随着越来越多的省市进行自主命题，开放式、半开放式作文愈加受到青睐。因为此种题型可以更准确地考查考生是否能使用英语准确表达自己的观点，充分体现了对实际解决问题的能力的考查。此类作文多为议论文性质，所以议论文的写作显得愈加重要根据议论文的特点，最好采用三段式论证法，第一段提出问题(总写)，即主题段，陈述自己的观点;第二段用论据进行正反两个方面的论证(分写)，即拓展段，摆出支撑论点的论据;第三段得出相应的结论(总写)，为总结段，总结自己的观点。类似中文里(总——分——总)的写法。这种写法可以使文章层次分明，结构清晰。

1.在议论文三段式里，首先要写好开头，好的开头是成功的一半。开头写得好，会给阅卷者留下美好的印象，有吸引力。任何一篇文章都应该做到主题鲜明，中心突出，提出论点要开门见山，紧扣题目。高考作文篇幅短小，因此开头不能冗长拖沓，务必要点题，即说清楚文章的人物、事件和作者的观点。

2.要深化中间段。中意部分是文章的主体，需要用具体的事例、细节来阐释主题句，因此中意的部分应该是具体的、详细的，不可泛泛而谈或点到即止，安需要围绕主题句的内容而展开，不能谈论与之无关的东西，即论述主题要具体而又有说服力。常用方法有：比较法、举例法、归纳法、推理法、对照法和驳论法。

4.注意一些关联词的使用，使文章更连贯顺畅、条理清晰。

表因果的：as, as a result, because of, for, due to, owing to, thanks to, etc.

表比较的：unlike, in the same way, on the contrary, etc.

表结论的：in brief, to end/ sum up, in other words, in conclusion, in short, in summary, etc.

5.注意文章的层次和段落。

01、构思

找准了作文的中心，接下来就要构思写作内容、安排文章的框架结构。构思的环节已经囊括了起题和立意，是作文不可或缺的前期准备。

1.从大到小，再以小见大。

材料作文题包含的内涵往往较大，但是文章立意要在对材料进行发散性思维的基础上缩小范围，明确论点。之后又要在这一点上深入，以小见大。

具体来说:

思考和分析材料时要善于多角度思考、换位思考，启发和感悟越多越好，并及时把启发和感悟记录在草稿纸上;

而后，再根据与主旨的贴近程度和自己熟悉的程度从中选择一个最易于自己发挥的话题(这两个步骤往往已经在起题阶段完成了);

选择切入点，再集中笔力加以突破，把你所选择的话题角度写细、写深、写透，做到以小见大。

2.文章立意的思想要健康、向上、积极，少一些愤世嫉俗。立意要明确，不要太隐晦。

作文的思想性很重要，看问题不能太尖刻悲观。基调可以，但一定要能体现健康积极，让读者看过有启迪，能够得到"正能量"。

(小编主观来说:阅卷老师也有生活/工作压力，阅卷那么多也会很疲惫。写消极的文字，无论是让人共鸣一起消极或是反之使人不屑一顾，都对于你的作文分数都没有好处。)

3.结构安排要心中有数、步步为营。

采取总分总的结构是常用的稳妥“套路”;是插叙、倒叙或者平铺直叙;在观点的表达上要循序渐进或是直入主题...这些都需要先做安排，打好腹稿。

02、表达

万事俱备，只欠东风。审题立意构思之后，如何通过文字语言表达思想，就是作文的主体内容。

1.文章的中心、主题要突出。

议论文要在中心句、观点句清楚交待文脉;记叙文要多在议论句、抒情句点睛，反复点题。

2.表达方式要考虑文体。

议论文要“深”，也即文章的分析阐述要有深度，要注意逐层深入分析，由表及里揭示本质，角度要小，挖掘要深。

记叙文要“细”，注意安排细节描写，在叙述中要避免记流水帐，可以适当运用倒叙、插叙等手法，以增加行文的波澜。

(特别注意：记叙文不是写网文小说，不要华而不实，修饰太过。

尤其是人名要朴实，古怪、非主流的名字千万不要用!”玛丽苏“、”龙傲天“活在幻想中就好!!!)

3.语言表达的逻辑严密，也要有文采。

作文有文采，才有高分。但是，作文也要有逻辑，感悟、道理或是事件才说得通。

如何体现文采，就要从用词、修辞、引用等多方面打磨。

(注：不要滥用网络语言!)

