其实，读书是苦与乐的交响曲，有苦必有甜。

囫囵吞枣者说：“读书时艰苦的，是乏味的。它束缚乐我们的自由，使人感到吃力……”

细品者说：“读书时快乐的，它让你取得好成绩，面对父母的笑脸，外人的夸奖，同学们羡慕的目光，心里像吃了蜜一样甜。它更会使你开阔视野，了解更多的知识……”

我说：“读书是苦与乐的交响曲!首先说苦：放弃了那美好的童年生活，整日趴在书上，视力急剧下降。其次是乐：曾经有这么一句话：‘一切快乐来源于艰苦的劳动’。艰苦的背后总是快乐，整日趴在书上，自然有好处。一，读书使人明智;二，读书使我们明白做人的道理;三，因为书是人类进步的阶梯，所以我们需要它……”总而言之，读书的好处是说不完的。

然而当今社会，竟有许多人弯曲了对读书的栓释。本是一份享受，一份快乐，却逐渐演变成对父母，对老师的不解，怨恨。而我却认为：“我读书，我快乐!”

高尔基说：“书是人类进步的阶梯。”那就让我们一起去品味那份香浓吧!去做一个快乐的读书人!

We all know that reading has a lot of benefits .First of all,from reading some kinds of extra readings,we can horizon our outlook,we can know this world in a better way.Secondly,as for a student we can rich in knowledge from reading a large number of books ,such as history,geography,physical books.Thirdly,reading can cultivate the habit of thinking which makes us smarter.Reading has a great many of other advantages of course ,it is wise for us to develop the habit of reading.

Running men is the hot show in Korea, in 2014, China has brought its copyright and starts to make Chinese running men. When the show first came to the audience’s eyes, it became very popular, the participants have gained the fame and money. Because of its great success, I am so interested in the show, so I watched a few colleges. The show is so funny, I laugh happily, I learn lesson at the same time. In the game, it needs to get allied to defeat others and win the game, so there is no way for one to win the game by his own. 跑男是韩国一档很火的节目，早2014年，中国买进了它的版权，开始制作中国版的跑男。当这档节目第一次走进观众的视野，就受到了欢迎，参与者名利双收。由于节目的巨大成功，我对它很感兴趣，因此我看了一些集锦。这个节目很有趣，我笑得很开心，同时我也学到了东西。在游戏里，人们需要联盟去打败别人，才能获得胜利，没有一个人能独自赢得胜利。合作是很重要的，它能让我们双赢。

Do your teachers still use traditional techniques to teach you nowadays? A revol- ution in teaching techniques is required now. In the past, we just took it for granted that a teacher s aim was to teach the students all that he knew and solve all the problems for them. Therefore, students could mot judge things on their own under this circumstance. Thus students gradually lost the ability to learn by themselves. In addition, they were only equipped with the knowledge that were taught in class and made the same judgement upon every problem which might crop up. Of course, they would find their knowledge not enough to solve practical problems.

So it is time to change the teaching method. A teacher s goal is to help the students develop not only the ability to learn by themselves but the skills to make judgements on every aspect on their own. It s not necessary for the students to turn to teachers for help while meeting with difficulties. The first thing is to develop the students abilities to make sound judgements upon any problem and overcome difficulties.

All in all, the aim of teaching is to liberate, but mot to fetter the students innate powers of making sound judgements.

书读多了，你的经验也就丰富了。这是人们的惯性想法，我觉得不然。马谡当时要是读书少一些，那他就不会拒谏而遭成失街亭、失性命的结果了。我觉得只读书不好。

我一向喜欢读书，并不是书的作者的原故，而是喜欢书中那些有趣的故事，那些好看的插图。我喜欢画画，所以我喜欢有图画的书。我也喜欢作文书，但我从不欣赏写作文，因为我很懒，懒得动笔去写，即使写，也只是那么一两句，小学写作文时，我写不出一个字，常常是早上坐到中午，中午再坐到晚上。自由写作是我的最怕，笔握在手中，本子上除了方格还是方格，不见一个字。家长见我写不出一个字，比我还急，打也打了，骂也骂了，可就是本子上出现不了字。书我读得比局龄人少不了多少，究竟问题出在哪儿呢?我百思不得其解。偶尔一次看到同学的作文，恍然大悟生活体验太少。想想自己，生活体验确实少。早上到学校上课，中午回家，再到学校，下午在回家，路上花得时间只能少不能多，下课玩的时间只能减不能增，上课做笔记，作到我手指发麻，下课想难题，想得晕头转向，每日如此，有什么可写的呢?

生活原本就是一本无价书，怎么能用“死书”来代替呢?书，我们是必须读的，但是真实的生活经历是绝不可少的。先读书，后经历生活的事，你会觉得那本书中的类似情节写的甚好;先经历生活中的事，再读书，你会对自己的经历亦会对书回味无穷，你就会读懂看似难懂的书。就像学课文时，只有先了解作者的时代背景，你才能与作者的感情产生共鸣，读书也是这个道理。

要是用读书去了解经历某些事发生时人的思想，心情，我想那多半不会成功，或许还会适得其返，觉得故事中的人不可思议。如果仅读书就能让人了解生活，了解一切，那么我想写作再也不需要真实题材了。

书毕竟是取材于生活，而生活却不能照搬于书。

Work and play do not contradict each other; in fact, they complement each other. As the saying goes, "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy." A life burdened with work leads you nowhere, for you would get tired and bored with your daily routine work. On the other hand, proper recreation will relieve the tension and discomfort of our monotonous life because it offers you various ways to let out your pent-up emotions.

What I usually do to relax after school is jogging and seeing movies. Usually I dont spare time for exercise, but I value the physical education class at school. Jogging several rounds in the field certainly relieves the days pressure. On weekends, Ill catch the morning movie for my visual enjoyment. I feel revived and energetic for another weeks work-load.

I went to my new house to my room.It is very big and beatiful.I will use a blue wardrobe and a blue bookcase.I saw a big bed and there was a blue sheet on it,I really liked them,because my favorite color is blue.But my desk was brown.In fact,I like brown,too.And there were many pet dogs and pet bears.They were cute,really cute.I loved them very much.

我喜欢看各种各样的书，因为它们的内容丰富多彩，让人充实快乐。所以，就像冰心说的，“读得好”、“读得好”、“读得多。”

I still remember my first flight.

I took a flight in Beijing Airport. I got there early. I had my bag weighed first. After a while I began to get on the plane.

When I sat on the plane, Boeing 737, I fastened my seat belt. Then I looked out of the windows, seeing the ground running backwards. When the plane began to take off, I felt it interesting very much.

During about 2 hours’ flight, I saw a film and had a delicious meal. Then the plane began to get lower and I got to Xi’an safely.

How excited I was on my first flight.
