一、好大喜功迁都上海铩羽而归

时间：1999年

原因：盲目追求高大上

结局：公司总部重新迁回杭州 再也没有离开过

1999年，阿里刚刚起步，员工的办公场所，是马云那150平米的家。获得融资后，马云开始飘飘然，将公司总部搬到美国，国内总部搬到上海，马上发现水土不服，后又重新迁回杭州。这是马云犯下的第一个错误。

事后分析，上海多是大型国企、外资企业，而阿里服务对象多是中小企业。杭州聚集着大量制造外贸企业，它们有实实在在的电商需求。马云年轻时也犯过盲目追求“高大上”的毛病，远离自己的用户和“上帝”。这点尤其值得其他创始人警醒。据了解，很长一段时间，浙江一直是阿里收入最高的省份，后来才被广东超越。

二、扩张过快运营费用居高不下

2005年某一天，雅虎创始人杨致远与马云，在美国一高尔夫球场相遇，那场球赛马云赢了，给杨致远留下深刻印象。回去的路上，杨与马并肩而行，并说“我们把交易定了吧”。那时，杨致远希望将雅虎中国像美国雅虎一样强大，遗憾的是，中国的局面迟迟打不开。

从谈判到签署协议，只用了三个月。阿里巴巴收购雅虎中国全部资产，同时得到雅虎10亿美元投资，后者获得阿里39%股权。

原因：战略失误 口碑与对手差距拉大

结局：盲羊补牢，阿里战略投资美团

2004年，阿里前员工李治国出走，创办口碑网。前几年发展很快，用户突破100万。当时的阿里，恰好进行架构调整，成立2B、2C事业群，马云希望把口碑网整合进来，壮大2C端力量。

2006年，马云找到李治国，问：“是想让口碑独立上市呢，还是回到阿里一起干针对2C的事?”李治国毫不犹豫选择后者。当年，阿里以600万美元战略投资口碑网。两年后，口碑网被阿里全资并购。

随后的几年，口碑网曾一度成为大众点评最大竞争对手。2009年，阿里升级“大淘宝”战略，口碑网被并入淘宝。原以为，淘宝能给口碑导入足够的流量，其实不然。口碑网与大众点评、以及后来冒出来的美团的差距越来越大。

六、投资星辰急便失败痛失物流发展战略机遇期

时间：2009年

原因：云物流概念烧钱过猛

结局：星辰急便破产 阿里物流战略慢了几年

物流企业星晨急便于2009年成立，一年后分别获阿里5000万、2000万元投资。当时，京东体量还比较小，阿里完全有机会在自建物流+自营B2C上赶超京东，可惜阿里只做到了天猫的壮大。阿里将“云物流”的实践交给了星辰急便，将“云物流”的技术交给了马云个人参股的浙江百世物流。2011年，星晨急便仓促收购鑫飞鸿，但整合并不顺畅，不到四个月，双方决裂，元气大伤。

另外，星晨急便采用的是加盟制，2012年，该制度带来的混乱全面爆发，陷入空前危机，一些高管出现“失联”。据网络流传的一条短信，那时的星晨急便，用掉了阿里的7000万元，自己的5000万元也赔光了，另对外负债1600万元。

七、淘宝商城服务费提升过猛引网商骚乱

结局：重新调整新规，延后执行期

2011年10月，淘宝商城(现已更名“天猫”)发布新规，提升技术服务年费，从以往的6000元提升到3万、6万两个档次，涨幅5倍至10倍。同时，商户的违约保证也全线提高，由以往的1万元涨至5万元、10万元、15万元不等。

该举措引发了部分中小商户的不满，他们通过恶意购买等方式，对天猫大卖家进行攻击，如先购买、付款，然后给予低评价，再申请退款。对此，马云在微博上强势回应“虽离经叛道，但仍会一意孤行”，淘宝商城也公开表示“已经报警”。

但对峙局面持续不长。2011年10月17日，淘宝商城将对新规进行调整。方案中，将新规执行期后延，此外，阿里还出资总额18亿元，帮助淘宝商城卖家成长。这个事件是对马云提出的“让天下没有难做的生意”价值观的冲击，在越来越庞大的阿里平台，当阿里需要做收入，当越来越多的土豪在阿里做巨额投放，中小卖家很难再回到淘宝蛮荒时期的好日子，生意真的是越来越难做了。

八、支付宝“单飞”马云陷契约门 形象跌下神坛

原因：为拿第三方支付牌照

结局：支付宝由外资转为内资

这个事儿闹出时，支付宝正准备申请牌照。当年，央行发布新文，对第三方支付企业实行牌照制度。中间有一个问题，2009年6月之前，支付宝是一家100%外资控股企业。马云的想法是，若把支付宝变成内资，拿牌照会顺利许多。

接盘支付宝的是一家内资公司——浙江阿里巴巴，马云向其转让了70%股权，使支付宝变成一家合资公司。2010年，马云又成立“牌照小组”，让时任支付宝CEO彭蕾挂帅，研究如何拿到牌照。当年8月，支付宝把剩下30%全部转成内资。

