雾霾天气尽量减少外出，外出时可戴棉质口罩来预防呼吸道受雾天“污染”。外出归来及时清洗脸部及裸露皮肤，也可清水冲洗鼻腔。雾霾天气晨练除了可以导致呼吸系统疾病亦可导致心脑血管疾病出现;雾霾天气尽量减少去人多地方，一些地方空气流通差易造成呼吸系统疾病交叉感染。平时多饮水、清淡饮食、多进食新鲜的蔬菜水果，坚强锻炼，增强免疫力。

雾霾多人体有很大的危害，这些沉淀物一旦进入我们的身体，就再也排不出我们的体外了。外出可以戴上口罩，这样可以有效防止粉尘颗粒进入体内。口罩以棉质口罩最好，因为一些人对无纺布过敏，而棉质口罩一般人都不过敏，而且易清洗。外出归来，应立即清洗面部及裸露的肌肤。

我们要保护环境、多种树、少砍树、节约每一张纸、每一滴水、每一度电。不让可恶的雾霾再次出现!

The First Day in New Term

Today is September 3rd, the first day of the new semester. I am happy to see all of my classmates come back to school. Today is the first day for school, so we get our new textbooks. I open them generally and I find that I am interested in most of the contexts. Today we have Chinese, math, English, physics and so on. In the Chinese class, our teacher greets to us and then she suggests us talking about our holidays to others. All of us share the interesting things with classmates. I find that we all have a good holiday. I hope we can make progress in study together.

今天是9月3号，新学期的第一天。我很高兴看到所有的同学都已返校。今天是开学的第一天，我们领取了新的课本。打开课本我发现我对大部分的内容都感兴趣。今天，我们有语文，数学，英语和物理等课程。在语文课上，老师向我们问好然后建议我们向其他同学讲述我们的假期。所有人都和同学分享了有趣的事。我们都度过了愉快的假期。我希望我们能够在学习上一起进步。

这是网友们因城市雾霾严重而用水调歌头改编的一首词，它表达了人们对雾霾的无奈。

什么是雾霾呢？雾霾是特定气候条件与人类活动相互作用的结果，高密度人口的经济及社会活动必然排放大量的细颗粒（pm2·5），一旦排放超过大气循环能力和承载度，就极易出现雾霾了。

如果把雾霾天气比喻成坏事，那就是坏事年年有，今年特别多。雾霾中，交通是最不便的，灯光，树影都模糊了，开着车灯都看不清，能见度特别低，在这种天气中，是非常容易出车祸的。寒冷的冬天，雾霾中的人们呼吸更是雪上加霜，容易得呼吸系统的疾病。所以说雾霾不好。那我们就要好好爱护环境，少开车，施工工地多洒水，少起扬尘，多种树，慢慢改善我们赖以生存的环境，让我们期待雾霾明年，不，后年、干脆永远都别来了。

早晨路过广场，咦！怎么不见了往日跳舞的阿姨们？舞剑的爷爷奶奶们都去哪儿呢？平日里嬉闹追逐的小朋友们呢？只有几个带着口罩、低着头赶路的行人从我身边匆匆走过，没过几分钟就看不见他们的背影了。

抬头望去，前面的那栋高楼只能隐隐约约地看见，天，雾蒙蒙的，在路灯的照射下好像飘浮着层层白纱。远处的灯光星星点点、朦朦胧胧。周围的一切显得那么冷落而模糊。

回想以前的家乡多么的美好：蓝蓝的天，天空漂浮着朵朵白云，远处的山依稀可见，树木郁郁葱葱，一切是那么的美不胜收、自然亲切。每天早上上学路过广场，有打羽毛球、跳舞、做健美操、打太极拳的，熙熙攘攘，一派祥和热闹的景象。

可不知从什么时候开始，一切仿佛都在悄悄地改变，雾霾来了……

人们肆无忌惮地随手扔垃圾，垃圾桶周围全是污渍，有时垃圾袋摔破了，垃圾会遍布马路，是他们太忙了吗，任由垃圾污染着环境？大量工业废气、汽车尾气排放到大气层中，大烟囱、车如流水……人们的种种不良行为使空气渐渐变得浑浊不堪，雾来了……

可曾想过，如此污染环境，破坏我们赖以生存的大自然，它们会怎么以牙还牙呢？这不，雾霾来了，人们开始意识到自己的行为错了，不要把雾霾不当回事儿，PM2。5微粒无处不在，不但危害人类的身心健康，而且严重影响交通安全，给人们的正常生活将带来了伤害和灾难。

红色预警天气学生停课，车辆出行限号，交通事故频发……，保护环境迫在眉睫、势在必行。增强环保意识，与自然和谐相处，让我们携起手来，从我做起，从身边做起，消除雾霾天气，共创美好家园。

我多么希望明天，我们可以一起踏着绿茵茵的草地、闻着芳香怡人的花香、呼吸着清新的空气、迎着苍翠挺立的大树追逐蓝天和白云，前方没有雾、没有霾……

I went to visit one of our teachers with some of my classmates this

We can never get it from working for it directly. It comes, like happiness, to those who are aiming at something higher. It’s a byproduct of great, simple living. The joy of living comes from what we put into our living, not from what we seek to get from it.

直接追求生活的乐趣却只会使乐趣远离我们，它与幸福一样青睐胸有大志的人。生活过的高雅，简单就会产生出乐趣。它是我们对生活的投入，而非所求。
