读书更是我们通向理想的桥梁。像司马迁，从小就喜爱历史，对史书很感兴趣，长大以后就成为了一个伟大的史学家，完成了“千古绝唱”——《史记》;像鲁迅先生在幼年过年时，大人给了他压岁钱，他总舍不得随便乱花，一点点地攒起来买书看。有时遇到了稀有的好书，还亲自动手，一笔一画的抄写下来。长大以后就成为了一位著名的作家、思想家和革命家;还像我们的周恩来爷爷，他小时候在看一本伟人传记的时候非常感动，继而立下了“为中华之崛起而读书”的誓言，长大以后，他真的实现了自己的理想。

记得莎士比亚曾经说过：“生活里没有书籍，就好像没有阳光，智慧里没有书籍，就好像鸟儿没有翅膀。”当我们烦恼时，书会带给我们快乐;当我们无助时，书会带给我们知识与力量;当我们毫无目标地徘徊时，书会带给我们理想的目标。

是呀!没有一本书的家庭犹如没有一颗星的天空,没有一条鱼的河流;没有读过一本书的人,犹如一具没有灵魂的躯壳,没有思想的尸体!古往今来,没有哪一位名人不热爱读书,同样,也没有一位不热爱读书的人会有所作为!

小学英语教师读书笔记(一)

俗话说：“良好的开端是成功的一半”。上课也一样。教师的循循诱导，能让学生产生强烈的求知欲和好奇心，从而更积极主动地参加课堂教学，为整节课的成功作准备。

一、导入：⒈歌曲导入。⒉设置悬念。当然导入很多，教学中不能单一的用一种导入，也许这种导入刚开始学生觉得很有劲，但天天用学生就会厌倦了。所以教师设计时要多多新颖，多多改变，尽量多样性。

二、创设情景，多用直观教学.

由于小学生年龄较小，生活经验不丰富，知识范围有限，决定了他们对直观、新颖、有趣的材料容易理解和接受。比如学生学习“good morning ﹑good afternoon ﹑good evening”这三个问候词时很容易混淆，我就用道具设置情景：画了三幅图，有从东面初升的太阳表示上午，有正在上方炎热的太阳表示中午，有明亮的月亮表示晚上。再叫学生用“good morning ﹑good afternoon ﹑good evening”来说，加深了学生的印象。作为一个小学英语教师表情要丰富，如果表情呆滞，语言平淡，学生就不能全身心投入学习中。所以在课堂上，老师需要生动地表演，丰富的表情，使学生进入一个童话世界。在制作教具时可让学生自己动手画、动手做。在教学中要用到的图片，可以提早几天布置下去，当他们的作品被运用在课堂上时，孩子们都很兴奋。这样使学生体会到成功的喜悦也激发了学英语的兴趣。此外画图片，也培养了学生的绘画能力，也可让他们熟悉一下将要学的新知识，真是一举多得啊!

三、运用多种教学方式使学生“玩学结合”。

爱玩是孩子的天性。教师在课前充分利用教材内容，精心设计一系列知识性、趣味性强的听、说、读、写教学游戏，使学生边玩游戏边学习，在丰富多彩的游戏中接受英语，喜欢英语，达到“玩与学”相结合的目的。在小学英语书上有许多单词要记住，这就得通过让学生在各种游戏中慢慢学习单词，而不是死记硬背。我们要掌握的单词以卡片、图片、头饰、动作等各种不同形式展现给学生，通过各种游戏进行渗透。

一、真爱学生，才会低着头，弯着腰，与学生进行心灵的交流，才能从每位学生身上找到金子般的闪光之处。长期以来的“精英教育”，致使很多学生因为评价制度的偏颇成为所谓的“差生”，而教育的最终目的在于最广泛的提高人的素质。现代教育理论也表明，人的智力决非是学习的能力。 “一支铅笔有多少种用途?”——无数种，更何况是万物之灵的人!

三、真爱学生，才懂得“漂亮的孩子人人喜爱，爱难看的孩子才是真正的爱的道理”。素质教育的大旗上有一个大写的“人”字，要求教师们善待每一个生命，尤其是那些曾经遭受到伤害的孩子。《小学英语新课程课堂教学案例》为教师们种下了一个信念--每个人都是天才，没有教不好的学生，只有不会教的老师。

记得那是一年级的语文期末考试，试题上要用“热腾腾”造句，我冥思苦想，绞尽脑汁，结果发现左脑全都是水，右脑全是面粉，不动便罢了，一动全都是浆糊。最后我只得大笔一挥，浑然写到：“我会用热腾腾造句。”试后，老师拿着卷子做“吐血”状，羞得我，差点儿把脸塞进鞋口。老师说语重心长地说：“要想人生无憾，必先有书为伴。”将信将疑，我走进了《金波童话》，那散发浓郁幽香的词语盘点，让我胃口大开——潺潺的流水、幽幽的月光、寂静的树林，泥泞的旷野、红润的圆脸、热腾腾的山芋……简直是“恨不相逢未考时”啊!心中暗下决心：此后的作文亦当携其手、吮其精，“妙语连珠”、“思如泉涌”。期末考试成绩一出，我竟然登上山顶，畅享了“一览众山小”的王者大餐。

生命营养粥于我，既是写作的源泉，更是思想的火炬。难忘记三年级唱歌大赛，本来有实力名列前茅的我，却像麻婆豆腐般惨败得一塌糊涂，当我哭着将头埋进老师的肩膀时，老师送给我一本厚厚的书，要治治我的挫折恐惧症。噙着眼泪，我翻开了散发着墨香的《世界名人故事》。命运坎坷的音乐大师贝多芬以自已对音乐的热爱，以他不放弃地与命运抗争的故事，鼓舞着我振作;美国发明大王爱迪生3600次的失败和最后的成功引领着我前行。后来的电视少儿歌舞大赛中，我发奋图强，勇敢地毛遂自荐，最终唱着胜利的凯歌，品尝了成功的硕果。

两次刻骨铭心的成功，已经使我，对于书本这杯生命营养粥，情有独钟。我疯狂地爱上了读书。晨曦初露，斜椅桌边，任窗外黄叶如花，离愁飘挂，我的心却固守着与书的约定。夕阳西下，独坐窗前，听窗外细雨如诗，看“卧薪尝胆数十载，三千越甲可吞吴”的坚韧，思“自挂东南枝”的无奈，品“羽扇纶巾，谈笑间墙橹灰飞烟灭”的风华，我不断地汲取着文学的精华，品味着思想的精髓。是书告诉我“无论是国王还是农夫，只要能找到属于自己的安宁，他就是最幸福的人”的真理，是书告诉我“人格应该与脑门一同闪亮”的尊严，更是书告诉我“天空不曾留下我的痕迹，但我已飞过”的自豪……

时光悠长，寄情于书卷我便永不孤独：岁月静好，徜徉于书海我便勇者无敌。当思想的火炬穿行在漫漫长夜、亘古荒原，当奋斗的翅膀穿越坎坷、穿越低谷，当知识的光芒掠过千山万水，掠过风雨人生，请不要忘记携一杯生命营养粥，从书海启程，让读书染绿心灵的荒漠，让读书去点亮世界的梦想。

if we have a book ,we will not be felling of being longlywhen im free or in trouble, i always take out a book and read quietly. in no time, ive put my heart into it so that ill forget all the troubles. its in this way that ive formed the habit of reading in any time.