这两次股权转让，被外界理解为“支付宝单飞”。最终马云如愿以偿，2011年5月，支付宝获得牌照，但却给马云声誉带来负面影响。

“五十号选手赵渭华上场！”听到这句话，我心里一下子紧张起来。就在这时，我想起妈妈曾经告诉过我的一句话：“在做任何事情时都不要紧张，紧张就会造成胆怯，胆怯也就会造成失败。”想到这儿，我渐渐放松起来了。在演奏的每一分每一秒我都在努力的去尽量放松。过了一会儿，一曲终了，我向大家投去了微笑，教室里立刻响起一片响亮的掌声。我激动地走回了座位，顿时热泪盈眶，心里仿佛被阳光暖化了一般，兴奋的不得了。

回到家中，我把事情告诉了妈妈，妈妈笑容可掬地对我说:“孩子，你成功了！你战胜了胆怯！”我并不骄傲，因为，我要把自豪留给下次！

Last summer holiday, I learned to swim. It was very unforgettable and interesting. I went to the swimming pool with my father. He taught me how to swim. At first, I was afraid of diving in the water. And I felt uncomfortable in the water. But father said it doesn’t matter and he would protect me. Then I began to swim, but I couldn’t swim forward at all. It made me upset. Then father told me how to move, how to stretch out my hands and legs. Slowly, I could move a little. In fact, it was not that easy. I learned it for almost half a month. I was excited when father told me I made it.

去年暑假，我去学游泳，那是很难忘也很有趣的一件事。我和爸爸去游泳池，他叫我怎么游。起初，我害怕潜入水里，在水里感觉也不好。爸爸说没关系的，他会保护我。然后我就开始学习游泳，但是我一点也游不出去，这让我很沮丧。爸爸告诉我应该怎么动，怎样伸手蹬腿。慢慢的，我就能稍微移动了。事实上，学游泳并不简单。我学了大概半个月。当爸爸告诉我我成功了的时候，我很激动。

月光是通过阳光才发出的光，也就可以把月光比作失败，成功比作阳光。人的一生不会总是在阳光下度过，也会经历月光的。所以抓住月光前进。磨练自己，走向成功。许多人，不愿意吃苦，特别是我们当代人。我觉得，现在，我们应该去创造挫折或失败磨练自己。从而，总结经验获得知识。

自立﹑自强是成功的必要条件。如果，一个人连自己都照顾不好，何谈失败。我发现，现在的孩子大多数都是独生子女，个个都像一个小黄帝，小公主似的，被父母亲朋好友宠着。最后，可能连如何系鞋带都不会。那么，为什么出现这种状况呢?首先，我认为：在这个学习的时代里家长们都希望子女能上大学拿证书，好挣钱。但，你们没有完全认识到为何上大学，有的人上大学为的只是一张学历，没有学历就意味着没有一个漂亮的老婆和一份工作。

而上大学的真正目的是学习对自己今后人生道路有用的知识，而不是一张证书。其次，家长们须知让孩子们自立。我觉得我自己就是一个自立的人。因为，我知道只有自己做事才能学习到书本里讲不到的知识。成功或许离我们还很遥远，但我相信总有一天会实现梦想的。带着你的希望去找梦想。

An Unforgettable Experience

There are various activities in the college, such as hiking, gathering, competitions and so on. And what impresses me most is my experience of being a volunteer teacher.

I was a freshman when the School of Foreign Languages organized a voluntary activity which aimed at providing children in poor areas with a better education. As a matter of fact, I did not show any interest in this activity, for I thought that I just wasted my time and energy without getting any pay. But finally I followed the trend and went to the interview for a try. To my surprise, I was eolled as a member of the teaching group. I became quite excited and made up my mind to prepare for the class as well as I could. I read their textbook again and again to make sure that I was familiar with the language points. What’s more, I searched on the Internet for some additional information, which I thought would help me a lot in the class. At that time, I really could not wait to give the lecture.

Fortunately, it didn’t keep me waiting too long. It was a sunny day. And we spent almost an hour in the bus. Although I was tired and sleepy, my enthusiasm overwhelmed my tiredness. The school is a small place full of various books. The children there were so lovely that they left me a deep impression. They keep asking me

questions about study and they were also curious about the college life. I was quite happy surrounded by a group of children.

I really benefit a lot from the unforgettable experience. I realize that money and some material things should not be considered as the most important thing in our life. It is the self-realization that really makes our life meaningful. Although I did not get any material things from this activity, I was very happy for what I did for the children. So I hold that we should not just consider the salary in job-hunting, we should also think about whether the job can bring you spiritual enjoyment or not.

