努力。作为老师，我们是你们学习的助手，帮助你们成功;我们是引玉之砖，惟愿你们成大器。作为老师，我们是你们学习的指导者，因此，千万要虚心接受老师们每一天的教育和帮助，同时还要心存感激，感激老师给的每一份教育和帮助。没有老师们今天严格的教育，就不会有我们美好的未来。对老师的努力越感激，我们就会越努力，就会越进步，越优秀越成功。第三是好朋友的努力。好朋友有很多,我们的父母.老师.同学等等。只要我们把他们当作好朋友一样去爱他们，他们就会成为我们的好朋友。好朋友是知心者。我们把自己的目标.困难.喜悦.悲伤.所思所行都告诉他们，他们就会给我们很多的帮助和监督，而每一份帮助和监督，都是我们前进的助力和动力，我们就会因此不断克服困难取得新进步。

[初二年级新学期的寄语

也许铁真的是那么不屑一故……

朦胧间，只看到乌云和透明的雨丝，被乌云遮住的阳光就像我低落的情绪，一切都太悲观，“恨”就像理所当然，挂在每个人的眉宇间，安静得只听见自己的心跳。

我总认为我生活着是一个错，然而也不是美丽的。在谁的眼里我似乎都是猜不透的谜，不爱讲话，不爱玩耍，不爱与同学一起交流问题。因为我害怕——朋友。

也许我很傻，做人本来就需要友谊，我也需要，但是我很内向，从来不会表达自己心里的感受，谁会比我更傻，与一个不爱说话，不爱一切的怪人做朋友?

她的存在让我感到每个人都戴上虚伪的面具，当初的“铁哥们儿”因为我的粗心，灰飞湮灭……这个粗心，使我明白友谊的真谛，我认为的友谊太单纯，单纯得大错特错，没想到天使般的心肠后还有恶魔般的脸庞。有些人说要帮你，可实际上是帮自己;当你真正需要帮助的时候，你可曾想过，平常跟你称兄道弟的哥们儿在哪里?害你落井下石的人有可能就是你的“挚友”。

天真?可爱?两只手，紧紧拉着，一路上唱着歌曲。

“我可以帮你。”

“谢谢。”

这样的话语伴我度过了一个多月，我的性格太内向，真的不是别人能忍受的，但居然还有一个人和我做了朋友，在她眼里，我看到的是多么热情的热情。偶尔一次不见她，我好寂寞，因为除了她我没有别的朋友。

“回家啦!”我背着书包向她挥挥手，转头回家。走出教室，到了走廊上，看到外面的雨还在下，我突然想起了早上带来的伞落在了教室，我跑了回去，却发现门死死的关着。

“我告诉你们哦，她居然告诉我……”

我头一昏，虽然还能站起，但脑子已经不清醒，我回过头，伞也没拿，走出了学校。雨的沙沙声和我沉重的脚步声快要融为一体，我的每一件自认为是心中的秘密，全都被她公开了……

雨似乎淋得我很清醒，我相信这是事实，因为以前和她像铁一样的坚固友谊，就这样被轻而易举吹翻了……

In 2014, a show called Where Are We Going, Dad was popular around China, in the show, five famous stars and dads with their children went to the countryside to experience the life.

This is the first time for the audience can look at the celebrities’ children, the kids are so lovely that all the audiences love them. Now a new show which is similar to the mentioned show becomes a new hot topic, but this time, half audience love the stars’ kids, the ones who don’t like them think that the kids are not as lovely as the ones before, even look ugly. So the audience speaks bad words in the Weibo, showing their dislike. As an outsider, I think it is so cruel to the kids, they are so young and innocent, they don’t know about the world, why should they deserve those vicious words.

Imagine if they are your kids, what will you do? People should be mercy to the kids.

