hard to know what to say. Mainly because like most adults I feel preposterous

plead for your help with the environment, the migrant crisis, the NHS,

education, food banks, human rights, fundamentalism and wars. Though God knows

In spite of you being changed into different colours for corporations and being

bastardised to represent materialism gone mad - despite probably originating in

some season based pagan druid ritual a million thought miles from requests for

spontaneously combusting hoverboards... Kidadults cynically pointing this out

after having their moment of belief in you are wasting everyones precious time.

Because you are not for them. You are for the children. Children who need some

magic in a world where the borders between innocence and responsibility, playful

imagination and cold, adult obstacles are continually shrinking.

This is what Id like to ask you to help with. A little more time for

children to be children. Stretch the moment of magic and playfulness. Distract

them from the realities of a world gone mad so that they can laugh with their

breath rather than sob with their tears. Especially those caring for family

members, or suffering illness, hunger or poverty. Especially those hiding in

buildings as bombs rain down, or being handed shaking with fear or cold into a

boat to escape environmental disaster or war. Please help to light up their

worlds with a moment of joy and hope.

When I think about it youve got it tough this year... And when I really

think about it Im not sure that asking you for a lightsaber and getting one

(not that I ever did by the way) is equatable with controlling the space time

continuum and making the good of childhood last a little longer.

But you do inspire wonder and awe amongst those that write you letters and

go to sleep hoping there might be a new object in their possession come dawn.

You inspire good behaviour and, at least in my memory, some desperate last

minute attempts to redeem bad behaviour so as not to be overlooked. Spare a

thought too for those millions who want to write to you but through illiteracy

cant. Hear their words and help to give them the time and chance to learn how

to read and write so they can better their lives and escape their impoverished

beginnings.

I feel a little sorry for you. And I guess Ive done exactly what I said I

wouldnt... Asked you to help with adult problems and solve some of the greatest

worries we have for our children. I promise to leave some extra port and mince

pies for you!

常听别人说，现在的生活是越来越快，被碎片化的生活分割得支离破碎，不管是大人还是小孩。大人的生活怎样我并不清楚。但目前对我而言，我的生活就行在家、学校、补课机构这些地方无限循环。如果把我的时间比作蛋糕的话，这里切去一块，那边分走一块，所能剩下留给我的是少之又少。

但这不代表我没有时间去做那些我所兴趣的事了。现代化生活的快节奏与繁忙带来了可以所利用的产物——碎片化时间。

碎片化的时间是一个能用于提升自己很好的工具，如果你能好好利用它，它可以帮助你拉开与别人的差距。不过在合理利用它之前，我们需理解：何为碎片化生活？

碎片化时间便是生活中由于种种原因而变成一段段的零碎时间，也许在你不经意间便一去不复返，比如说等公交等地铁花的时间；出去吃饭，点菜到上菜的那段时间；课间休息的时间……这些时间也许不过须臾，但水滴石穿，若能全部有效的加以利用，你便能比他人多出一个小时，两个小时甚至整整一天的时间。就像鲁迅所说的那样：“时间就像是海绵里的水，只要愿挤总是有的。”

当别人在等车的时候刷微博，你可以在脑海中过滤一边今天讲课内容，去其糟糠，取其精华；当点菜后大家都在聊微信时，你能背一背老师所布置的背诵作业；而在课间，则最好尽力多刷那么两道题，又或是抽丝剥茧地弄清那些难题的解题思路……长此以往，有效地利用时间，你便可以拉开和别人的差距，和那些“学霸”“学神”不断靠近。

有人时常抱怨碎片化生活将我们的时间“化整为零”。古时虽不如现代节奏快，但早已有人会利用零碎的时间，比如说董遇的“三余”读书法，欧阳修的“三上”读书法。现今人人面对的都是这一样的情况，比起花功夫抱怨，倒不如尽自己最大努力去使它变成有利自己的环境。倘若人们多去向古人学习“化零为整”，也许便不会有人总抱怨时间不够吧。

为了让文章格调比较高雅和郑重，很多人都会使用大量的汉语词汇和文言。如果是论文或考试作文还可以理解，但是这种表达方式使用过度的话，只会给人一种生硬的感觉，这样的文章读起来很麻烦，也不容易让读者产生共鸣。此外，像是惯用句或是四字成语之类的，在文章中间或使用可以使文章结构更加紧凑，更有说服力，但是如果滥用也会有同样的弊端。使用浅显易懂的表达方式，在其中缀入格调高雅的言辞，这样的文章不是更加出色吗?

