有句名言说，书籍是人类进步的阶梯。对我来说，生活里若没有书籍，就像大地没有阳光，小鸟儿缺了翅膀。书籍给我的快乐是沙滩上五颜六色的贝壳，亦是风铃歌唱时发出的欢快音符，也像繁星点亮夜空，春雨滋润大地。

很小的时候，每天睡前爸爸妈妈都会给我读故事。有时，他们讲着讲着就睡着了，我却被故事吸引着，没睡意，一个劲地嚷嚷：“讲，再讲一个!”大一点后，我学会了拼音，就自己读书了。遇上不认识的字，手边有字典，一翻，问题就解决了。渐渐地，我的喜好与品味也随着年龄在变。现在，读《金银岛》、《八十天环游地球》、《绿野仙踪》等世界名著也没困难了。

以前放学回家，我通常会先写作业，但总要留一点“小尾巴”，然后一边津津有味地读书，一边注意门外的动静。留下的“小尾巴”是预防妈妈检查时“演戏”用的。

有一天我正读得入迷，突然听到扭门把手的声音，书来不及藏进抽屉，就一把丢到了墙角。妈妈进来时，我已扯过作业本装作思考的样子。哈哈，有惊无险。妈妈批评我写作业太慢，她不晓得我的秘密。

现在，我已养成了好习惯，每天放学回家抓紧时间做完作业，剩下的时间可尽情畅游书海，再也用不着偷偷摸摸地跟妈妈“演戏”了。今年暑假，爸爸给我买了一套“国际大奖小说”，五十多本，我一个假期就读完了，还写了十多篇读后感，真是充实又快乐。

俗话说，读书识理。书籍为我打开了认识自然、社会和生活的一扇扇窗，让我在轻松愉悦中得到了精神和心灵的享受，学到了许多课堂上没有的知识。所以，我很乐意做一个快乐的“小书虫”呢!

以前，我并不知道读书有什么好处，但自从我读了好多书，掌握了很多知识后，我才真正地领悟到了读书的好处。

我的作文总写不好，后来我听了老师和爸爸妈妈的建议，和作文书交上了好朋友。每当做完作业，我便从书包的大嘴中取出作文书，一页一页地仔细阅读，它就像一朵鲜花，而我是一只蜜蜂，正在花上采蜜。功夫不负有心人，我终于掌握了写作方法，然而思路也慢慢地开阔了，有好几篇作文被老师在堂上朗读，还有一篇获了奖呢!那时，我深深地感受到读书的好处。

读书同样也会给人带来知识，只要我一翻开科普书，它会立刻带我进入知识的海洋，让我在里面尽情地遨游。它就像一位科学老师，让我知道天空为什么会打雷、风是怎样形成的、星座中最大的是哪一个，等等。我经常会用这些知识来考爸爸妈妈，有时还问得他们张口结舌呢!有时在学校，我也把这些知识讲给小伙伴们听，她们听了都很佩服我，并且还伸出大拇指称赞我。那时，我再一次感受到读书的好处。

读书也会让人知道许多成语。我周末有时也会拿出一些成语书来翻看，很多成语在我的脑子里印下了深深的记号，有时区老师让我们说出一些关于什么动物或某种事物的成语时，我很多都记得。说完时第一感觉就是：读书给我的好处真大。

瞧!读书有那么多的好处，大家赶紧抓紧时间读书吧!

its generally considered that reading do a lot of benefit to our students.not only can it make our after-school life more meaningful and corlourful,but it can expand our horizons.as a result,with reading more,we would grow into a better person.

however, in current days,many of us spend most of the leisure time in playing games or surfing the internet,instead of reading. its a pity to find it less and less our students are interesting in reading,or have formed a habit of reading.

so,in order to revive reading,this beneficial activity,wed better take action right now.lets read together,learn together and grow tergether!

大家都普遍认为读书对我们学生有莫大的益处.读书不仅丰富我们的课余时间,而且能拓宽我们的视野.所以,读书能使我们成长成为一个更优秀的人.

然而,在当下,我们中多数人都把大部分空闲时间耗费在玩游戏或者上网上,而不是用来读书.令人遗憾的是,我们越来越少学生对读书感兴趣,或是有读书的习惯.

所以,为了使读书,这种有益的活动重新流行起来,我们最好马上行动起来.让我们一同阅读,一同学习,一同成长!

I had a good time last weekend. On Sunday morning, I stayed at home and did my homework. The homework wasnt difficult. After that, I played volleyball with my friends. It was tired, but very exciting. In the afternoon, I cooked dinner for my parents. It was a little difficult, I think. After dinner, I went to swim in the river. I can swim very well. I had a relaxing weekend.
