近几天，天空都是阴沉沉地，看不到太阳，给人一种冷飕飕的感觉。你看：近处，半山电厂的两个冷却塔，若隐若现;远处的半山，没了踪影。还整天让人精神懒散、心情低落。报纸、电视都在宣传：近期雾霾严重，要尽量减少外出、少开窗户。可见雾霾严重污染空气，使空气质量下降，影响人体健康。我很想了解雾霾对人的危害，于是上网去查了一下，真是“不看不知道，一看吓一跳啊!”

雾霾有数百种大气化学颗粒物质组成。其中就包含：有机溶胶粒子、燃料和汽车废气等。它可以直接进入并粘附在人体呼吸道和肺泡中，引起急性鼻炎和急性支气管炎。对于阻塞性肺气肿、支气管哮喘等患者，雾霾天气会使病情急性发作。如果长期处于这种环境，还会诱发癌。

它对心血管系统有影响。雾霾天气中污染物多，气压低，容易引起心血管系统的急性发作。比如雾大的时候，水汽含量高，如果人们在户外运动的话，会造成胸闷，血压升高等症状。

雾霾天气还会导致近地层紫外线减弱，传染性病菌滋生。由于日照减少，儿童紫外线照射不足，体内维生素D生成不足，对钙的吸收减少，引起婴儿佝偻病，生长减慢。还会直接影响到人们的心理健康，让人精神懒散、情绪低落等。难怪这几天心情会这么不舒畅。

看来，要消除雾霾，我们要减少废弃物的排放;减少扬尘的行动;尤其要做到少开汽车，多用公交出行的方式。为了更好的明天，让我们今天就开始环保行动吧，蓝天、碧水、绿色、清静需要我们自己创造的!

清晨，我漫步在一片绿色的丛林里。那里景色秀丽神奇，百花盛开，争奇斗艳，灌木丛生，到处一派生机勃勃的景象。小鸟在枝头蹦蹦跳跳，一边欢快地歌唱，一边梳理着蓬松的羽毛。小鱼在清澈的河里游来游去，我深呼吸了一口，这里的空气真是清新极了。突然听到一声大叫：“儿子起床上学了。”我吓得马上睁开眼睛，发现刚才只是个美梦。

我起床吃好早饭，戴上厚厚的口罩出门了。外面灰蒙蒙的，整座城市埋没在雾霾中，我们的健康和出行都受到了雾霾的严重影响。原本绿油油的草儿，现在哭丧着脸；原本高耸入云的大楼，现在和我们玩起了捉迷藏；原本笑着聊天的路人，现在冷漠地被口罩包围。鸟儿躲在家里，不愿出来歌唱，花儿都低着头，河水也不同志清澈。我感到非常沮丧。

作为地球的主人，我们应该负起责任，多乘坐交通。少开车，希望我的美梦可以成真！

Today, I still went to my mothers office. My mother was very busy, so was my father. They always live in Beijing. They must get up early. Because they will manage the factory. So I know they are very laborious. So I should save my money. Also I should help them. Although I cant do something useful, but I think I should share the work with them. I am one of my family member. In the future, I will take a job and work. It time for me to begin to learn how to work.
