By pooling international resources and technology to address the environmental problems, the disadvantaged nations are provided the assistance needed. Otherwise their environmental conditions deteriorate ultimately affecting the resources and environment of the world as a whole.

One of the difficulities to an international resolution to environmental issues is the difference in individual nations view and policies toward environmental protection. In order for international cooperation to occur and succeed, the nations of the world must submit themselved to international standards and supervision by an international commission elected by the participating nations of the world. All members must agree to abide by the standards established.

The environmental issues facing each country are not unrelated to the well being of the rest of the world. The impact is long term and international in scope. Without international cooperation and agreement to address such environmental issues as glacial melting at the South Pole, depletion of the ozone layer, water pollution, air polution, etc., the environmental conditions of the world will deteriorate to the detriment of every nation, not just those that ignore or lack the resources and technology to resolve their individual environmental problems.

As part of the same planet, it is the responsibility of each individual and nation to protect the global environment. Only international cooperation will provide the timely solutions and the effectiveness needed to stop the deteriorating global environment.

人的爱好多种多样，有新奇绝妙的，有平淡无奇。我的爱好虽不新奇，但广泛得连父母都时常感叹。而在这众多的爱好之中，我还是对读书情有独钟。

爱看书还得从七年前说起。那是贪玩的我并不怎么爱看书，但有一次，从玩具堆中发现了一本被翻开的书。好奇心促使我看了下去。一下子，我马上被书中那精美的插图与那精彩的内容给吸引了。而且一发不可收拾，从此，我就爱上了读书。

长大后，懂事的我越来越爱看书了，每天都要看，少看一天都不行，成了一个不折不扣的“小书虫″。为此，我还闹出了笑话呢!记得有一次，妈妈让我烧水，烧水时，我便拿起一本书，津津有味地品读书中的精彩内容，看得忘乎所以。结果，水壶被烧坏了，搞得满屋子烟。这时，妈妈看见了，就问我怎么回事。我这时才回过神来。“糟糕!我的水呢?”妈妈见我这副模样，无可奈何地唉声叹气：唉!你这个小书虫!我提醒过你多少次了……’’

虽然我因为看书误了事,但我仍然爱读书.因为从书中,我学会了许多知识,悟出了许多道理,认识许多朋友：丑小鸭、快乐王子、孙悟空、鲁迅、冰心、爱迪生……读书还使我的作文水平提高了不少呢!

现在,书成了我每天必需的营养品,生活中没有书,就好像鸟儿没有翅膀，生命没有书,就好像生活没有阳光,书是人类进步的阶梯，书是知识的源泉!

It promotes our heart and lung function by increasing their expansion and contraction, which is beneficial for resisting pressure from longtime labor or extra-strength work. And it improves fat consumption and metabolism, which lay a solid foundation for disease prevention. Meanwhile, it helps keep our body in a good shape by consuming the overfull calories.生理上，做些有氧运动可以提高我们身体健康，减少我们的痛苦。做有氧运动可增加心肺的伸缩，以提高心肺功能，有益于抵御长期的劳作和加班带来的压力。它还能促进脂肪的消耗，促进新陈代谢，预防疾病。同时，有氧运动还能消耗多余热量，有益于保持良好体型。Psychologically, acting aerobic exercise also conduces to our psychological health. We are able to be more confident and positive that we have capacity of doing something at the best, just like finishing our plans or achieving our destinations in exercise. Thus we can ventilate our negative feelings by doing workout so that we can strive for our dreams again.心理上，进行有氧运动还有利于我们的心理健康。通过户外锻炼我们能消除负面情绪，才能再次为梦想奋斗。Hence, for the wellbeing of body and mind, let us have some aerobic exercise together.因此，为了我们的身心健康，让我们一起来做有氧运动吧!

尊敬的各位家长:你们好!

首先,大家的到来是对我们教育工作的最大帮助.因为我觉得家长会的真正意义在于给孩子鼓励,在孩子们心中,来参加家长会,也就是对他们的关心,对他们的爱,他们会感到无比骄傲,幸福.

这几次测试有些学生成绩不理想，不是因为孩子的智力有问题,而是由于他们的习惯差.课堂上精力不集中,老师讲的东西根本听不进去,课后的作业不认真,甚至不完成作业,这样就造成课堂上的知识听得一知半解,课下也得不到巩固,所以成绩一直上不去. 这些学生思想上都要求上进,有学好的愿望。有些同学由于年龄特点,好动,持久性差,依赖性强,玩心较重.针对这些学生,我们老师把精力,时间全部用在了他们身上,课堂上注意他们,课下耐心地跟他们讲道理,正面引导,做到循循善诱,耐心细致.在对这些学生的辅导方面,我们是非常重视的.对没完成作业的学生我们留下写作业,对学不会的学生我们留下给他们补课.要想提高这些孩子的成绩光靠老师是不够的,还要依靠家长的帮忙,在家督促他们写作业,及时检查他们的作业,发现有没学会的知识要及时给他们讲解,或者告诉老师,让老师利用课余时间给他们补课.老师不希望有一个学生掉队.

