外公他是个平凡的人，样貌虽然普通，但给人一种和蔼可亲的感觉。他年逾花甲，两鬓斑白，但他从不服老。他每天早上五点钟就起来跑步。每天他跑完步之后还要去园林里去工作。园林里七点钟就要开始工作，直到晚上五点多才下班。我敬佩外公坚持不懈的精神!
