China is a unified nation consisting of many different ethnic groups. Fifty-six different ethnic groups make up the great Chinese national family. Because the Han people accounts for more than ninety percent of Chinas population, the remaining fifty-five groups are generally referred to as "ethnic minorities." Next to the majority Han, the Mongolian, Hui, Tibetan, and Uygur peoples comprise the largest ethnic groups. Although Chinas ethnic minorities do not account for a large portion of the population, they are distributed over a vast area, residing in every corner of China.

Particularly since the implementation of Chinas opening and reform policy, the central government has increased investment in minority areas and accelerated their opening to the outside world. This has resulted in an upsurge of economic development in these areas. Each of Chinas ethnic minority groups possesses a distinctive culture. The Chinese government respects minority customs, and works to preserve, study, and collate the cultural artifacts of Chinas ethnic minority groups. The government vigorously supports the development of minority culture and the training of minority cultural workers, and fosters the development of traditional minority medicine.

The relation among Chinas ethnic groups can be described as "overall integration, local concentration, mutual interaction." Concentrations of ethnic minorities reside within predominantly Han areas, and the Han people also reside in minority areas, indicating that there has been extensive exchanges among Chinas ethnic groups since ancient times. With the development of the market economy, interaction among ethnic groups has become even more active in the areas of government, economics, culture, daily life, and marriage. Linked by interdependence, mutual assistance, and joint development, their common goals and interests creating a deep sense of solidarity, Chinas ethnic groups resemble a great national family, together building Chinese civilization.

整人让生活变有趣

我的整人爱好始于我在加州大学洛杉矶分校念影视研究时。作为电视节目成功案例分析的，是日本一档叫做《Laugh & Funny》的节目。节目宗旨就是“整人”。比方说在一个下坡的最高点让一个直径足有两米涂上颜色乍看像个铁球的泡沫球滚下来，然后拍下路人们惊惶失措四处躲避的场面；或是假扮成门童殷勤地为客人拉开一扇门，门外边栩栩如生的街道其实只是一张画，客人会一头撞上去……

受这个课程影响，班里曾经涌起了那么一股热衷于整人以及被整的小高潮。可惜大家都没什么独特的创意，手段也乏善可陈，使用的无外乎市售的外型像口香糖，抽出来的时候会弹出一只蟑螂，或者索性就是一条只会在第一眼把人吓一跳、完全没有成就感和回味的橡皮假蛇之类的小儿科道具。所以，这股小高潮来得快去得更快，不到半个月，就再也没人去继续这种整人的行径了。

但这件事很对我的胃口，因为那时我正觉得自己已经被逼到了无聊的极点。从小到大，我的生活都是非常无趣的，父亲近60岁才得我，简直是把我当宠物一样养大。我一路读贵族小学、中学，本科毕业后，还必须出国读一个好大学，因为世家子弟的小孩怎么能没有一个美国名牌大学的文凭呢？

基本上，去美国之前，我不知道什么叫好玩，不懂得什么叫好笑。一个饿极的人会觉得菠菜豆腐汤是珍珠翡翠白玉汤；一个无聊透顶的人，会觉得整人是一种好游戏。所以，我成了班上唯一在整人的爱好上越走越专业的人。

当时，在班上跟我关系最好的是一个叫刘锴於的香港同学，他很荣幸也很不幸地成为了我整人处女作的被整对象。一个中午，我很神秘地跟他打赌，我说我在道上有人，只需要打个电话，半小时后他就会死得很难看。他对我这话表示怀疑，因为他觉得像我这样连开水都不会烧的人，跟黑道是完全扯不上关系的。

我走到一边打了个电话，半小时后，让他死得很难看的人来了，一个穿一身蓝色帆布工作服的男人走到他身边，递给他一个食品袋，气场很足地对他说：“刘先生，你点的两套夏威夷风情披萨和蓝色梦幻饮料，一共30元！”

当然，我也没占到他什么便宜，春假的时候，他去欧洲旅游，给我寄来了一个对方付费的航空包裹，我付了50元邮资后，很开心地把包裹打开，里面是一块棱角分明的石头，还附有一张小纸条，上面说，这块石头是他在芬兰最有名的桑拿浴场挑出来的，特地寄给我，以表达他对我的怀念。

然后，我跟刘锴於之间就变成一种亦敌亦友非常微妙的关系。但凡有可能，我就会琢磨如何整他一下，而他也经常保持一种战备状态，防止被我找回场子，以及留意一切可以乘胜追击再让我吃个暗亏的机会。