作家曾野绫子曾说过，“名篇都是浅显易懂的。难懂的文章就是烂文章”。那么要怎么样才能写出既浅显易懂又让人回味无穷的文章来呢?事实上，山本夏彦先生曾就此说过下面的话。

“如果读者阅读一篇文章太过流畅的话，忘得也会很快。有必要在某些地方放一些难懂的汉字，让读者顿一下”。然后，“句子在不断的修改删减润色之后，要在让人读不懂的咫尺之前止步，这样才是好的句子”。这还真的是很难呢。

每个人有不同的生活，一种生活就有一种方式，每个人有每个人方式。

我的美术老师住在清华园里的新林院，新林院全部是平房，与现在的高楼大厦完全不同。画室的外面是一片小竹林，竹子又高又粗，翠绿色。画室的窗户是江西小阁楼的样式，门框上刻着维纳斯的雕像，一进院，便能感受到一种安逸的宁静。

老师教各个年龄段人的美术，准确说是艺术，老师的所知所感往往是比美更高的境界。现在四五岁的孩子都应该学习儿童画，在老师这里却在学美术史，泥塑，镶嵌画……教给我的是解剖学，讲得最主要的是头部解剖。

刚开始接触人头石膏像时，并没有想过任何关于头骨，脸部肌肉……问题。可与老师学习过之后，才发现原来人体是这么的神奇，有这么多我所不了解的奥秘，连自己的脑袋都不知道！以前画头不过是把头画一个圆形就算结束，而现在我却会把一个球分为五个面，用不同的重度体现人头的立体感。

“画画不仅要用眼睛看，也要用大脑思考。”这是老师对我说的话。每次画石膏不再急于去拿铅笔把石膏形照抄，而是会用手去摸一摸石膏，感受石膏头部的额结节，它的转折，它的变化，明暗的关系。在画头发时，不再用铅笔画出头发的细线，每一次画时会把头发考虑成一个形体，画画时在心里默默想着头发的高低点，反光，阴影。

画维纳斯时，我会省略一部分，体现出维纳斯更圣洁的美，更羞涩眼神。与“琴女”比较，维纳斯可有些“神”的感觉。

在国庆期间，我特意去798艺术区观摩了梵高、罗伯特……的作品。发现梵高的画不再那么混乱、枯燥，更多了一些对生活的热爱，罗伯特的画也不再那么难看，更能看出人体的结构。

大概过了半年吧，妈妈突然间对我说我的画有些石膏的质感，更多些人物的神韵。

我有我的方式，画画不再是表面，而更多些人物的真实与本质。

随着时代的发展与进步，人们对于时间的观念逐渐发生变化，而时间也作为一项财富被人们最大限度的使用，碎片化的生活也应运而生。

或许你曾有过这样的体验，在车上利用手机进行阅读，或是在排队时通过网络查找信息，甚至是在街道上行走时埋头聊天……这些场景我们都很熟悉，或周边人如此，或你也如此，而这也正是碎片化的生活的表现，也是目前大多数人的生活方式。在目前看来，这样的行为再平常不过，但这在十年前甚至五、六年前都是不常见的，为什么？依我看来，一方面是人们对于时间越发重视，另一方面是互联网与科技在发展。

在工业革命之前，大多数人过着田园诗般的乡村生活，他们日出而作，日落而息，尽管劳累但每天都过得很满足，对于他们来说，生活或许就是能在闲暇时对着天空发发呆，在河边钓钓鱼，和亲朋好友聊聊天，没有人刻意去追求更高的亩产量，只要能养活自己，这样似乎就够了，因此他们不需要去想和做太多，尽情挥霍闲暇时光就好。而工业革命之后，城市也随之发展起来，更多的人开始在打工的路上“越走越远”，人们的思想观念也随时改变，他们总有干不完的活，但也有些空闲时间，对此他们以社交活动的形式度过，而其中很多也是为了工作，他们逐渐意识到时间的宝贵。到了信息时代，移动设备与互联网的发展使得我们有机会在零碎的等待时间去做些我们认为有意义的事，这似乎是的我们有了更多的时间与精力。

