减压方式英文作文(优秀20篇)

①记叙：交代事件，把人物和事件介绍给读者，写出人物的活动和事件的发展情况。

②描写：在叙述的过程中，用生动形象的语言对人物和事件加以具体形象的描绘，给人以鲜明、生动的印象，避免了单纯记叙的平淡和枯燥。

③说明：补充交代记叙文中需要交代的事物。

④议论：记叙文中的议论是作者直接发表的评论，点明记叙的意图，揭示所叙事物的本质，起到画龙点睛的作用。

⑤抒情：作者在记叙的基础上，采用直抒胸臆的方法，抒发强烈的感情。抒情时，有的直接抒情，有的在记叙、描写中间接抒情。

1、借景抒情

借景抒情又称寓情于景，是指作者带着强烈的主观感情去描写客观景物，通过景物来抒情。它的特点是“景生情，情生景”，情景交融，浑然一体。在文章中只写景，不直接抒情，以景物描写代替感情抒发，也就是王国维说的“一切景语皆情语”。

2、触景生情

触景生情，是指触及外界景物而引起情思，发为感叹述怀的方法。这种方法可以先写景，再抒情；也可以先抒发对景物的感受，然后再描写景物；还可以把二者交织起来，一边写景，一边抒情。写景是为了抒情，笔在写景，却应当“字字关情”。

3、咏物寓情

咏物寓情，是通过描写客观事物来表达自己思想感情的一种表现手法。咏物寓情的关键在于“寓”。它的特点是，只描写物象，不直接抒情，作者将所要表达的思想感情寄寓在对物象的具体描绘之中，通过比喻、拟人、象征等方式，委婉曲折地表现作者的思想感情。

4、咏物言志

咏物言志，是指有感于外物而述志抒怀的方法。它与咏物寓情的区别是：咏物寓情只状物，不直接抒情；以状物代替抒情；咏物言志既状写事物，也直接抒怀，因物生情，有感而发。

5、直抒胸臆

直抒胸臆，就是作者或作品中的人物，不借助于任何别的手段，直接地表白和倾吐自己的思想感情，以感染读者，引起共鸣。直抒胸臆的特点是：不要任何“附着物”，而是思想感情直截了当地宣泄；不讲究含蓄委婉，而是思想感情毫无遮掩地袒露。这种直陈肺腑的抒情方式，往往显得坦率真挚，朴质诚恳，很能打动人心。

6、融情于事

融情于事，指通过叙述事件来抒发感情，让感情从具体事件的叙述中自然地流露出来，感染读者。这种渗透着感情的叙述，读者品味起来就更觉得真诚可亲。

7、融情于理

融情于理，就是把感情寄寓在说理之中，理中含情，既可以使情具有深度、厚度，又可以使理闪烁出充满个性色彩的情思．拨动人的心弦。