跟小S一起整大S

1990年，我学成归台，参加电影制片以及编剧、影评的工作。当我最终决定做《康熙来了》的主持时，我给它的定位就是一定要做成一个以整人为乐的节目。一档不正经的节目，一帮不正经的同事，我可以将他们一一变做我的被整对象。

我跟小S的私交最好，所以她第一个在劫难逃。这个女人自诩为电脑高手，并以打击他人为乐，经常取笑我只会开机关机写文章看新闻，属于最低等的使用级电脑水准。所以，一次趁她离开电脑的时候，我把她的笔记本电脑桌面按print键截屏截下来，并设置为桌面背景，然后把原来在桌面上的文件统统转移到一个内存盘的文件夹里。如此一来，电脑桌面看上去和平时一样，但不管她如何点鼠标，电脑都没有任何反应，她一连关机开机了十几次，问题仍然存在。

当她最后不得不决定放弃重启重装系统时，我才告诉她是我动了手脚，并快手快脚地帮她取消了桌面背景，把桌面文件夹还原后，电脑马上运行顺畅。

虽然是被我整了，但小S对我这个招数的创意表示了极大的肯定，并对这种耍阴谋看热闹的玩法兴致盎然。她飞快地被我拖下了水，成为我的同谋共犯。我俩联合出击的第一个目标是大S。我整人有一个宗旨，喜欢抓对方的弱点，我觉得只有攻其要害才能奏到奇效，而大S的致命弱点世人皆知——她是个购物狂。

一天下午，姐妹俩正在一起闲扯，我拎着七八个顶级名牌的包装袋包装盒满脸兴奋地去找小S，气喘吁吁地告诉她，我刚从香港回来，走了天大的好运，赶上太古广场做答谢会，顶级大牌低至一折，门都要被挤破了——从头到尾，除了最开始跟大S打了个招呼外，我没有对她多说一句话，仿佛跟她完全是巧遇。

当我离开她们10分钟后，小S打来电话，说大S得知了这个疯狂打折信息后，一分钟都没耽搁，带着包包就直奔机场而去。

1小时后，我让小S打电话把正准备登机的大S叫了回来——因为我根本没去香港，那些包装袋包装盒都是以前购物后搁在家里的空袋子空盒子，自然，太古广场的疯狂打折也纯属子虚乌有。

更高的高潮还在后面——

当大S气冲冲地来找我问罪时，我非常无辜地说我的确说了谎话，但我的目的是为了整一下小S，没想到射兔子的子弹打中了鹿，小S没上当，她却中了招，完全是意外的无妄之灾。这个理由非常强大，尽管大S满腔怒火，却发不出来。后来，她非常不爽地走了，临走前恨恨地说要跟我“走着瞧”。

下挑战书的结果是，我给她来了招更狠的，鉴于上次合作愉快，我依然找了小S担任搭档。

我以赔罪为名，跟小S一起把大S约出来喝下午茶。刚刚落座，小S就面露痛苦之色，捂着肚子开始轻轻呻吟。大S问她怎么了，小S说：“我要吐！”然后就是“噢——哇——”一声。有洁癖的大S脑袋飞快地别了过去，趁此机会，我以极快的速度将早已准备好的一罐八宝粥倒在了桌子上。等大S捂着鼻子将头转过来时，我拿起一把小勺，将桌上的东西舀了一勺喂进嘴里，边吃边说：“咦，你中午吃的花生？”大S当场脸色就变了，捂着嘴直奔洗手间……我和小S大笑着击掌欢呼！

整人比骂人更高效

屡次出手均大获成功，我喜欢整人也善于整人的名声就此传开。然后我就开始有了意想不到的“新业务”——越来越多的朋友把我视为援军，希望我能帮忙策划整人方案。

节目组一个女编导一次跟我说起她经常光顾的一家叫黄记的燕鲍翅精品店非常不厚道，老板娘做生意很黑，秤动过手脚，短斤少两得厉害。在她店里买二两燕窝，复秤只有一两六钱。

不过，因为没什么证据，去跟老板娘理论占不了什么上风，而且为了这点分量大动干戈似乎也犯不着，只是，这种哑巴亏让人心里很不爽，她问我能不能想个办法，教训一下奸诈的老板娘。

