这个学期呢，我打算改掉一些坏习惯。我是语文课代表，可是我的一个坏习惯总是改不过来：我上课听得很牢，可老师发问时，其实我一般都能答上来，可是我胆小，不敢大胆举手发言。就算老师说：“答错没关系。”我还是不敢举手。所以在这个学期里，我一定要尽力改掉这个跟随我五年的坏习惯。

首先，我打算每堂课至少要举一次手，这样累积下来，一个学期我就可以把这个坏习惯改过来了。这样，老师就可以喜欢我了。

还有，这学期我们的数学课本，别的同学都已经学过三分之一了，所以，我已经比别的同学落后了一点，正因为这样，我一定要更努力，更加油，这样我的学习成绩才不会落后。现在，我要开始做更多的课外练习，我决心不会被一个个难题给打败，我一定会用我的努力证明，我会赶上去的，让老师对我刮目相看。

另外我要改掉一个坏脾气，就是别的同学来问我题目时，我总是管自己做自己的事，不听他的话，我觉得这样就是不尊敬别人。换个角度来考虑，假如是我来问问题，被人拒绝是多么难过的事呀!

我还有一个缺陷，那就是体育不好，每次到了期末，成绩都是及格。因为我平时少锻炼，才导致体育成绩不够好，所以在这个充满阳光的春天，我要多锻炼，做好各项保健工作。只要我天天这样，我想我应该可以再升一级。

好了，不说了，我的新学期计划可以说上个三天三夜呢!我现在要做的就是改掉坏习惯、坏脾气等，这样才可以做一个全优生。

My Friend-我的朋友

John is the most diligent student in our class. He is one of my friends. As a matter of fact, he gets along with his classmates. He might spend just five to ten minutes talking to you once in a long while, but he talks with enthusiasm and energy, and he likes to share his thinking and ideas with you. take away our money, house, car, or even our clothes and we can survive. But if

our health was taken away, we would surely die. That is why we always try to eat