4.材料的运用要注意。

(1)例句、材料的使用一方面不要过于老旧无趣，使读者生厌，这样会失去文章的吸引力和说服力;另一方面，不要为了新颖而特地“另辟蹊径"，去胡编或是硬套。

(2)一方面要要慎重地区分其正面或反面的色彩，尤其是对于公认的事实材料，绝不能搀杂模糊的甚至是错误的观点。

另一方面对于时政、民族英雄和历史罪人等材料的引用和评价绝不可因自己的肤浅、片面认识而随意更改甚至是颠倒。

注：如果是出现“正例反用”或“反例正用”的情形，则不仅仅是观点问题，而是思想、原则问题!这样的作文，得分绝对最低档的!

5.要灵活采用合适的表现技巧。

(1)要活用(而不是滥用)反问句、排比句、感叹句等;

(2)积累名言名句和古诗词等材料，恰当选用能够成为亮点;

(3)全文要锤炼几句含有深意的语句，升华主题;

(4)合理安排文章段落。保证行文流畅，同时不要让文章过于冗长。

词汇拼写错误较为严重，词汇选用上会有不当的情况。

应对策略就是平时阅读过程中注意单词拼写，关注单词使用语境，多积累高级词汇和句型。

语法掌握不好，句子的基本构成主谓结构掌握不清。

这句话中，due to the fact that后面需要接一个句子，而上句中只是一个名词性短语，所以错误。另外，between...and...需要连接两个名词短语，上句中形容词physical和mental后缺少名词性成分。改正为Due to the fact that the mental state plays a significant role, we have to keep a balance between the physical well-being and the mental health.

格式不正确，结构不清晰，汉语式英文思维太过明显，翻译的过程中常常不合英文写作要求。

应对的策略是多阅读范文，写作前列提纲，注意使用衔接词。

格式不正确常常出现在应用文中，有人会忘记写落款。这是我们在写作过程中特别需要注意的，否则格式错误就要相应的扣分。另外，有些文章结构不清晰，或者没有分段，或者段落之间的内容混乱。开头段就开始论述问题，第二段提出建议，结尾段又给出原因，逻辑混乱不清，抓不住重点。所以我们在写文章时一定要先打腹稿，明确行文结构和大概内容，这样在写作过程中才不至于不知道说什么，甚至瞎写一通。

总而言之，新大纲非常强调大家的英语写作技能，我们在平时的备考过程中一定要多进行英文文章的写作，养成良好的写作习惯，注意单词拼写、语法检查、逻辑结构，这样写出的文章才能过关。

[难忘的高考记忆英语作文

在新概念三册中，对比论证的方法反复被运用到，至少出现了五次，分别在篇章L12，L23，L38，L41 和L54的第一段出现。如果对这五篇文章中的对比论证段落仔细研读，会发现这些段落有着几乎完全一样的结构，有规律可循，所以对比论证方法应该是三册学习中不可忽略的一个部分。

这里我们就拿第12课为例。对比论证出现在了第一段。作者在第一段开门见山提出了论点：Most of us have formed an unrealistic picture of life on a desert island（我们许多人对于荒岛生活有一种不切实际的想法）。之后作者讲了两种截然相反的想法：一种想法是imagine it to be a sort of paradise（认为荒岛是天堂）；另一种想法是Life on a desert island is wretched（荒岛生活很可怕）。最后一句话是个总结句。作者正是通过两种呈对比的想法来论证“人们对荒岛生活有不切实际的想法”这一观点。需要读者关注的是，在两种成对立的想法之间作者用了一句非常漂亮的过渡句：The other side of the picture is quite the opposite. （另一种想法恰恰相反）。于是，一个结构清晰严谨、论述有理有力的段落跃然纸上。

了解了对比论证之后，我们不妨思考下如何运用这种手法，毕竟学以致用才是我们的最终目的。如果针对当前的英语高考作文题，我们完全可以让它在我们的考场上发挥作用。这里以上海2004年和2005年的英语高考作文题为例，看看这一新概念三册中反复出现的手法如何作为应试技巧运用到考试中。

2005上海英语高考作文题：

古人云：“天生我材必有用”(There must be a use for my talent.)。通过描述你生活中的一件事，说明人各有所长，无论才能大小都能成为有用的人。

写作文首先要做的是审题，这个题目要求你在写文章时做到两点：你的观点是支持“天生我才必有用”；用你生活事例论证。如何引出自己的观点呢？我们可以运用对比手法，可以先就题中话题先找到两个对立观点，然后再抛出自己的观点。值得一提的是，考官在批阅一片作文时首先会注意考生是否偏题。那我们如何避免偏题呢？一个很好的方法就是在开头就告诉改卷老师你扣题了。比如笔者写下如下一段作为作文首段：

People have formed an unrealistic picture of their talents. Some imagine themselves to be unconquerably intelligent. On the opposite, others tend to consider themselves a drop in the ocean, powerless and useless. There is an element of truth in both ideas, but I am convinced that there must be a use to out talent, as it can be proved by my own experience.