孩子是我们的希望,在座的各位家长都希望自己的孩子有出息,但只恨自己帮不上忙.当了这么多年的老师,我发现有的家长对孩子太严厉,把打骂当作教育;有的家长则不管不问,称之为自主发展,其实是放纵溺爱.那我们学校,家长在教育孩子方面有哪些需要共同努力的方面呢 ?

习惯培养.

良好的习惯是成功的保证.因此,我们强化对学生进行良好习惯的培养.习惯包括生活习惯,卫生习惯,学习习惯等.而良好的学习习惯则包括作业习惯,听课习惯,阅读习惯.在这里,我希望你们给孩子多一份关怀,关心他们的学习.贪玩是孩子的天性,大多数孩子缺少自我控制能力,所以希望你们平时多督促孩子认真完成家庭作业,培养他们良好的作业习惯,写字姿势.我们要让学生静得下,活得起,帮助学生养成每天读书的习惯,扩大他们的知识面;多关心他们的生活,个人卫生.有些孩子的卫生习惯不好,不刷牙,不剪指甲,希望你们督促他们勤换衣,勤洗头,勤理发,让孩子学会谦让,学会文明礼仪,做个讲文明,有礼貌的现代学生.孩子一旦养成良好的行为习惯,将有益终身.

在家庭中要养成良好的学习习惯。

1、养成读书的习惯。

孩子喜欢读书，养成读书习惯，可以培养听力、理解力，成为“听话高手”，集中力和持久力也可在不知不觉中养成，另一方面，听多了故事的孩子，接触各种文章的内容，表现能力及语言表达也很好。对于书中人物的言语、行动，小孩也会思考为什么这么说这么做，思考力、解读力也同样得到培养。低年级的家长可以考虑小孩的年龄、发育、兴趣，选择好的图画书、故事书。我们要重视朗读的指导。在孩子读正确、读流利的基础上，让他读出感情。我们希望家长能够在本学期更多关注孩子的朗读能力的提高。甚至能够陪着孩子一起读，和孩子比赛读、分角色朗读课文。这样既能让孩子熟读课文又能增强孩子对学习语文的兴趣，同时读书能加强孩子的语言表述能力，提高其作文写作能力，数学也会更好。

2、 养成做事情精力集中的习惯。

值得注意的是不要让孩子边学习边做其它事。有的小孩总是一边看电视，一边听音乐，一边做功课，这样，学习不够专心，注意力容易转移。有的个别孩子精力非常的不够集中，(如;顾文桃、李成阳、王之东、吴秀宝„„)家长可以采用这样的方法培养孩子用眼睛听的习惯：在安静之处，将手放在孩子的肩膀上，互相看着对方的眼睛说话，不管什么话题都没关系，每天进行一次。只要视线相连接，孩子就不得不集中注意力听，只要每天持续不断，就能培养出很会听“话”的孩子。

3、必须限制孩子看电视、玩游戏机的时间。

现在的小学生听看的节目，以娱乐性质的节目居多，不需要像读书般认真思考发挥想象。只是一直坐在那儿，看着不断变化的画面，感到有趣而已。久而久之，就养成了被动的性格，持续盯着电视看的小孩，的确缺乏集中力，会变成不安定的小孩，这类孩子不大会思考问题，所以成绩不好。原则上不要边看电视边用餐、聊天，每天限制时间，而且规定完成功课才能玩，节目内容也必须注意，家长与孩子之间应该针对节目内容充分交换意见。

4、在生活中让孩子学会忍耐。

家庭教育中，最容易被家长忽略的就是忍耐。能够忍耐的孩子，在学业及社会生活上都容易获得成功。所以不论运动或游戏，让孩子学习忍耐吃苦是很重要的，一些昂贵的玩具叫孩子忍耐到生日或重要节日再买，这样，孩子对于想要之物没办法立刻得到，可以培育出忍耐心，精神因此得到锻炼，使孩子拥有自信。在这个物质丰富的时代，家长看到自己的孩子受限制真是有点痛心，但是请家长记住：欲望很容易会得到满足的孩子，因此不懂得珍惜。家长要对小孩的物质欲望严格，情绪欲求宽松。当他向你撒娇时就抱抱他、摸摸他的头、用心疼他。，当小孩忍耐痛苦的时候，大人也要忍耐，并请家长称赞他!只要家长与孩子之间以爱心、信赖维持感情，孩子不但成绩优异，而且拥有自信，也会受到朋友的欢迎和信赖。

