Highly technical, ballet is always performed to music and often tells a story. Though learning this style of dance is a difficult process, the results on stage are magical. The graceful moves display the body in the most elegant and beautiful manner possible.

在工业革命之前，大多数人过着田园诗般的乡村生活，他们日出而作，日落而息，尽管劳累但每天都过得很满足，对于他们来说，生活或许就是能在闲暇时对着天空发发呆，在河边钓钓鱼，和亲朋好友聊聊天，没有人刻意去追求更高的亩产量，只要能养活自己，这样似乎就够了，因此他们不需要去想和做太多，尽情挥霍闲暇时光就好。而工业革命之后，城市也随之发展起来，更多的人开始在打工的路上“越走越远”，人们的思想观念也随时改变，他们总有干不完的活，但也有些空闲时间，对此他们以社交活动的形式度过，而其中很多也是为了工作，他们逐渐意识到时间的宝贵。到了信息时代，移动设备与互联网的发展使得我们有机会在零碎的等待时间去做些我们认为有意义的事，这似乎是的我们有了更多的时间与精力。

我们必须承认的是，碎片化的生活确实在一定程度上充实了我们的生活，但是，碎片化的生活也彻底改变了我们的生活。碎片化的时间，碎片化的学习，碎片化的社交，甚至碎片化的休息，一个一个的碎片填补了我们的残缺的同时，也将我们的人生“粉碎”了。

碎片化，倒不如说是做事只做一半，这种快餐式的文化使得我们有时候了解的信息和一些行为都变得错误。例如一些标题党，做着博取眼球的新闻，而内容却是与实际不符，但有时我们为了获取更多信息反而获知了错误信息，这样看来是很荒谬的。

碎片化，是时代进步的产物，但我们不能说是因为时代发展，从而产生了碎片化这一令人矛盾的生活方式，两者没有必然的因果关系。若要问导致碎片化的缘由是什么，我认为是人们在社会中的空虚感所导致的，为了弥补空缺，我们刻意去做些我们认为有意义的事去填补。这种空缺并非时间上利用的不足，而是心灵上的缺憾。很多时候为了生计，我们所从事的并非我们所愿意的，而工作的压力又使得我们喘不过气来，我们很无奈，但在互联网的帮助下，我们又似乎能去追求自己的梦想，但我们所拥有的只是碎片化的时间。相较于那些忙碌却也充实的农民，我们有时甚至不知道自己在做些什么，但我们拥有的碎片化的时间，对于那些不完整的人生来说，碎片或许就够了，尽管这些碎片可能不太合适，甚至扎痛我们，但这也总比一片空洞来得好。

As an engineering student majoring in environmental systems, I have strong awareness of the environment and want to work in the field of environmental protection. There are three feasible ways, in my opinion, which can raise public awareness of our surrounding environment. Firstly, the appropriate education in schools can be applied to build our concept on the importance of environment and it should be taken good care. Secondly, more and more green or environmental promotions should be carried out. For example, use public transportation more frequently instead of private vehicles; print double-sided instead of one-sided to save papers. Furthermore, researches on clean energy and sustainable development should be enhanced. The natural resources on earth is not infinite and we should seek for a better method to protect our circumstance in the long run.

寒假，对于我来说是最快乐的一段时光。读书、写作是我最主要休闲方式，也是最经济、最有效的充电方式。

平时忙里偷闲，与书为伴，但总觉得不过瘾。晨练后，拿起书读上十几二十分钟。眼看上班时间到了，不得不忍痛割爱，或放下书，或带着书，匆匆忙忙往学校赶，路上却想着书中的情景；课间、闲暇从抽屉里拿出来，读几段；临睡前，从枕头下抽出来，读一会儿书，带着书香入梦。

寒假大可尽情地读书了。或早，或午，或晚，任何时间，只要愿意，都可以泡在书中。或坐或躺，一杯淡淡的清茶，读自己想读的书，读自己该读的书，读自己最需要的书，何等惬意逍遥。

寒假前，我就进行的计划。专业书是一定要读的，专业是我们的立身之本，只有不断地完善自己的专业结构，才能更好地服务于学生，更好地提高教育教学水平。作为教师，只有先“利其器”，才能“善其事”。这个“器”从哪里来？读书就是最好方式之一。这一点，我很深的体会，并尝到了甜头。短短的三年时间，我读了一百多本专业书，其它书籍七八十本。由此，我得到了学生的喜爱，家长的认可，更得到一大批网友的称赞，论文获奖，偶尔小文也见诸报刊。可以说，我的成长，我的发展，都与读书有密切的关系。因此，暑假，专业书依然是我的首选，是必读书目。我认为只有读书，才能使自己“器”更加“锋利”，使自己从容面对教育教学，从容面对学生。

人文书籍自然也要读。这类书能开拓视野，提高综合素养，加快逐渐成长发展的速度。正如《从新手到研究型教师》的作者刘波老师在其后记中说：“对于我本人而言，我正是通过大量的阅读汲取成长的智慧，加快自己成长步伐的。”特别是当代教育背景下，对教师的要求越来越高，教师必须提高自身综合素养，以适应社会的需要，适应学生的需要，适应未来的需要。

读就要读经典。周国平说：“读书的面可以广，但档次一定要高。”这类书虽然很难读，但作为教师不得不读，需要反复读，读反复。一旦读懂了，读通了，就能领悟其精髓，提升自己的精神境界和品位。因此，只有读档次高的书，读经典的书，才能启迪人，感化人，教育人。

除了读，写自然不能少，而且读一定要与写结合，才能发挥其功效。读书的目的就是为了更好地生活，解决生活中的问题。矛盾说过：“光读不写，眼高手低；光写不读，眼低手也低。”读书之后，写点自己的思考；读书之后，结合平时教育教学实际，写点反思；读书之后，把书中的内容在实践中尝试。

抓住寒假，读书写作，为自己充电。这样读读写写，必将提升自己的学识，给自己带来丰富的人生。
