小时候就在队里训练过，几乎每天都要给水，这已经成了一种习惯。上了初中，我还是坚持去游泳，我觉得这已经是我生活中必不可少的一部分了。我想我可能是享受在水中那种自由自在，无忧无虑的感觉。

在现阶段，作文备考希望通过高密度的写作训练达到提高作文水平的目的是不现实的，作文写作技巧：多选择擅长表达方式。但也不能完全不写作文，还是需要压缩出适当的时间，有针对性地精写精练精讲几次，在这个过程中把必须让学生了解并熟练掌握的作文写作技巧、特点、模式和应该注意的问题，尽可能细致地传授给学生。

首先要让学生熟练掌握作文的基本要求和相应的写作技巧。这一方面主要是指：作文的基本要求、作文写作各个环节，如题目、开头、段落、结尾、选材、详略、过渡等等的技巧要求，都要符合特殊的评价标准和阅卷老师的阅卷心理。