Spring Festival is the most important festival in China .It is to celebrate the lunar calendar ‘s new year .In the evening before the Spring Festival ,families get together and have a big meal .In many places people like to set off firecrackers .Dumplings are the most traditional food .Children like the festival very much ,because they can have delicious food and wear new clothes .They can also get some money from their parents. This money is given to children for good luck . People put New Year scrolls on the wall for good fortune . The Spring Festival lasts about 15 days long .People visit relatives and friends with the words “Have all your wishes ”. People enjoy the Spring Festival ,during this time they can have a good rest .

人生的旅途中有许多失败，我的失败像天上的星星一样多，今天我就摘下一颗与大家分享。

那天我十分开心因为爸爸答应了让我种苹果树，买到种子后我高高兴兴地跑到花园里把种子种了下去爸爸告诉我：“你要天天给种子浇水，发现有异常情况就要告诉我。”我十分高兴地说：“好，照顾好种子的。”

第一天，放学后我十分迅速的跑到了花园去浇水，我马马虎虎的浇了一遍后便停了下来在傍边观看种子，可过了很久种子一点也没有变我很快觉得无味了，便自己跑开玩耍去了。第二天我在中午给种子浇完水后便没有再观察种子，自己走了。到了下午我去观察种子时发现爸爸在那里我便跑过去问爸爸过来干什么，爸爸对我说：“你是不是上午没有观察种子。”我随便的说了一句：“又没有事。”走过来一看结果发现种子已近死了一大半，只剩下几粒种子了，我立刻问爸爸这是怎么回事，爸爸说：“因为你上午没有仔细观察种子，大多数种子都被虫子吃掉了。”我还是马虎的说：“不是还有几颗吗?没事。”爸爸对我说：“你还不仔细照护种子的话你会失败的!”我没有听进这句话而是自己走开了。第三天果然爸爸的话灵验了，我看到种子都死光了十分伤心，一个人跑回了房间反省自己，才明白种子是因为我没有认真照顾才会死亡的。这是爸爸进来了，他对我说：“这一次的失败有没有让你体会到一个道理?”当时我只顾反省自己没有听清楚爸爸说的话。

不过我现在明白了，在我的这次一次的失败中隐藏的道理是：做什么事情一定要认真仔细去做，虽然不一定回成功但自己努力去做了就是值得的。

Last summer vacation，my family and I went to Qingdao by train。There wasalways sunshine and fresh air，which made us so comfortable。We went to theseaside，the sea was as blue as the sky，and bathing in the sunshine on the beach，was really an enjoyable thing。

I also picked up a lot of colorful shells with mylittle sister。

There we bought many interesting souvenirs，I was planing to sendthem to my friends。We ate many tings there，such as fish，prawn，and so on。They arevery delicious。Then we lived in a clean and tidy hotel，and the price was not soexpensive。

I like Qingdao very much，and if I got a chance，I hope to come hereagain，it is such a beautiful and interesting place。

天气灰蒙蒙的，不时传来几阵雷声，不一会儿，就下起了暴雨。我的心情如这般天气一样——闷热而焦躁。回想考试前，我如此用功复习，可最后还只是落了个最后几名。想到这儿，眼泪夺眶而出，泪珠一滴一滴落在地上，和灰尘混在了一起。

我一步步地走向父亲，我望见，父亲的脸都气绿了，眼里充满着愤怒，恍惚中，我竟察觉出，父亲地眼神里还有一丝失望和忧伤。父亲怒气冲冲地朝我吼道：“你说，我每次告诉你勤能补拙，笨鸟先飞，我给你付出这么多心血，而你却这么不争气，才考了怎么点分儿!我叫你背个书，你死活不愿意，真是一个懒货!难怪考这么点分……”父亲的话如子弹一样，打在我的心头，悔恨的泪水又一次流了出来，泪水打湿了衣襟，慢慢地，悄然无息地流进了心里……我在心里暗暗下着决心：“初一一定要把成绩提起来!”父亲骂累了，不再理我，留我一个人默默哭泣。过了一会儿，母亲回来了，她默默地望着我，没有说话，我偷偷地瞟了她一眼，她的眼里有泪珠在闪烁，我想，她一定伤透了心。她向我走来，轻言细语地对我说了许多话，我清楚地记得，她含着泪说了一句：“你知道吗?我恨不得现在大哭一场!”我的心凉透了。晚上，大家都没有说话，想着自己的心思上床睡觉了，半夜里，我似乎听见父母亲交谈的声音，夜很冷，我的心更冷……

夜里，我回忆着白天发生的事，心痛不已。第二天，雨停了，我想在着：雨过天晴会有彩虹，那我的彩虹会出现吗?现在，我明白了：胜利的果实，是靠自己用双手奋斗出来的。我已经总结了自身的缺点——效率差，别人刷牙要三分钟，我却要五分钟;别人二十分钟写一面字帖，我却要半个小时……现如今，我正在努力改掉这些坏习惯，而且一更高的方向努力，为初中三年，先迈出坚实的一步。

这次失败的考试，就像一面镜子，照出我的不足，也看出父母对我的希望。今后，只要想起这次考试，这次失败，我则会更卖力地学习，这将是我未来的动力，向着未来，加油!
