望一眼窗外，突然发现看不到蓝天、白云，天地间一片灰色的景象，连对面的楼房也只有朦胧的轮廓。这样的天气越来越频繁，雾霾正无声无息地笼罩着我们的城市。

雾霾是雾中悬浮着大量的烟、灰尘等微粒而形成的混浊现象。据环保部遥感卫星监测：1月29日中国范围内有130万平方公里的地区被雾霾笼罩，空气质量严重污染。

那雾霾天气是怎样来的呢?很多家庭都拥有小汽车，我们的出行更便捷了，但汽车的尾气排放污染空气;电厂、炼油厂、化工厂在我们的城市里“大显身手”，但夜以继日地不断排放出煤烟和灰尘;绚丽的烟花爆竹让人目不暇接，但空气中烟雾腾腾，变得非常混浊，空气质量急剧下降，PM2.5、PM10指数直线上升，这些都是造成雾霾的主要原因，它们在带给我们快捷方便、赏心悦目的同时，也悄悄给我们带来了意想不到的后果。

雾霾的天气，我们呼吸的是混浊的气体。空气中的霾会引起肺炎、咽喉炎、气管炎、心脏衰落等疾病。1952年，英国伦敦的那场大雾似无形的杀手，在短短五天内就夺取了4000人的生命，在之后两个月内有夺去了8000人的生命，可见大雾的威力，也该给我们敲响了警钟。

我们要的是清新的空气，要的是健康的体魄。请不要以牺牲健康为代价，而换来所谓的美好生活。少开车，绿色出行，多种树，保护森林。治霾，从我做起。

PM2·5可是有毒的哦。它能较长时间悬浮于空气中，在其空气中浓度越高，就代表空气污染越严重。与较粗的大气颗粒物相比，它粒径小，面积大，活性强，易附带有毒、有害物质，且在大气中的停留时间长、输送距离远，因而对人体健康和大气环境质量的影响更大。可是这么恶劣的天气是谁造成的?是我们人类乱砍滥伐，乱丢垃圾，随地吐痰，排放废气、废水等一些不文明的行为造成的。

当雾霾来临时，从家里的窗户向外望去，白茫茫的一片像一层层薄纱似的笼罩着大地。从车里向外望，车子被雾霾紧紧的包围着。这样的天气让人们不由得带上了口罩，加快了脚步。路边的花花草草都垂下了头。学校的大课间和早锻炼都被迫取消了，现在的操场上，没有了往日的吵闹声、嬉戏声。每一个在户外的同学都快速地冲向自己的教室，生怕雾霾带来的影响。同学们只能呆在教室里。校园里一片寂静，再也没有了往日的生机。

Now I’m studying in Hunan First Normal College, which is Chairman Mao’s former school. I major in English, because I find it so fun and interesting. Since I go to high school, I feel the great pressure. High school is the very important period of my life, because if I study well, I can enter into my the ideal college and have the bight future. So I want to do my best, I don’t want to lag behind. The problem is that I can’t always be the top student, sometimes I will fail the exam. At that time, I need to adjust myself and take easy. The way for me to relax is various. First, I will listen to the music. Hearing the music can smooth my heart, it helps calm down, so I will get out of the annoyance. Second, I like to do some sports, such as jogging, basketball and tennis. Doing these sports also helps me let out my bad emotion and I become energetic again.