我们必须承认的是，碎片化的生活确实在一定程度上充实了我们的生活，但是，碎片化的生活也彻底改变了我们的生活。碎片化的时间，碎片化的学习，碎片化的社交，甚至碎片化的休息，一个一个的碎片填补了我们的残缺的同时，也将我们的人生“粉碎”了。

碎片化，倒不如说是做事只做一半，这种快餐式的文化使得我们有时候了解的信息和一些行为都变得错误。例如一些标题党，做着博取眼球的新闻，而内容却是与实际不符，但有时我们为了获取更多信息反而获知了错误信息，这样看来是很荒谬的。

碎片化，是时代进步的产物，但我们不能说是因为时代发展，从而产生了碎片化这一令人矛盾的生活方式，两者没有必然的因果关系。若要问导致碎片化的缘由是什么，我认为是人们在社会中的空虚感所导致的，为了弥补空缺，我们刻意去做些我们认为有意义的事去填补。这种空缺并非时间上利用的不足，而是心灵上的缺憾。很多时候为了生计，我们所从事的并非我们所愿意的，而工作的压力又使得我们喘不过气来，我们很无奈，但在互联网的帮助下，我们又似乎能去追求自己的梦想，但我们所拥有的只是碎片化的时间。相较于那些忙碌却也充实的农民，我们有时甚至不知道自己在做些什么，但我们拥有的碎片化的时间，对于那些不完整的人生来说，碎片或许就够了，尽管这些碎片可能不太合适，甚至扎痛我们，但这也总比一片空洞来得好。

碎片化的生活或许不是完美，但对于不完美的人生来说，碎片，或许也是一种不错的选择。

在现阶段，作文备考希望通过高密度的写作训练达到提高作文水平的目的是不现实的，成考作文要多选择擅长的表达方式。但也不能完全不写作文，还是需要压缩出适当的时间，有针对性地精写精练精讲几次，在这个过程中把必须让学生了解并熟练掌握的作文写作技巧、特点、模式和应该注意的问题，尽可能细致地传授给学生。

首先要让学生熟练掌握作文的基本要求和相应的写作技巧。这一方面主要是指：作文的基本要求、作文写作各个环节，如题目、开头、段落、结尾、选材、详略、过渡等等的技巧要求，都要符合特殊的评价标准和阅卷老师的阅卷心理。

如考题：作文主题一定要在积极向上的基础上再追求新颖深刻。作文要尽可能避免边缘意识、禁忌话题、偏激观点和刺激性语句的出现。有些有思想有个性的同学为展现自己的深刻、个性和才华，往往在这方面出现失控的现象，结果可想而知。作文并不是不能露锋芒，但一定要适度。学生最需要清醒认识的是，不是试验场，应对应该是以最稳妥的办法，而不要过分勇敢，或者想一鸣惊人，以身试考，成人高考《成考作文要多选择擅长的表达方式》。

如标题：文章题目一定要在能体现主题或表达中心的前提下追求新颖别致，能吸引眼球，引起阅卷人注意，给人留下深刻印象。可以从语言表达方式上下点功夫，有许多技巧可以借鉴，如修辞、数字、公式、诗词、套用、流行与时尚等等。

如开头：可以采用开门见山点明主旨的方式，也可以采取引用名人名言以增加文采的方式，还可以运用排比手法以加强气势，或者用讲故事的方式来增加新鲜感。

如各段落：每个段落开头或结尾的一句都非常重要，要尽量做到通过这些句子体现文章的逻辑思路和整体框架，体现清晰的构思路径。

其次，要提醒学生尽可能地选择自己擅长或适合自己的表达方式。每个学生擅长的表达方式是不一样的。有的擅长理性的逻辑思维，有的情感丰富，擅长抒情想象，而有的社会生活经历相对丰富，对现实的认识能力相对较强，他们的语文基础与语文能力也各有不同，因此适合他们自身的表达方式也肯定不相同。作文一定要求学生选择适合他们自己的表达方式，要提醒学生尽可能地不要强迫自己选择不适合自己的表达方式。擅长抒情的抒情，擅长议论的议论，当然能力全面的自然要根据题目的要求找到自己最好的表达方式。

