但在实际上，并不是所有的书都适合我们读，都对我们有益处。相反，如果沉溺于武侠小说等书籍上，则会利大于弊。如果沉溺于卡通动漫、武侠传奇的漫画中无法自拔，则会使我们学习时注意力不集中、大脑中无用信息过多、严重时会使我们无心学习、产生厌学心理。

某生因在乡下转入城市上中学，觉得自己很孤立。沉迷于网络小说“爬”不出来了，导致一向成绩很好的他一落千丈。后来他在老师、同学的帮助下摆脱了网络小说，开始多读好书、多读报纸，使他再次名列前茅

也就是说我们要认清事物的好坏，分情书的好坏，从而才能使自己受益。读书的好处很多，例如可以陶冶情操;引导人们走上正确的人生道路;完善品德;积累词语、句子、段落等。我们每天应拿出至少一小时的时间来使自己的人格得到升华，养成一个好的学习习惯。