5、学生的家庭作业及辅导。

每天，我们都会有一定的家庭作业。希望家长一定要负责好。

很多家长认为作业就是笔头作业，其实不然。我们经常也布置一些读书、听写的作业，希望家长也能认认真真地协助老师完成。二年级的学生，已经可以独立完成作业的。所以我认为每一个孩子回家后应该自行自觉得完成作业，然后家长一定要进行检查孩子的作业，保质保量。尤其是质量，您只要细心不难发现孩子作业中的错误，有了错误要及时让孩子改正，这才能使他在学校掌握不扎实的知识及时得到巩固。在这里我要说一点有的孩子的字写的实在是很不尽如人意，希望家长根据自己孩子的书写进行要求，如果孩子的字实在难看的请家长要求孩子常练字，写好字很重要希望大家不要忽视书写质量，同时我还希望家长在作业上签上名字，目的就是让你们在孩子的作业完成后，能认真检查一遍，有问题和意见可以写在当天的作业旁，这样即使看不见老师我们也能很好的沟通。希望大家能在家坚持给孩子报听写。

6、家长要掌握有效的指导学习的方法。

让孩子每天坚持复习和预习。为了不将学过的忘记，复习很有必要。当天复习由于记忆仍新，所以学习过的能记住。如果两三天后才复习，由于记忆已经淡薄，所以效率很差，如果完全不复习的话，学过的就渐渐忘记了。低年级如果每天复习，课业一定跟得上，而且会对功课产生自信。复习以后再预习，了解什么地方懂，什么地方不懂，不懂之处可以在上课时特别注意听。

当孩子带回的作业或测验卷上有“×”的记号时，这代表孩子的薄弱环节，不要认为都会了，就是太粗心， 所谓的“粗心”其实是知识掌握不够熟练，一定让他弄清楚并熟练掌握。父母就得注意小孩是否真正了解和掌握了知识，如果基本的部分不会，“漏洞”就会越来越大，以后出现问题再回过头来寻根求源，家长和孩子将会很辛苦，而且收效甚微。

说了这么多，希望各位家长能给我们学校和老师提出您的宝贵意见，把你们教育子女的经验和我们一起分享， 我们今天能有机会坐在一起，是为了一个共同的目的，那就是为了孩子的明天。再次感谢你们的支持。谢谢大家!

也许铁真的是那么不屑一故……

朦胧间，只看到乌云和透明的雨丝，被乌云遮住的阳光就像我低落的情绪，一切都太悲观，“恨”就像理所当然，挂在每个人的眉宇间，安静得只听见自己的心跳。

我总认为我生活着是一个错，然而也不是美丽的。在谁的眼里我似乎都是猜不透的谜，不爱讲话，不爱玩耍，不爱与同学一起交流问题。因为我害怕——朋友。

也许我很傻，做人本来就需要友谊，我也需要，但是我很内向，从来不会表达自己心里的感受，谁会比我更傻，与一个不爱说话，不爱一切的怪人做朋友?

她的存在让我感到每个人都戴上虚伪的面具，当初的“铁哥们儿”因为我的粗心，灰飞湮灭……这个粗心，使我明白友谊的真谛，我认为的友谊太单纯，单纯得大错特错，没想到天使般的心肠后还有恶魔般的脸庞。有些人说要帮你，可实际上是帮自己;当你真正需要帮助的时候，你可曾想过，平常跟你称兄道弟的哥们儿在哪里?害你落井下石的人有可能就是你的“挚友”。

天真?可爱?两只手，紧紧拉着，一路上唱着歌曲。

“我可以帮你。”

“谢谢。”

这样的话语伴我度过了一个多月，我的性格太内向，真的不是别人能忍受的，但居然还有一个人和我做了朋友，在她眼里，我看到的是多么热情的热情。偶尔一次不见她，我好寂寞，因为除了她我没有别的朋友。

“回家啦!”我背着书包向她挥挥手，转头回家。走出教室，到了走廊上，看到外面的雨还在下，我突然想起了早上带来的伞落在了教室，我跑了回去，却发现门死死的关着。

“我告诉你们哦，她居然告诉我……”

我头一昏，虽然还能站起，但脑子已经不清醒，我回过头，伞也没拿，走出了学校。雨的沙沙声和我沉重的脚步声快要融为一体，我的每一件自认为是心中的秘密，全都被她公开了……