办法当然有。第二天我就去了黄记，挑了三盏最贵的特等血燕放到秤盘上，老板娘麻利地在电子秤上按了几下，说：“一两八钱三，零头抹掉25200元，给25000元好了。”我慢悠悠地说：“多了点。”说完把最大的那盏血燕从秤盘上拿了下来。老板娘又按按秤，说：“一两四钱，19600，给19500好了。”我掏出5500元钱放下，带着从秤盘上拿下来的那盏最大的血燕一扭头走了。回头找了台电子秤一称，那盏血燕净重39克，价值10920元，以五折的价格光明正大地拿走，老板娘吃了亏还不能说。我觉得这比跟她理论和争吵要有效得多。

我有个作家朋友，多年都没写出名，偏偏找了个比较拜金的太太，热衷于名牌，因为作家先生满足不了她享受生活的要求，她最终失去耐心，先是暗地里转移了几乎全部婚内财产，然后提出了离婚，并以自己没有正式工作为由，使得法院判处他每个月支付给她12000元的生活费。

比较欣慰的是，离婚之后，这个作家朋友总算苦尽甘来，因为一部作品而跃升为畅销书作家，3年之内迈入了千万富翁的行列，并且娶了个爱他的年轻漂亮新太太。对他而言，每月12000元是小问题，但是想起这笔钱是花在前妻身上，他多少就觉得不那么舒心。一次偶尔谈起此事，他问我能不能帮他出个主意让他出一口气。

那时台湾刚刚兴起个性支票，只需支付一定的印刷费用，就可以将支票使用者的个性签名和照片印刷在支票上。我建议这个朋友成了个性定制支票用户，让他用自己的个性定制支票来支付前妻的生活费，支票的背景是他提供的照片——上面是他与年轻漂亮的现任妻子情意绵绵地在埃及金字塔下拥抱亲吻的画面……

一次做完节目，一个女嘉宾专门请我吃饭，她说她已经跟前任男友分手3个多月了，但对方始终纠缠不清，隔三差五就来找她。当初热恋的时候，她一时冲动在手腕上文上了那个男人的名字，每每当她被纠缠得无法摆脱叫非礼的时候，该无赖男人会一把抓起她的手腕给旁边的人看，证明自己就是她的男朋友。

她去过文身店想遮盖掉，文身师傅说可以在名字上文个复杂的图腾给盖住，但她觉得这个方案比较消极，也问过她认识的彪悍朋友，其中最有建设性的意见是在名字上文一个表示“下架”含义的条形码，但又太过艰深，她问我有没有更好的主意。我给她支了一个狠招。半个月后，那个男人再次来纠缠她时，她撸起袖子把文身亮了出来，对方顿时脸色灰白踉跄而去——她让文身师傅围着前男友的名字，文了个墓碑……

In fact, Shintaro Ishihara bought the Diaoyu Island for his son, Ishihara Nobuhirono, to run for the Democratic Party. I hate him, because I think Shintaro Ishihara is too selfish to push the topic to the Japanese government for his son.

Ishihara also donated money from the Japanese people to the government, and Fukuda Kahiko could not force it. The government had to stand, or cant cross national front. This irresponsible attitude has made the two sides start to go to zero. If China really began to use economic means, actually, though Japan suffered serious losses, Chinas losses were also great.

Yes, Chinas national strength has risen, but under the conditions of peace, the development of China is so fast. If the Chinese and Japanese War, only 50% of Chinas chance to win. Although Japan is only a self-defense force, its military force is far greater than China.

So, I love peace, and I want to appeal to other people to love peace. We all hope for peace. So I hope that Japan will come back to the track of peace negotiations. Only in this way will Asia peace, and the friendship between countries and countries!

Every time when I run in the playground, I always set a target for myself,

such as I need to finish 3000 meters. It is such a long distance, but if I set

the target of 500 meters and repeat the target, then I can finish my original

goal. It is the same way to realize our dreams. Though we are in middle school

I made a dicision to run for an election for the monitor.I felt nervous ,because i didnt good at talking with others.After school ,i got on line to look up how tp give wonderful speeches.The artical not only introduced the information on communication skills,but also recommend,a lecture about communication.I bought the admission ticket to go to listen the lecture.The old profferser taught how to keep confident and how to be persuasive.I listened carefully,and praticed a lot of time.

On the eletion day,I deliver a speech on the rostrum,I was confident and determined.When I concluded the speech,the loudly applause told me,I was elected.

