This year the character ‘haze’ came into our life ,the problem of which has aroused people’s concern.

The hazy weather has a bad influence on our daily life ,especially in our breath system and transportation . Then ,how does this happen First ,we should know haze is a kind of weather , but it is not like the rain 、the snow . Originally it is a reflection to serious pollution , it is a red warning signal . There is conclude two reasons . First , Large pollutant emission is the crucial factor . 回到家我上网查了查，雾霾原来就是雾与霾的结合体。这追魁祸首并不是雾，他只是帮凶，最恐怖的居然是人类一手创造出来的霾!霾是由汽车尾气、工业废气、家庭油烟等有毒气体组成的，它的力量是足以威胁人的生命的。看过关于雾霾的资料以后，我不禁哀叹道：“这都是人类自作自受啊!”大家把汽车换成自行车，请问二氧化碳是多少，是0，只要我们动起自己的双脚，减少汽车的次数，就可以战胜这可怕的雾霾，在这样下去，谁还敢呆在中国?谁还敢在中国呼吸?希望大家从今天开始减少开车的次数，多多动一动自己的两条腿，将中国从雾霾中救出来!

我曾经做过一个小实验。我在上学的路上，看到道路上交通堵塞。我的目光锁定在一辆黑色的宝马车上，记着车牌的末三位，看看谁先到十字路口。我在道路上一边疾步地走着，一边回头看看被我远远甩在后面的车。终于，我比车先到达了十字路口。这个实验表明，汽车不一定是最快的代步工具。路途不长时，骑自行车和走路都有可能比开车要快。而且还锻炼身体，何乐而不为呢?

绿色植物能净化我们的空气，美化我们的生活环境。如果我们能在生活中多植树，少用一次性用品;多走路或骑自行车，少开私家车，雾霾也不会来到这。如果经过了雾霾的折腾，就可以使我们清清楚楚地看到我们的身体素质还很差，在生存环境日益恶化的今天，加强体育锻炼，提高抵抗疾病的能力显得尤为重要。

我希望雾霾不会来到我们身边，相信只要大家一起努力，自觉的去做好应该做的事，雾霾就不会来到我们身边，我们的环境一定会改善。还会像书里写的那样，环境优美鸟语花香。

在我们小时候的记忆中，不管是城市还是农村都有着蓝天白云、清新湿润的空气，每次下过雨之后，都是云雾缭绕，但是那并不是霾而是雾，使我们感觉神清气爽，我们无忧无虑的在空地上玩耍、嬉戏，虽然听说有些地方有雾霾，但是觉着那里离我们好远，我们不用担心雾霾的出现，更不用担心雾霾对我们的身体会有伤害。

最近这几年，雾霾天气是到处都有，也已经侵入了那美丽的农村，我们看到的蓝天白云也越来越少，空气质量也是越来越差，雾霾竟然已经侵入了这么美丽的城市，并且与我们每个人息息相关，我深切的感受到了雾霾给我们的身体和生活带来的带来的巨大影响。

有一次，我同父母去浙江，那是在一次大雨之后，晚上天色已暗，我和妈妈走在漆黑的小路上，当时天很黑，所以我们不得不打开手电筒，结果刚打开手电筒，手电筒前面就出现了一个个小颗粒，连前面的路都看不清，而且几乎是看不见周围的环境，如果走在人行道上，连一两米外的白线都看不到。此时公路上有好多大车，而且司机们开得非常快，这些司机胆子真的好大，在大雾中开得如此快，真是佩服啊!我们坐在小轿车上，我和妈妈提心吊胆的看着后面，不时有车过来，猛不丁的就吓我们一跳，我们跟着一辆大货车，只要保持着车距就不会有危险，这样大车把前面的雾撞开，在后面雾就少得多了，就这样我们在人生地不熟的大街上夹杂着大雾行驶，该拐弯时，有路灯还好点，即使这样我们也差点迷路，但是经过我们不懈的努力，最后终于回家了。从这可以看出雾霾对人们的出行危害有多大，这也大大增加了交通事故的发生，因为在晚上我们的视力本来就不好，再加上这雾霾，使我们的视野更加模糊了。

这几年，雾霾天气是越来越严重了，乎几天就有一次雾霾，而且也很大，一有雾霾，人们就无法出行，一旦吸入嗓子，嗓子就非常难受，这都是雾霾惹的祸，这也会危及人们的健康，所以现在走在街上都要戴口罩，我也加入了“口罩一族”，不戴口罩不行呀!

雾霾不仅仅给我们的生活带来了影响，也给社会带来了影响，更是污染了空气，所以从现在起我们要保护环境，尽量少开私家车，保护好我们这个家园使它不再受到任何污染，不再受到任何伤害。

人类啊，保护地球母亲吧!

这一天，阳光明媚，同学们都在紧张地等待着一年一度的校运会开始。

早上八点，我校举行第二十界校运会。早上举行的是单项比赛。十点三十分，单项比赛再热烈的掌声中结束了。精彩的接力赛是在下午举行的。

下午，我早早来到学校，看到操场上画着几条白线，就知道这是接力赛的赛道。

还有十分钟就开始比赛了，此时的操场上已经人山人海，小观众们把跑道围得严严实实的。不一会儿，运动员出场了，先是学前班的小朋友比赛。小同学在老师的带领下进行比赛。小运动员们个个昂首挺胸，好像有十足的把握夺得第一名。

好不容易道了我们五年级的同学赛跑，我们每一个都精神抖擞，都想夺得“第一名”这个桂冠。我们站在第四条跑道上，第一个起跑的是小进。

“砰”的一声，发令枪响了。运动员犹如离弦的箭，一个个拼命往前跑。传到第五棒时，小诗的手一滑，这一棒没有接好，我们落后到了第四名，传到小锋时，小锋一点也不慌，脚下像生了风似的，终于超过了第三名。轮到我时，我只觉得两耳呼呼地响，此时此刻，我又听到“加油，加油”的喊声，我更有信心，使出全身的力气，扑了出去，但还只是跑了个第三名。

运动会在同学们的欢呼声中结束了。

今天，我的心情很不好，因为，今天可恶的雾霾又来了！

我是这么形容它的，雾霾就像是一条恶狗，你无论怎么赶它也赶不走，一跟上来它就拼命咬人。两周前，它突然消失了一次，今天，它又卷土重来了。

今天早上起床后，我只能看到窗外的一片奶白色的浓雾。“活见鬼了！”我咒骂了一声：“真不知道它是从哪个旮旯里蹦出来的！”但是再怎么骂也无济于事，雾霾没淡一点儿。于是，我只好戴着口罩上学去了。

到了学校，我只好上课、下课都像个乌龟似的待在屋里，几乎都快成罐头了！但是，由于我的口罩没法百分之百的隔绝雾霾，我只好继续待在屋里。

今天晚上放学时，雾霾还没散尽。就因为我拿口罩时不小心多带出了几个，一部分得知消息的人就发疯了似的围着我，求我把那些口罩给他们。可见，这雾霾的恐慌真的比那次“非典”还严重了。但是，仍然有一部分人没有口罩，在那里用袖子捂着鼻子走……

今天，我心情糟透了，都是那可恶的雾霾给闹的！