在2014年，一个叫《爸爸去哪儿》的节目火爆全中国，在节目中，五个著名的星爸和他们的孩子下乡体验生活。

这是观众第一次有机会观看名人的孩子，这些孩子都很可爱，所有的观众都喜欢他们。现在一个新的类似的节目成为了焦点，但是这一次，只有一半的观众喜欢明星的孩子，不喜欢的人觉得有些孩子不像之前的可爱，长得不好看。因此观众在微博上对这些孩子留下恶言，以此来表示他们的不喜欢。作为一名局外人，我觉得这对孩子来说很残酷，他们是那么的年轻和天真，对世界都了解不深，为什么他们要承受这样恶毒的话。

想象一下，如果这是你的孩子，你会怎么做呢?人们应该对孩子仁慈点。

This summer, I had some special days. I joined dongzhou international educational exchange summer camp.

First, I will tell you about our foreign teachers, they are shrina and rebecca. They are friendly and beautiful. They are students at oxford university.

We talked about many things: famous people, subjects in england, different jobs, our deal days, western star signs, what can we say in a restaurant and so on.

We know lots of things, like what the difference is between “chef” and “cook”, all the parts of the body…

We tried to write a letter to principal zhang. We made a play and we drew our own comics and tried to sell it. We gave some other students english lessons, we taught them about chinese dragon, chinese martial arts and the olympics.

Every afternoon, we played exciting games: chinese whispers, tongue twisters, wheelbarrow, egg and spoon, three legs…

On the last day, we had a good time. We made black tea. We put tea bags, some milk and lots of water in to a big bowl, and then we stirred the tea until it became red and dark. Oh, it tasted good! later, we used eggs, flour and milk to make many pancakes. To cook them is very interesting. When we finished it, the pancakes looked round and nice. We put some jam on it. how delicious! I won’t ever forget it.

The summer camp is a really good chance for me. I know the local things in england. I learned a lot and like english more. I also know better ways to learn english well.

I hope one day i can see you in england.

眼看日子一天天过去了，我最期待的暑假即将到来了，这次的暑假我一定要好好的充实自己，学英语、素描、数学……等，好好的安排我的暑假生活，让它充实又快乐。

暑假一开始，我马上去学游泳、英语。刚开始在学英语时，老师在讲什么我都听不懂，俗话说得好：「要学就要问」，所以我就把不会的问题勇敢的举手告诉老师，经由老师细心的解释，再加上我已经学了二、叁年，本来对英语懵懵懂懂的我，现在已经可以跟外国人对话了，还可以很流畅的说出一句生活用语。所以学英语对我来说，真是受益良多，我不但没有辜负老师的期望，也没有浪费父母的钱，真是事半功倍啊!

游泳对我来说，就像是下地狱般的痛苦!因为我害怕游泳，我害怕被同学嘲笑我穿起泳衣很胖，可是我心中的小天使却告诉我说：婕宁，不要害怕，妳不要害怕游泳，不要害怕同学会嘲笑妳，妳只要学好妳该学的就好了。结果，游泳并不是我想像中的那样难，想不到同学根本就不会嘲笑我，老师也对我很好。虽然在学习的过程中有一些小挫折，但是我还是努力的克服了，我学会了仰式、蛙式、自由式、蝶式，而且还通过了九级检定，这一切都是老师的功劳。所以，以后如果有人溺水，我就可以自告奋勇的去救他了。

我的.暑假生活充实又精采，现在是五年级，还有最后一次童年暑假，期待下一次暑假的来临，做我未实现的梦想。

Do your teachers still use traditional techniques to teach you nowadays? A revol- ution in teaching techniques is required now. In the past, we just took it for granted that a teacher s aim was to teach the students all that he knew and solve all the problems for them. Therefore, students could mot judge things on their own under this circumstance. Thus students gradually lost the ability to learn by themselves. In addition, they were only equipped with the knowledge that were taught in class and made the same judgement upon every problem which might crop up. Of course, they would find their knowledge not enough to solve practical problems.

So it is time to change the teaching method. A teacher s goal is to help the students develop not only the ability to learn by themselves but the skills to make judgements on every aspect on their own. It s not necessary for the students to turn to teachers for help while meeting with difficulties. The first thing is to develop the students abilities to make sound judgements upon any problem and overcome difficulties.

All in all, the aim of teaching is to liberate, but mot to fetter the students innate powers of making sound judgements.
