What is optimism? Optimism is when you meet with difficulties, you will have the courage to face it. What is pessimistic? Pessimism is when you meet problems, you cant challenge head-on, will only like little puss-head, tightly in there, says you are a very timid person.

If you live with optimism, you will have a lot of friends, also can have good luck comes upon you. As long as with an optimistic attitude to face life, your life will step by step to rise again, the future will certainly be like big stars send out light. As I am optimistic person, so there are a lot of good friends to accompany me around.

Be careful! Some students always with pessimistic mood in the face of all things, as long as they unwilling or in a bad mood, drop by drop tears, really upset people. Facing the challenges of life, if you are a optimistic person, what would you do? If you are a pessimist, how would you solve? Because I am a optimistic person, I would say, "ok! You can do better next time." But if I am a pessimistic person, may be a is a sign of weakness.

什么是乐观呢?乐观就是当你遇到困难，你会勇于面对。那什么是悲观呢?悲观是当你遇到问题，你不会迎头挑战，只会像缩头乌龟一样，紧紧的缩在那里，表示你是一个很胆小的人。

如果你以乐观的态度过生活，你会有很多朋友，也会有好运降临在你身上。只要以乐观的态度面对生活，你的人生就会一步又一步的往上升，未来肯定会像大明星一样散发光芒。像我就是乐观的人，所以身边有许多好朋友陪伴我。

小心了!有些同学总以悲观的心情面对所有事物，他们只要不甘心或心情不好，都一滴一滴地流下眼泪，真是让人懊恼。面临人生的各种挑战，如果你是乐观的人，你会怎么做?如果你是悲观的人，你会怎么解决?因为我是乐观的人，我会说:“没关系!下次可以做得更好。”但如果我是悲观的人，可能会一 蹶不振。

我觉得乐观和悲观是生活上的图画纸，我们可以用五彩缤纷的色彩帮自己的人生画上不同的图案。只要拥有乐观的态度，就能让我有一份快乐的心情，勇敢去面对各种难关。

It was a hot day during my summer holidays in 2003. My mother and I got on the bus which would take us to the village where my grandma lived. It was so hot that I felt very thirsty. Then I began to think of the sweet big watermelons and other fruits in Grandma’s house. I could hardly wait to arrive there and see my grandma.

It took us one more hour to get there. When we walked into the house, Grandma was busy preparing lunch in the kitchen. It seemed that she was very glad to see us, which I knew from the big smile on her wrinkled face. She brought out a big watermelon and cut it. It was so nice to eat the watermelon on such a hot day.

After lunch my mother fell asleep and I asked my grandma to tell me a fairy tale. We sat on the bed and she began to tell it. I listened to her quietly. It was not long before I fell asleep, too. I was dreaming when a terrible voice woke me up. I saw Grandma was lying on the ground with blood streaming down from her mouth. I couldn’t believe my eyes. How fearful a sight it was! I hurried to wake my mother up. We took her to the hospital in a hurry. But it was too late to save her. My beloved grandma’s heart stopped beating when we got to the hospital. You’ll never imagine how sad we felt then.    Grandpa was very well all the time. I had never imagined that she would leave us so soon. That evening I lay in bed alone. My eyes were full of tears. I prayed and prayed, wishing she would be ableto come back.

Now four years have passed. My dear grandma, where are you? I miss you so much.