先写人们对自己的天赋形成了不切实际的看法，然后写两种极端的看法：一种是认为自己绝顶聪明，另一种是自己如沧海一粟，微小无用。在这两个相反的观点之间有了on the opposite来过渡。这正是运用了对比论证的手法，但是别忘了上述的两点考题要求。在列举了两种相反的观点之后就可以抛出自己的观点：I am convinced that there must be a use to out talent.而后自然用过一个as it can be proved by my own experience的句子过渡到以下的事例对这一观点进行论证。如此一写，完全不用担心是否扣题的问题，因为在这一文章首段告诉了考官自己的观点，并且通过一个过渡句说明下文内容是起到论证作用的事例。当然不要忘记这里是通过对比的手法来引出自己的观点的。

上述高考题属于比较严肃的话题，如果遇到的话题涉及生活事件呢？下面再列举另一种风格的高考作文题。

我们首先还是要捉摸清楚考题的要点：你的决心；你的想法。负责班级墙报貌似是个小话题，但是我们完全可以运用上对比论证的手法。比如在写自己的决心时，不妨先写一般人对这样一个老师指派的任务是何种态度，而后引出自己的决心。而在写一般人的态度时完全可以用上对比的手法。比如笔者写下如下一段作为作文首段：

People show different attitude when appointed to be in charge of wall newspaper. Those who regard the task as a great burden would decline it while those who long to serve their fellow students would accept it with great pleasure. As for me, it is a golden opportunity to practice myself, so when the challenge comes, I will accept it.

可以先用一句话总起人们会有不同的态度，而后写两个呈对比的观点：一种是认为这是个负担因而拒绝承担；另一种是渴望为民服务因而欣然接受。中间运用的过度是while，这样可以将呈对比的做法浓缩在一个句子里，句子结构的复杂性提升。然后通过as for me来表达自己的态度，也就是我的部分决心。

当然，不要忽略作文题中的另一个非常重要的要求，即该作文是以日记形式出现，所以不妨将将这一比较正式的段落放在文中而非文首。

这里暂以两个高考作文题为例，运用上新概念三册中的对比论证手法，希望可以给大家一些启发，帮助大家真正地将这一结构手法活学活用。

The important of readingIt is certain that reading is so important. First of all, without reading you cant even speak logically. It is also ridiculous that you dont read but learning english. Just for speaking? In my opinion sooner or later you have to read and try to comprehend.

There are variety of benefit for reading. If you read, you can widen your vocabulary.With consistent reading you may speak logically and write easily for anyting. And also if you read aloud per day, your pronounciation will be improved and be used to the language. Reading can improve your comprehension. With reading many books you become wiser,because the only method of learning from past which is called history is reading.

The benefit of volunteering

As we all know, volunteering has a meaningful and positive impact on the community you serve and the people you help. In the meanwhile, it can have many benefits for you, too. In my opinion, there are two reasons to

volunteer: feel good about yourself while helping others; build your portfolio.

On one hand, volunteering makes you feel good about yourself on a purely selfish level. There are few things more satisfying than helping people. Hammering nails on a new home while the owner beams with pride right next to you is an amazing feeling. Walking or running to raise funds for a cause close to your heart helps to give you a sense of purpose and helps you realize just how lucky you are. As a volunteer, you will gain new perspective, for it’s so easy for us all to get a little too wrapped up in our own lives. On the other hand, from a professional standpoint, volunteering is a great way to add to your portfolio. From press releases to design pieces, from public speaking to fundraising,

you will have the opportunity to build your portfolio. This is especially beneficial for students or young professionals, although all of us should continually work on building our portfolios.

Apart from the benefits of building up your confidence and making your portfolio better, there are probably many other benefits you will find in your volunteer work. So it is time for you to participate in more volunteer work to help others as well as help yourselves.
