This morning, my father took me to school by bike. I sat at the back of the

它，黑黑沉沉；它，混混沌沌；它让天地浑然一体；它让人眼前暗无天日。它就是如今的雾，它叫雾霾，它就是如今令人讨厌的雾霾！

行走在路上，你总想极力的瞪大眼睛，来辨别前方和周围的一切。浓浓的雾和霾不仅严重的挡住了人们的视线，也挡住了车辆的视线。雾霾出现时，尽管汽车的大灯极力放射它的光芒，最终还是不能穿透浓雾，只有等距离很近很近了，才能恍惚看到两个模糊的小亮点。此时，所有的人和物，全都处于几近令人窒息的黑暗中！

雾霾天气严重影响了人们日常生活和工作。雾霾天气时尽量少开窗;外出要戴口罩;最好不出门或晨练;同时做好皮肤的清洁。

最重要的是空气环境的治理。所以，我们今后外出尽量骑自行车或乘坐公交车，减少机动车尾气排放，坚持低碳生活，为营造良好的环境做出我们的一份努力。

不过，相对的自我保护也是要有的。为了避免吸入雾霾，雾霾天气切勿开窗。出去旅游，或者游玩时，请戴上口罩。多喝桐橘梗茶，并且适量补充维生素D。还要多喝水，饮食要清淡。

雾霾还会引发许多疾病，如呼吸道疾病、心血管疾病等，各种危害人体健康的大病。

保护自己，与雾霾做斗争是最重要的，雾霾虽然恐怖，但是人们还是想出许多办法与雾霾决战，如：人工降雨等。但是，这毕竟只能小范围短时间地控制雾霾，不是长久之计。所以，大家应该保护环境。

保护环境吧！让这几年的雾霾天气逐渐减少吧！让人们不用因此而死亡！
