现在我正好放假在家里，就先向家里人“开刀”吧!外婆每天做饭不太讲究节约，我说：“外婆，现在提倡”低碳生活“，如果你焖米饭时，把大米浸泡20分钟后再煮，可缩短时间;做饭时要用中火;烧东西时要擦干锅，不易煮烂煮烂的食品要用高压锅，都有助于节省燃气。还有，洗菜淘米的水可以用来浇花，洗衣服的水可以用来拖地或者冲厕所。”外婆吃惊的说：“是吗?!外婆老了不知道，就照你说的办吧!”

爸爸睡觉前总要玩会儿电脑，我就趁机说：爸爸，现在提倡“低碳生活”，玩电脑不仅浪费电，对眼睛也不好，你知道吗，有好多国家就是因为有许多肆无忌惮浪费电的人，所以他们经常断电，白天还好，晚上就得打着灯了!爸爸你看他们多可怜啊，你还是早早的睡觉吧!爸爸高兴地说：“我女儿长大了，比我知道的还多，说的有道理，我试试看，也加入你的”低碳一族“。我心里喜滋滋的。

到了晚上，外公打开了电视，声音调的十分大。我说：“外公，现在人们都在不断提高低碳意识，声音小，亮度低都可以节电，还有你的手机，晚上不用时就关机，可以减少充电的次数。”外公满脸笑容的说：“你不愧是我的好外孙女，从小就知道节约，这些我还没想到呢，我一定照办。”我高兴地一蹦三尺高，外公也是“低碳一族”了。

我不能光要求别人低碳，自己也要做到，我要马上行动起来。做到多喝白开水，少喝饮料;少用纸巾擦手;每周选一天不吃肉;少买多余的衣服以及生活学习用品;本子反正面都用，不用修正液、修正带。

希望大家都养成低碳习惯，提高低碳意识，争当低碳标兵。

As the proverb goes, “no one knows the value of health until he loses it.”

From this, we know that health is very important to everybody. But how to keep

fit? Many people believe that sports can offer people health and pleasure. As

far as I concern, I think doing physical exercises have lots of advantages.

First of all, doing exercises in the morning will refresh my body as well

as give me a good appetite to eat my breakfast. What’s more, the air in the

morning is really fresh and clean, so I can keep my mind clear and sound in the

class. By doing physical every day I can keep my mind alert that I can finish my

tasks in time. If I do not do any physical exercise, I will feel tired and my

body becomes quite sluggish. During the night, I may find it becomes harder to

fall asleep. Second, doing exercises everyday will help me to mound a better

personality. It takes time and patient to do exercises. Sometimes I just want to

give up, but my friends encourage me to carry on, then I feel a lot of

satisfaction. Doing physical exercises makes me stronger and healthier. That’s

my personal experience.

As a student, sports are indispensable. You can pick up your favorite sport

and do it every day. Only in this way, you can have both pleasure and a healthy

body.

“主人，主人，快起床，上班要迟到了。”我被机器人保姆的叫声惊醒。换好了衣服，洗漱完毕后，随便吃了几种“小颗粒糖果”，这是机器人保姆准备的早餐。小颗粒糖果别看它小，但含有非常多的钙、铁、锌、硒、维生素等营养成分。吃进肚子后，正所谓热胀冷缩，小颗粒便会慢慢地膨胀，随后也慢慢地消化。小颗粒是高科技刚研究出来的成果。

早餐吃完后，来到车子旁，车里有个感应器，感应到了我的气味，车门自动打开。坐上位置后，安全带也会自动扣上。“请到我的工作室。”我一下命令，车子立刻驶向我的工作室。现在车子里只有我一个，这种车不需要有人驾驶，但车子的安全、防盗的措施很好，而且不需要汽油。

来到公司，一推开门，同事们差不多都到齐了。我们开了一个关于“克隆”的辩论会，有人说：“克隆人能为地球效力。”又有人说：“现在地球的人口已经够多了，不能再增多了。”现在一片混乱，最终谁也拿不定主意。

忙了一上午，也累了一上午，机器人保姆已经为我做好了丰盛的午餐，还把家里打扫得干干净净，一尘不染，机器人保姆真是我的得力助手。一顿饱饭后，还剩了一些菜，机器人保姆就把菜倒到“环保小卫士”的嘴里，“环保小卫士”咀嚼了一会儿，说“清理成功！”哎呀！差点儿忘了，今天下午还要去月球照顾植物呢！现已经科学家鉴定，在月球上植物也能生长，于是，地球人就把一部分植物移栽到月球上去，由我们公司照顾。

我和同事来到月球上，正热火朝天的干活时，突然传来妈妈的呼唤声，我一下惊醒了，原来刚才所发生的一切都是梦。可我真希望我的未来不是梦！

“你是不是像我在太阳下低头，流着汗水默默辛苦的工作。你是不是像我就算受了冷漠，也不放弃自己想要的生活……对自己的承诺，对爱的执着，我知道我的未来不是梦，我认真地过每一分钟，我的未来不是梦，我的心跟着希望在动……”让我们的未来永远不再是梦！让我们从今天起，一起努力奋斗吧！

在2050年，人类的科技已经飞黄腾达，甚至找到了外星人。在未来呢，人们的生活也很富足。下面，我就来介绍一下吧。

未来的学校足足有30层高，每个教室都装着电子门，需要有电子识别卡才能进入，如果你要强行破门而进，那么电子门会向当地警察局发出“SOS”，来捉住肇事者。夏天教室里也不用空调，因为窗户在冬天时可以将寒气变为暖气，夏天也可以将热气变为冷气，根本不用担心冷暖。黑板变成了电子屏幕，手指轻轻一点，便能显现出资料，每个学生都有电子电脑，随时随地可以找到学习资料。

未来的住房最少也有90层高，你肯定会问：“这么高，坐电梯要多久啊？”哈哈，你不用担心，每栋大楼里都有飞速电梯，你只需进去，就算到100层也只是1秒钟的事。进入家之前，需要把拇指印在指纹锁里，识别身份后才可以进入，到了自己家，会有机器保姆来做饭，洗衣服，刷碗等等。如果你要看电视，只要从电子控制器上按下“TV”按钮，你的面前就会出现电视屏幕……

未来生活的改善还有许多，我就不一一说明了。