雨似乎淋得我很清醒，我相信这是事实，因为以前和她像铁一样的坚固友谊，就这样被轻而易举吹翻了……

尊敬的老师，各位家长，同学们大家下午好：

我是七年级(七)班刘一帆的家长，非常感谢郭老师给我这个机会，能让我在这里和大家一起交流教育孩子的一些方法和体会。

我的孩子今年在我们县实验小学毕业后，我们选择了“房县实验中学”，事实证明了我的选择是正确的。近三个月来，我的孩子成熟多了，他孝敬懂事，勤奋刻苦，目标明确，自觉性强。借此机会，向各位老师对孩子的教育和培养表示衷心的感谢。特别是我们学校“诚信，勤奋”的教学氛围，为孩子提供了良好的学习环境，时刻潜移默化地影响着孩子，在这里，他不但学会了读书，又学会了做人。

今天，老师让我说说刘一帆的家庭教育和学习情况，我感到很勉强，因为我们的家庭是一个普通的不能再普通的家庭，我的孩子也是一个普通的不能再普通的孩子，他的点滴成绩主要是老师教育培养的结果。与在座的各位家长相比，我们做得还很不够。

家庭是孩子的第二课堂，家长是老师的助手。现在，就孩子的成长教育方面，我谈几点自己的粗浅看法

一 家长是孩子的首任老师 。

孩子来到这个世界上，家长必然是第一任老师。要从小教育孩子怎样长大成人。每位家长都望子成龙，都希望自己的孩子在学习上出类拔萃，但是，学习好固然很重要，如果不重视思想品德教育，学坏了，就是成绩再好也很有可能成为家庭和社会的包袱。所以，我从孩子小时候起就教育孩子要分清是非，不要沾染社会上的一些不良习气，引导孩子从小养成尊老爱幼，尊师重德，勤奋刻苦，诚实守信的好习惯。

二 多鼓励，少批评，不打骂，减轻孩子的精神压力。

把孩子当成是一个好朋友，多理解，多表扬，少指责。人与人之间一旦产生思想上的距离是很可怕的，父母和孩子之间也一样，我平时非常注意和孩子之间的沟通与交流，每当和孩子沟通的时候，我们俩无话不谈，像好朋友一样聊天，非常轻松，非常快乐。交谈时，我很婉转地指出它的不足之处，学习和考试成绩不好的时候，我就鼓励他，要他多去问老师，多去请教同学，给他讲“不耻下问的”道理。对他说：“小伙子，你要端正学习态度，明白事理，尽力而为。只要你努力了，只要你付出了，即使成绩不理想，也没人怪你。”总之，我不赞成“棍棒下面出成绩”的做法。

三 明确学习目的，养成自觉性。

在家长的引导和老师的教育下，孩子逐渐懂得了社会的发展需要知识，今天的刻苦学习，是为了将来回报社会和自己的幸福生活。不学无术之人将来到社会上只能是睁眼瞎。所以，他在学习上能够主动，比较勤奋，能把握自己，主动做好学习安排，当天任务，当天消化。有段时间，他着迷于电脑游戏，把作业完成后就想着电脑。我们知道后，从学习电脑知识的角度正面引导他，让他在保证学习不耽误的前提下合理安排玩耍时间，结果他较好的控制了自己，既学习不少电脑操作知识，也没有影响学习。

四 劳逸结合，保证有效学习时间。

长时间紧张学习，容易身心疲劳，神情呆滞，注意力分散。我们平时很重视让孩子把握好学习节奏，劳逸结合，张弛有度。保证每天有空余时间室外活动和保证充足的睡眠时间。

五 舍得让孩子经历磨难和挫折，清除其依赖性。

为人父母，我们要让孩子懂得：一个人最终要靠自己，要自立和自强，不要整天围着孩子转，更不要千方百计地去满足孩子的各种欲望。一个真正成才的人，要经得起逆境的磨练，才能更加富有创造性和个性。对孩子的过度保护，会造成孩子心理承受能力欠缺，很多家长总是千方百计地为孩子遮风挡雨，以为这样才是对孩子最大的关心和爱护，其实不然，这样等于在孩子成长的道路上挖掘了一个温柔的陷阱，掉进陷阱里的孩子由于被剥夺了失败和挫折的机会，不犯错误也不懂得改正错误，自然也得不到经验和教训，永远不会学到过硬的本领。不经风雨，怎能见彩虹。失败和挫折能考验人，教育人，锻炼人，使人学到许多终生有益的东西。

天道酬勤。我相信，尽一份努力就有一份收获，多一份付出就多一份回报。希望同学们能从心底明白我们做父母的一片良苦用心，勤奋学习，蓬勃向上，以良好的学习成绩让老师放心，让家长安心，也让自己开心。
