今天上午我放学回来的时候，当我一打开门，一阵香味扑鼻而来。然后我看见我妈妈正在厨房煮菜，哇!那都是我最喜欢的食物：小龙虾、鸡翅、糖醋排骨、宫保鸡丁和清蒸鱼。我妈妈说：“你舅舅、舅妈和你小表弟得下来我们家做客。”难怪我妈妈怎么会做那么多美食。我们吃完午饭后，我感觉非常饱，因为那些菜实在很好吃，并且我已经很久没有吃过那么好吃的食物了。然后我和我的小表弟玩耍，他两岁了，胖嘟嘟的非常可爱。

常听人开玩笑说，生活在石家庄的人都是神仙，整天都腾云驾雾，好不逍遥自在。虽然这只是个笑话，其讽刺意味显而易见。

每天早晨干，我一睁眼，看到的不是五彩斑斓的世界，而是灰蒙的一片。绿树被雾霾夺去了生机，小鸟的歌声也被雾霾所掩盖。我无奈的叹口气，又开始了格式化的一天，洗脸，刷牙，吃饭，上学……

走出家门，一股刺鼻的味道以迅雷不及掩耳之势冲入了我的鼻腔中。赶忙戴上口罩，向学校走去。大街上，我唯一看见的景象就是浓重的雾霾包裹着人们的身躯，人们一个个迈着沉重的步伐向前走着，笑容被口罩遮住。世界是灰色的，我们的心情也是灰色的。

在校园里，总是能看到我们班的一些同学，带着口罩打羽毛球，跳跃不像以往那样轻盈，被沉重的雾霾舒服了脚步，彼此的欢笑声淹没在烟雾中。

“为什么会这样”我不禁想到这仅仅是自然现象吗?化工厂的废气，汽车的尾气，都是造成雾霾的罪魁祸首!

我们大家想必都意识到了这一点。道法自然，清新的环境才是我们日常生活的重中之重。行动起来，还自己一个阳光明媚的健康生活。

冬天来了，本应该受到关注的是将天地变成一片白色的鹅毛大雪。但在这个冬天，雾霾却备受关注。

雾霾，顾名思义是雾与霾。但两者之间区别很大。空气中近与地面的微小水珠或冰晶组成的气溶胶系统叫做雾，雾虽然会降低能见度，给交通带来隐患，但是雾本身不会直接对人体造成伤害;而霾是空气中的灰尘、硝酸、硫酸等颗粒物组成的气溶胶系统造成视觉障碍的叫做霾，霾可以直接进入人体下呼吸道和肺叶中，对人体健康有害。如今，全国许多城市都备受其苦。“雾霾”已经成为21世纪的热点词语。

雾霾不仅对人体有害，还会对公路、铁路、航空、供电系统和农作物的生长造成直接影响。还易导致传染病的扩散与多种人体疾病的发生，据报道称，这个冬天相比上一个冬天呼吸道系统发病的人数增加了30%至40%之间，这是多么惊人的一个数字。因此，防止雾霾刻不容缓。

每一棵树木的倒塌雾霾就会更加嚣张，我们对此应该多多植树种草净化空气。国家也应该支持这种行为，并且下达严格控制工厂的废弃排放量，减少工厂生产汽车，多多生产新能源车，如强环境监管制度。我自己也一定从自身做起，让父母少开私家车，多乘坐公交、地铁等绿色出行方式，我还用向大家介绍雾霾的危害让大家参与到治理雾霾的行列中来。只要人人都献出一份大，中国定会是蓝天白云绿水青山一副动人的景象。

从现在开始，让我们一起参与到防止雾霾的行列中来，打败甚嚣尘上的雾霾。共同用自己的双手，营造一个天然、绿色、美丽的世界，走出雾霾!