本学期家长对学校（教师）的意见和建议进行整理总结，以促进教育教学工作：

1、孩子在学校的表现希望能及时得到与老师的沟通。

老师答复：沟通能更好的促进孩子的发展，让我们合作，共同做好这项工作。希望您能经常光临班级网站，以了解更多有关孩子的情况。

2、希望老师对孩子能严格。

老师答复：我能体会家长对孩子的这份望子成龙、望女成凤的心情。我个人也觉得严格是教学中必要的态度，但不能一味的严格。如果把教学中的严格态度比作人的刚烈性情的话，那我肯定柔中带刚，更要追求以柔克刚。怎样在教学和生活中运用好“严格”这个双韧剑是教师和家长必须长期研究的课题。希望每一个家长和老师，更包括我自己，能在严格教育孩子的同时，也能让孩子感到快乐。

3、对孩子，建议老师对他们苛刻点，这点家长可以理解的。

老师答复：“苛刻”字眼有点重吧。不过，我能明白，家长是希望我对孩子该做到的必须提高要求，不差一里半毫。对这点我严格要求，但我也希望家长在家里对孩子也能给于快乐的空间。如果孩子已经自觉完成任务时，也能给予适当的奖励，不要让孩子对学习产生厌恶感！

4、希望老师和我们家长共同努力，引导孩子，提高孩子学习的自觉性。

老师答复：对，孩子已经升入三年级，对学习的自觉性更能影响孩子的学习成绩。前几天，一个同事分析说：孩子的学习如果用100分来计算的话，那么老师占30分，家长占30分，孩子自己占40分。虽然这个说法并没有得到科学证实，但我赞成这个意见。孩子自己对学习的自觉性确实起很大影响。看到《暑假生活反馈表》中，那一个个不自觉的字样，我就开始担心。这个学期，希望能和家长配合，提高孩子的学习自觉性。

5、是否对数学多点关注。

老师答复：每个孩子总有偏科现象。女生偏语文，男生偏数学。希望在学校，在家里，老师和家长都能更多的注意这个现象。多试着培养女生的数学兴趣和男生的语文兴趣。

6、在您们辛勤的教育指导中，虽然孩子成绩不好，希望老师们对她不要放弃，再接再厉。

老师答复：客气了，每个孩子都有自己的优点，“天生我材必有用”。成绩并不是全部，我相信每一个老师不会因为成绩不好而放弃一个孩子的。我也相信每一个孩子都会有进步的。

7、没有，谢谢老师，您们辛苦了！

老师答复：不用谢。“教书育人”是老师的天职。

8、新的学期马上就要开始了，两位老师已经做得非常好，几乎没什么建议，希望老师尽可能表扬她，谢谢！

老师答复：是啊，每个孩子都要表扬，虽然我知道表扬不一定能造就一个好学生，但是不表扬一定会毁了一个好学生。所以，我得好好利用表扬，做到“表扬”、“批评”合理结合。

9、新的学期，我建议老师的教学方式能改变一下，要合理安排玩和学习的时间。老师答复：学校里的课程都是经过合理安排的，玩和学习的比例已经进行调配。至于孩子在家的时间安排，家长可以跟老师沟通后根据学生情况自主安排。老师布置的作业是针对全班孩子的，更多地是偏向中下等生。如果家长清楚孩子已经掌握了某些知识，可以老师交流后自主安排。让老师根据50多个孩子的能力布置和孩子能力完全符合的作业，这点是很难做到的。不过，这个学期，我决定针对孩子的家庭作业，寻找更合理的方法。谢谢您的建议。

10、午间作业是否可适当减少。

老师答复：会根据情况，适当调整。

11、希望老师多多指点孩子，让他上课时多举手，谢谢！

老师答复：上课是孩子学习知识的重要时间。举手的次数并不能说明孩子学习知识的质量，但也是一个重要的参考数字。所以，我也很注重孩子的举手发言，也用了很多方法激励孩子的发言兴趣。接下去会再试着用更多的方法来引导孩子积极发言的。