革命历史，这样一种文化当如何解读呢？学校中，只是书本中勾勾画画死记硬背，反复做模拟卷。而我有我的方式，我愿意到历史真正驻足过的地方走一走，真正探索一下红色之旅。

来到井冈山的黄洋界，我背着背包和家人一步步走上山去，跨上每一个台阶，重温当时红军的路线。在碑前，我不愿去和其他旅客争着拍照，只想真正品读一下毛泽东题的诗词。我不愿原路返回，而是冒险着走了一回红军挑粮的小道。地处峡谷，领略到的不仅是黄洋界秀丽雄峻的气势，更是许多无名英雄的不为人知的付出和牺牲精神。是否当年他们也像我一样如履薄冰地怀着一颗紧张的心走着？是否他们的肩膀会因担子而磨出血，脚会因日日走崎岖的小路而磨出泡？是否会有无数无名英雄的鲜血播撒在我正在走的小路？这样的疑问和感慨也许只有这样的方式才会产生吧。

在大井的餐馆中，我不愿吃他们为了迎合外地人口味而做出的“招牌菜”而只愿尝试红军当年吃的“红米饭，南瓜汤”，我细细回味着嘴里的味道，吃出了一种无坚不摧的士气，吃出了克服万难的力量，吃出了抗战时期岁月的味道。因为历史真真切切在井冈山发生过，所以在那里吃出的味道独一无二？

来到重庆的白公馆才会感到一种强大的震感与悲愤。若没有去过，谁又曾想过从远处望依山傍水，风光无限的白公馆内居然是当时国民党惨绝人寰的场所？谁又曾想过华子良会从那样的地方逃出来？现在课本中很少会有这样的介绍，也许是教委觉得这段历史太过黑暗。而我的方式是愿意目睹这样沉重的地方，踏进当时的牢房，正视那段令人心痛的历史。

这便是我的方式——去追根溯源，去到那些曾经的遗迹中，而不沉迷于书本。不是泛泛的了解，而是用眼用心去悟出历史，走进历史。

七岁那年，我以为抓住了一只萤火虫就留住了整个夏天。

十四岁那年，我以为抓住了他的手就可以让他永远青春。

他是我的父亲。

我的父亲，更像是我的朋友。他没有传统严父的不苟言笑，没有严格无比的要求，没有严厉呵斥，没有溺爱“谦让”，他是一个不折不扣的老顽童。他的幽默细胞遍布全身，温暖的笑容在他脸上常驻。和他在一起好像所有的烦恼都会被抛至九霄云外。他好像永远不会烦恼，也不会严格要求我。

七岁那年夏天，晚风夹杂着夏日特有的燥热拂过脸颊，本来就浮躁的心情在我那时小小的心灵里慢慢滋生。我郁闷无比的在家里踱步，他看到我郁闷的神态，玩世不恭地对我笑笑；“走，我们出门抓萤火虫！”那时的夏夜还很美，抬头看看，还能看到满天繁星。七岁的我用稚嫩的手牵起他宽厚的巴掌，在草丛中寻觅那闪着淡淡幽光地小生灵。一道小小的光从眼前晃过，他松开我的手，用那双大手轻轻得捂住了那只萤火虫。我争着抢着要爸爸把它给我，可他摇摇头，只是把萤火虫发出的光亮给我分享，嘻皮笑脸地看着我，；“我才不给你呢，要抓你自己去试试？”就像一个活脱脱的少年，当时的我就在想，哪一个父亲不谦让孩子？这也太不够意思了吧，呸，他也太不称职了吧！

虽说他给我的生活带来了许多欢乐，可过于偏于朋友的爸爸却让我有事疑心重重，为什么他会如此“平易近人”？为什么他会对我如此放松？为什么他不以一个严父的身份陪伴在我的身边？我想不明白，难道说他不爱我？

可自从那件事以来，我才发现我原来真是太无知了。
