今天第3——四单元考试(是突击考试)，我觉得今天的考试会考的不好。开始考了，我粗略看了眼试卷，还行，不是很难，还是比较简单的，我蛮有信心的开始了考试。

数学：

语文：

考了96分，其中有一个判断题错了，我应当在当时努力回想课文，可是不能回到当时。今天老师还讲了，这是个对号，我打了个错号，就这样失去了宝贵的一分。还有一个关于第四单元的题，我没有把题读清楚，上面说要写出人物，我要写鲁滨孙，却写了一个“《鲁滨孙漂流记》”，这样又失去了宝贵的一分。课外阅读题，第一小题我错了，那是一个排序的题，幸好是第二个和第三个错了，不然我的分数就会落到了94分了。作文题，这次扣的还是算少了，扣了一分。

英语：

这英语啊，也有我的弱项，那就是听力题，得了94分，听力题错了一个，因为我听力不好，总是不能确定，这次算好了，以前我至少错了两个，或者全对，这次听力扣了2分。笔试部分，在第七题里面的第二小题：“Whatdoyouwant（drink）”里面，我忘了该怎么办，说的是用所给单词的适当形式填空，不会再加一个to，所以我就写了drink，谁知道错了。还有一道短文题我也错了，就这样，考了个94分。

这次考试，我还是总分290，不管每次怎么努力，总是有一门拉下了分数，每次总分都是290，平均分大约是97分，不四舍五入就是 96。67 。我这次虽然还是老样子，可是，在下次，在小学阶段最后一次考试——期末考试中，我应当将自己最好的分数展现出来！

又一次考试,又一次拿到试卷,心中不禁又一次产生了每次考试后都会有的心情——失落,还有对自己的埋怨。

细看这次的试卷,比起上一次测试的A卷来说,的确简单了许多,可我还是没有考好。仔细分析出错的题目,其实这些题不都不应该出错的。下面是我对卷子错题的分析。

这是一道按诗词内容填空的课外趣味题,选自王昌龄的《芙蓉楼送辛渐》,全诗是:寒雨连江夜入吴,平明送客楚山孤。洛阳亲友如相问,一片冰心在玉壶。我没有做出这道题,说明了我平时的课外积累还不够,以后应该多读、多背一些古诗词。

缩句:村子散布在小丘上。

这是一道十分简单的缩句题,而我却将句子缩成了“村子在小丘上”,错得十分可惜。这表明了对于“什么怎么样”这样的缩句句式还没有掌握的,以后应该多练习缩写句子这一方面的内容。

③使用快乐人生三句话后会发生哪些变化?请你用“____”画出来。

这一道题的答案在短文中,并且要求我们用横线画出来。正确答案应是从“周围的老师同学没有变……变得温馨、和谐了……”我却将其他一些本不应该画上的句子画上了,白白的丢掉了1分。由此可以看出,我还是没有将短文读熟读透,阅读题还是没有掌握好,以后要在课外阅读方面多下些功夫。

“以人为镜,可以明得失”。我也可以从这次的考试中看出在语文学习方面的不足之处。我在课内外积累,缩句,课外阅读这三方面还有很大的不足之处,在这里考试还有3天的十分短暂的日子里,我一定要将这几只拦路虎统统消灭掉,在期中考试中考出一个令自己满意的成绩!

十一周，对于学生们来说如噩梦的一周——期中考试，却给了我们支教老师三天自我反思的机会。从复习到改卷、再到试卷的评讲，看似简单的每一步却夹杂着我们复杂的心情。

依然清晰记得上周复习的时候，把每一个知识点都说得清清楚楚明明白白，而上新课的时候也都特别强调大家一定要认真做好笔记。把知识点都过了一遍，当时感觉心里还是蛮踏实的，也许首先是觉得起码问心无愧了，其次便是因为没有认清老师讲与学生记之间存在的一定的差距这个事实，对学生总有那么一点的期望。事实上并非如我想的那般美好，考试到改卷的整个过程已足以让我认清这残酷的现实。就如从前所说的——"理想是丰满的，现实确实骨感的".

考试当天便已让我十分失望。还记得前一个晚上，我一个班一个班地跑让他们记得考试带政治书，还叮嘱科代表一定要写在黑板上提醒同学们。结果呢？考试当天还是有好几个同学忘记了带书，我可是气急败坏了，东奔西跑为他们找书，各个班的班主任也都挺急的。但事实上我们哪有那么多多余的书呢？即便有，又有多少本是有详尽的笔记的？把所有的书都送到考生手上后，回到办公室待在那默默地生气，怪自己早上没有一个一个班去问带书的情况，同时也怪学生没有把自己的话放在心上。本以为一切都已经过去了，还自我安慰，学生能考出自己的水平，那一切都是值得的，结果我还是失望了……

第一个晚上改的是选择题，10个班，400多份卷子，一个晚上改完，却带来了不好的心情。我们改卷的老师所能看到的，也就只有答题卡，有的学生却偏偏不把答案填在答题卡上，还有的学生只把答题卡填了一半。边改心里便边流血，为什么还会有这样的情况出现呢？明明考试前就已经说得清清楚楚，明明白白，却还是有学生左耳进右耳出……我开始怀疑自己所做的一切是否都是白费的。但当看到依然有不少的学生能拿到满分的时候，心情还是能够有所改善的。第二个晚上改的是问答题，一道非常简单的题，却被学生们答得乱七八糟，明明已经督促好做笔记，原文照搬也没有答出来，那一刻的心情几乎可以说是奔溃了。我已经开始弄不懂每天唠唠叨叨地说个不停究竟有没有用，乖的学生事实上说第一遍就已经记住了，不听的即便我们无数多次地去重复他们都不会放在心上，都不会记得住。而事实上，此刻我才真正明白，作为老师，总被认为是对学生成绩的在乎。而不然，我们更多的是在乎学生有没有把我们所说的话听进去。在应试教育的今天，我们都希望能够给学生们更多，让他们在这条路上走得更远。因而所有的严格、所有的唠叨都变得如此的自然，变得如此理所当然，却又变得如此不被理解，这便是老师的无奈。

到了最后评讲试卷的步骤，听着指导老师苦口婆心的说，看着学生在下面不耐烦地听，伤感顿时油然而生。我们总是说，错了没关系，重要的是要学着去改。伤心的是学生没有意识到自己错了，也没有意识问题的严重性。或许，此刻的我，更多的并非去纠结一个知识点怎么讲了，而是应该去思考用什么方式讲学生能够听进去，用什么样的办法才能不会让学生左耳进右耳出。

诚然，当老师不容易，要当一个优秀的老师更不容易。所以，我还得好好努力，好好学习。