12、希望老师能经常开导孩子，谢谢！

老师答复：经常和孩子沟通是我喜欢的事情。

13、希望新学期老师能多帮助孩子改掉暑假里坏习惯（多看电视，少学习等）老师答复：就怕孩子暑假里会养成一些坏习惯，所以我一直注重寒暑假生活中孩子生活的安排，尽量让孩子每天都做一点作业，并做家务、锻炼等，并注重开学后对作业的批改。当然，暑假是孩子渴望自由的时刻，多少会影响孩子的好习惯。这更主要的是靠孩子的自觉和家长的监督。希望开学后，在老师和家长的监督及孩子的自己下，能更快地改掉坏习惯，积极地投入到学习中。

14、多开家长会，让家长们更加地了解学校、班级和学生的情况。

老师答复：确实，这是比较薄弱的环节，也是我一直在筹备的事情。我相信这个学期会做得更好的。这这里就下个决定：在接下来的3个星期内，一定开一次家长会，总结暑假生活及作业，并对这个学期进行规划。

15、针对孩子的特点，帮助他、督促他。万分的感谢老师！

老师答复：这也是我一直努力的，我会尽自己的所能让他更好地学习，并更加地快乐！

16、一、督导她能更好地与同学沟通，适应学习方法和环境；二、指导她学习方法；三、对不良习惯要严格要求并有所改进。

老师答复：与同学更好的沟通是孩子在学校学习生活的快乐源泉之一，我会尽量给孩子们创设一个良好的沟通环境。学习方法是快乐学习必要法宝，我在教学中也是经常告诉孩子们的，我相信孩子们也掌握了不少。只是，哪种更合适哪个孩子，希望和家长多交流，共同研究。不良习惯必须要有改进，但这是个漫长的过程，也是需要各方面配合的。例如在学校养成的好习惯在家不注意就会等于白费。所以，希望我们共同努力，让属于家长也属于老师的孩子们能各个有所进步。

17、我孩子可能是个“另类”的学生，聪慧但懒散，好学但不求甚解，自负但经常自暴自弃，叛逆心理强。请老师因人而异，多督促引导。

老师答复：很高兴，家长对自己的孩子能进行这么深刻地剖析。是啊，这样的孩子是让我多花了不少心思。不过，能教育这样的孩子，也是考验我的一个机会。而且这样“另类”的孩子，才有可能有“特殊”的成就，有可能就是小部分成功的人当中的一个。但这确实需要家长和老师的好好引导。希望我们一起，多看书，多花时间，多探讨，使他的能力得到最大的发挥。

18、希望孩子在新的学期里语文有进步。

老师答复：这也是我期盼的。但要靠多方面力量，靠老师的监督、教育，更要靠家长的关心、督促，最重要的是孩子自己要有想进步的心。希望家长能多花心思在孩子身上，让孩子有进步的渴望，我也尽量使孩子树立进步的信念。

19、我孩子在学校的不良的一些情况多和我们沟通。多检查孩子的作业完成情况。

老师答复：这个学期决定做家校联系卡，把孩子在学校的情况，1、2星期进行总结，也希望家长能花时间填好家校联系卡。至于作业，这个学期仍然采取以小组长检查的形式。不过，对于家庭练习《成功》，会抽空收上来改一改。

20、恳请老师加强对她的监督，严格要求在学习及做人处事等方面予以教导，使其能够如花儿般健康快乐地成长，深表感谢。

老师答复：这位家长对我的建议，也正是我希望自己能为每一个孩子做到的。在平时，我不仅在语文学习中督促孩子，在做人方面，我觉得自己更是花时间。因为一个思想不好的人，学习再好也不能为家人、为社会、为国家做出什么贡献。我希望咱班的孩子个个能象快乐的精灵一样健康地成长。

21、毕老师的教导品质好，希望毕老师一如既往的给教导。

老师答复：谢谢你的支持，我一定会继续做好。我也希望你在孩子面前也能如此肯定她，让她得到更多的表扬，让她更快乐地学习。

22、我希望老师能多关心孩子，多和孩子们沟通，还有对孩子要求严格一点。老师答复：很高兴家长能意识到多和孩子沟通有利于孩子的成长。所以，我每节下课几乎都在教室里听着旁边的孩子们说着自己身边发生的高兴的事，并给予微笑加以肯定。我相信，每一位家长也能够抽更多的时间和孩子们一起谈心、沟通，了解她在学校里的事情。

23、没有建议，老师的教法，自从听了公开课之后，感觉也好。

老师答复：谢谢你当时能在百忙之中抽空来听课，也谢谢你这么认真地听了课，并给了我反馈意见。希望以后能有更多的开课机会，让家长多到学校了解孩子的上课表现。
