霾是由空气中的灰尘、硫酸、硝酸等有害物质组成，它会使大气浑浊，视野模糊并导致能见度降低，并且会对人体造成较大的伤害。这样一来雾和霾两个本不相干的兄弟聚到了一起，对大气造成空前的破坏，有些城市的空气质量已经到了中度污染的地步，更有些城市已经达到了重度污染，非常可怕。
